Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Great resort
Rooms were nice but there was no wifi in the rooms. dining was great however there was no restaurants open after the hrs of dinner such a grill. There were a few occasions where we didn't make it in time for dinner which ended at 9 so we didn't get dinner. The public areas were nice. Staff were extremely friendly and attentive.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Amazing resort at a reasonable price!
The staff absolutely make this hotel! Our entire experience was pleasant. The rooms were clean, the food was excellent with a variety of choice. The exercise room and activities were excellent and well organized. It was a great resort for couples looking to relax or families. If you are looking to party this resort probably isn't for you. I would come back here in a heart beat.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Good trip!
We went for our honeymoon and had a good trip! The hotel is clean if a little dated. Staff are almost all friendly and helpful. Food was better than we expected for an all inclusive, sometimes a bit inconsistent though. Beach is smaller but beautiful, we enjoyed it. No issues arose during our stay here.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: One of the better resorts
Compared to others, and I have travelled, this is one of the better resorts. Food is excellent, I like how they blended two or more like yams and ripe plantains and made a tasty dish. The beach party was absolutely enjoyable. They know how to do it and they do it well. Better than 5 star.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Great resort, AMAZING people!
Just got back from a two-week stay at St. James’s Club Morgan Bay. I absolutely loved this place. Beautiful beach, gorgeous grounds, nice pools and most importantly the BEST service we could ever ask for. The food is great – best we’ve had so far in the Caribbean, I recommend you check out Morgan’s Pier! The rooms are clean but could be a little updated. One downside is no wifi in rooms or on the beach, but I don’t mind that on vacation. The staff at St. James’s are amazing – from [... read more]
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Fun time
Everything was good....though not 4 star. Good value and good time. Worst part was winding trip to and from airport!,!! Not for the weak stomachs. Staff experience was varied some excellent others indifferent. Book suite or 1 bedroom unit...recently reno'd.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: A wonderful stay
We enjoyed our stay. Food was good. Service was good. All water sports were included. This was a plus. At most resort, this could be extra costs. Our room was at the top of the hill overlooking the bay. Sunset view was incredible.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Great vacation
The resort is a clean, well maintained property with very professional yet friendly staff. The food was very good at both the "a l cart restaurants" and at the buffet. Registration was quick and efficient as well as booking out. The beach area is close to some pools and bars. A flag system is used on the beach to have a waiter bring you drink. Some rooms are on a higher elevation so if you have mobility issues ask for a room near to the central area...(pool' beach and and bar)
Windjammer Landing: Beautiful resort, scenic. Some things to be aware
Accommodations - small twin bed room. No stocking of fridge - including water. We called to have water brought up - charged $7.00 U.S. for room service. You have to get your water daily at the bar and bring it up yourself. Every meal, every drink you have sign for - no all inclusive wrist bands. If you have mobility issues you have to take a shuttle to your room, to the beach, reception, restaurants and other facilities. Everything is on a steep incline - but this makes the location spectacular. [... read more]
Rex St Lucian: it was awesome beach and view of the ocean
the beach and service was great, but lack entertainment in the evening. which it had more activities in the resort. food was good but the location was awesome, it lack things to do and you need to get off the resort to keep busy. enjoy my stay
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Great Week at St. James
The resort is very nice with amazingly friendly employees. They are doing some updating and once those are all done it will really nice. The 100 building really needs attention. The food was top notch at any restaurant. This resort offered loads of water activities and the activity board was jam packed every day. The beach was a little murky but there are four pools to cool off in.
Rex St Lucian: It was great!
We booked with Air Canada. Shuttle was waiting. Easy drive and check in. Rooms are old but you get TV and hot showers. Food was really good, especially breakfast. Everyone was kind. Best part wast it's right on the beach which is a great beach. The only negative is the local men that hound you to give them money or buy something every day. They have a secunity but thy just stand there. I talked to someone at another resort and their security guard actually told them to go away.
Rex St Lucian: Great Resort!
The resort was just what we were looking for. It was very clean and the hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was great and, of course, the beach was wonderful. The hotel was located close to all shopping, etc. The only thing lacking was nightly entertainment and the pool could have been bigger. But overall, we had a lovely holiday. We certainly would return.
Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa: Def 5 stars but....
La Toc was nice, very clean and as advertised the water was yellow or red flagged everyday. Dont bother with any scenic tours unless you never watch TV. Nothing new to see in St Lucia really. Its not worth the money to be driven to where vendors wait for tourists. The food was generally very good. Steak night was EXCELLENT. The Sushi restaurant Soy is much bettervthan most reviewers give it credit but the staff there are the least attentive and friendly. The Carribean restaurant was very good. I [... read more]
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Loved it at St. James Morgan Bay
We enjoyed our stay at St. James, the property is a little old and needs some updates, but we knew that going in. They service is top notch and the employees were extremely friendly. The food is amazing we didn't have any complaints.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: very good
Nice place to visit. People very friendly and polite. Food and restaurant options good so you must be able to finr something to eat. Minor mechanical issues fixed very quickly. Steep inclines to rooms could make access difficult for some. Drive to and from airport could cause car sickness as roads are very challenging. Beaches well maintained and no problem finding lounges. Pools are kept very clean and inviting.
Rex St Lucian: everything was perfect
Great value for the money. It might not have all the bells and whistles like some resorts but the location is perfect, the staff are great and the people I met were fabulous. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Rooms are clean and the food was very good. Better than some 5 star I stayed in. Can't wait to go back...love St. LUCIA! If you are traveling alone as I was this is the perfect location.
Coconut Bay Resort & Spa: Excellent Family Place
First Time to St. Lucia, The resort was in a great location, not even 5 mins from the airport, Food was amazing, great pools, size of the resort was perfect, Kids Club was by far the best we have seen. We would go back to this resort. There was aways a nice ocean breeze so you didn't overheat. They was so many activites for the kids with the water slides, lazy river and kids club it was a great place for families. There was also an adults only side of the resort.
Smugglers Cove Resort and Spa: Fabulous Stay!
We had a wonderful time at the Smugglers' Cove and Spa. The people were courteous and very nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was delicious, always something different to try. Kids had a huge club area, their own pool (there were 4 others!) and many activities. We loved it.
Secrets St. Lucia Resort and Spa: Beautiful settiing
St. James Club Morgan Bay is the loveliest resort my husband and I have had the good luck to visit. On arrival we were greeted by gracious reception, asked to sit down in the lobby, and provided with cool clothes moistened with mint to refresh our hands and face. Cold drinks were also offered, while we filled out the necessary forms. Then we were taken to our rooms on 'golf carts' and our bags carried upstairs. We stayed in the newer section, which sits up top of a small hill, facing the bay - e [... read more]
