Royal Solaris: Perfect vacation

This hotel is very clean, friendly and nearly had next to nothing for vendors on the beach while we were staying there. I would recommend staying there. The only bad thing I could think of is you can’t access some of there areas without a membership bracelet but besides that everything went super smooth. The staff were friendly and came by from time to time refilling our drinks and seeing if we are happy. They don’t push for tips as much as I thought they would so that’s good. Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: A relaxing, peaceful week in the sun

My friend and I Had the holiday we were looking for. The rooms were clean and very quite. The beds were comfortable, with 4 lovely pillows. We slept great. The food was good. The staff were pleasant. The grabbing of the best spots with umbrellas at 5 in the morning, for the whole day is a liitle annoying. Everyone is in on the game. Other than that, we had a great stay.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Great Vacation

The employees work very hard here to ensure their guests have a great vacation. This resort is one of the cleanest I've ever seen. The rooms are spacious and spotless. The food is just not really that great and the activities at the pools don't always happen as scheduled. More work needs to be done on menu planning and quality of food. The staff need to do a better job "marketing" the evening events; I would ask some of the staff what was happening and where that evening, and they would tel [... read more]l me nothing was planned, and then I would hear I missed it. The staff in the lunch "a la carte" restaurant need more help, or need to be trained on waiting tables; took too long to order and then sometimes the orders were lost. Pools are older and looking tired, they have steel ladders, as opposed to stairs, and for some older guests, these are hard to manage. Location is great, the city bus is just steps away and this hotel is walking distance to San Jose Del Cabo, Walmart and other sites.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Holiday inn los cabos

The resort was wonderful, spotlessly clean, great staff. We had requested a ground floor as my husband has mobility issues. Not sure where they originally would have put us but when I asked again for ground floor the registration staff upgraded us with no cost for a wonderful ground floor with nice patio and hammock over looking main pool area. Meals were ok the a la cart definitely better. There really should be more eating areas for a resort as large as this one. Also better notices about where things were and what was going on day to day would be advisable. But all in all we loved our time there and would definitely consider going again.

Paradisus Los Cabos: Nice resort

We have been to many of the Paradisus resorts and had very high expectations of this one before we arrived and left a little disappointed . We felt the food was good but but lacked variety , bars closed earlier than we preferred , as with all resorts we go to the pool chairs are all scooped up before sunrise and sit vacant most of the day . They have done a nice job with the upgrades and renovations , they made a nice beach bar but its lacks a bathroom facility close by .

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Small but nice

The grounds are very well kept. Rooms were nice, had lounge chairs on deck. Nice view from second floor. Staff were friendly and helpful. Did not like the beach, too much horse manure on the beach. The food was not very good at all. The dining room was too small and if you sat outside there was a lot of bird droppings on the chairs. Too many birds around while you were eating.

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Perfect All In

Located right on the marina in Cabo, it is perfect for access to excursions, walking tour of DT, local shops, and shopping centre. No beach access was not an issue, poolside was perfect and relaxing. The numerous off-site inclusive restaurants provided a wonderful variety of foods and cooking styles, excellent service and great view of the marina and water craft coming and going. No vehicle traffic to contend within and around the marina walkways. Our first trip to Cabo, and have experienced the large resort styles elsewhere. The smaller sized Marina Fiesta was perfect for us, and we are already figuring out when we can make our way back. No hotel search needed, this is the place for us.

Riu Santa Fe: Nice resort

Beautiful resort overall except for a few things, if you enjoy swimming in the ocean this isnt the hotel for you, the undertow is bad and you are unable to swim in it. Pools were warm and always clean, resort was spotless and maid was great, no problems there. Food was good and the staff was super friendly, except the manager was a bit rude and very strict. I reccomend going into town where the marina is, great mall to do shopping and lots of restaurants. Only a 10 min drive from the resort. Thi [... read more]s is definietly a party resort, so if you arent a big drinker, i dont reccomend it. Other than that had a good time!

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Fabulous Resort

The Marina Resort and Spa delivers excellent service. The whole area in the resort was very clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the amenities in the room weren't replaced adequately unless I left a note asking for what was needed. There was a good choice of restaurants to dine at and the service was very good. The Lobster Bay Co. restaurant was a let down compared to the others. Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Almost on the highway, very noisy

Main problem is the location. It is 20 meters from the main highway of Los Cabos and in half of the room the noise from the highway will prevent you to sleep, literally. The first room we had had some mildew everywhere around the bath, the second one had its door in the highway so too noisy. The third room was OK and quiet but we had to fight with hotel first and then with Sunwing. We asked to be relocated in another resort and they refuse stating that we would have a penalty equivalent to three [... read more] nights, very unpleasant experience. If I exclude this major problem the staff of the hotel is very professional and accommodating. This hotel is not a five star, do not go there.

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Best of the best!

Can’t say enough of how great this resort is! Lots to do see, rooms and grounds exceptionally clean, friendly atmosphere, great food, clean pools,friendly quick service , front desk quick and excellent service, spa fantastic! 5*****. We will definitely go again! Ask for Neil son at the presto Italian restaurant. Excellent food and service!,

Krystal Grand Los Cabos: Not very good and many inconsistencies!

I stayed at Krystal Grand with my boyfriend in February of 2018, and from the minute we arrived it was a disaster! We booked a deluxe ocean view which we did not receive as they were “100% booked and gave our room away”. We were given a time share room which was extremely dated and the sliding door did not lock, which was an issue as we were on the first floor. We moved rooms the next day but were given a room in the residence building; the room was nice but not what we had booked. The serv [... read more]ice around the adult pool was good and the bartenders were fantastic! However food service was slow and three days in a row we did not get the pizza we ordered and one day we were told that they ran out of guacamole...it’s Mexico! How do you run out of guacamole? Anyway food at the buffets was awful and a very poor selection, and food at the restaurants was poor. The Risotto restaurant (Italian) was horrific! The service at Risotto was awful and we watched other couples get up and leave during their meal. We ate at Ayami, the Japanese restaurant three times as the service there was great and the food was good and consistent! Overall, I would never recommend this hotel, poor service, staff seems disgruntled, no info provided at check-in, you will not get what you paid for! The only positives here was the beach and weather and the grounds are clean.....stay somewhere else, we were very disappointed! If travel companies want to have satisfied customers then they will have no affiliation with this chain!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Fantastic resort

Hotel was beautiful room were very clean service was impeccable. Food was delicious drinks were top shelf and nightly entertainment was fun. Beach was rough and not able to swim but you could walk to a swimming beach in 15 minuets. The only problem with this resort is that it is far from Cabo San Lucas and Cabo San Juan. Taxis are expensive to either town.

Posada Real Los Cabos: Posada Real Los Cabos provided an authentic Mexican experience.

This resort is exactly what we expected. The grounds were very picturesque and very well kept. The food and restaurants with veranda were fantastic with extremely friendly staff at all times. I cannot express just how pleased we were with the food and the variety offered over the 7 day stay. There truly was something for everyone. There was a golf course, extra buckets for kids to make castles, a foosball table. mini-golf, spa, great snack bar and beach volleyball. The rooms were clean and [... read more] comfortable and it was a nice treat to find hammocks out in the garden that we could use. The pool and hot tub were also well kept and there were a variety of chairs to choose from. This hotel had a fantastic line-up of entertainment as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our West Jet rep, Victor, was on site most days and also a great help for our questions. One thing that could improve is the workout area-very old equipment.

Posada Real Los Cabos: Wonderful family resort

The food and the service was outstanding. We loved the authentic cuisine and the friendly staff. If you are looking for a family holiday and prefer a low-key setting without a cookie-cutter chain hotel feel - this is the place for you.

Riu Santa Fe: SO SO

was disappointed about the noise from the construction next to the hotel and when we first entert the room the smell was bad and the view was the back of the Riu Palast overall the quality was not as good as for 2 years ago the price was 500$ more per person and I found out that the same deal from Calgary 500$ cheaper i would recommend this hotel only if there is a notice about the construction it will go on for at least for 2 years . I found the price not fair for the situation .

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: Pretty pleased...

Food was good and its nice that its fairly close to shopping and restaurants etc...Service is excellent and they are very quick to respond to requests. The only real complaint that we have is that the room cleaning was below par...

Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa: Location, Location, Location!!!

I chose Cabo San Lucas as a vacation destination where my brother and I can enjoy the beaches, the landscape and wildlife, and the nightlife that the city has to offer. I COULD NOT HAVE PICKED A BETTER HOTEL FOR THIS. The location is unbelievable; 2 min walk from Medano Beach (gorgeous swimmable water) and 2 min walk from all the hottest bars, restaurants, and clubs in Cabo. The view of the marina and mountains from our balcony was gorgeous and the food was superb. My only complaint with this re [... read more]sort is that NO bar is open past 10pm. Actually, the bartenders sstart packing up at 9:30pm, which is really annoying. Drinks at the clubs were expensive because of this. My advice for party goers staying here: bring some bottles with you to pre drink after the bars close. Other than that, I could not have picked a better destination or hotel for my vacation!!

Hacienda Encantada Resort and Spa: Fantastic views

We had a fabulous stay at the Hacienda Encantada. Manuel was amazing, he made us feel welcome when we arrived and like family by the end of our stay. He is an asset to the resort. Billy was also a key player in our stay, he was great as our server on many occasions. He gave us his service button which we named the “Billy Button” and never let us down. We would recommend this resort.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Barcelo Resort

Our stay at the Barcelo Resort was lovely. The hotel itself is a little old,but the cleanliness of the rooms and upkeep of the grounds was amazing. The staff was fabulous and could not do enough for you. Everyone was charming.
