The Level at Melia Caribe: Amazing Resort

Excellent Resort, all amenities were great, services throughout our stay was outstanding God was well prepared and our assigned rooms were cleaned daily without delay. Looking foreword to visit the Resort in the future.

The Level at Melia Caribe: Good Resort

It was a good resort. Staff were very accommodating. I think it has gone down hill from previous visits by others I was travelling with. Welcome gifts not in rooms as previous years. Not all rooms had umbrellas. Some restaurant were not opened. Allot of vendors on the beach.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Good Resort

Hotel staff was friendly; Grounds were well maintained; Amenities were varied and easily accessible; Entertainment options each night were interesting and fun. A few of the a la carte restaurant menus contained misprints so there was an issue with ordering allergy friendly food items at dinner time and the Market Buffet staff could not provide a list of ingredients for some main dishes which also limited food options for our family member with food sensitivities/allergies. Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Beautiful Resort!

Pros: Close to the airport, hotel grounds and beach are well kept on a daily basis very clean, hotel and public areas are bright, very spacious, welcoming atmosphere and has a fantastic vibe in the evenings. Love the amount and variety of options for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff is friendly across all areas of this resort from check in to night security always saying hello. The beach was heaven soft powdery white sand; clean, and it was noticeable how clean compared to the other resorts along Bavaro beach. The ocean is spectacular, no rocks, very little plant life floating in the swim area, near the end of our stay caught site of only 2 small fish that must have snuck in to the swim area. The spa was luxurious, felt truly pampered. This was a perfect vacation for two during a rare occasion without our kids. This is a very large resort with a shuttle/train and golf carts to get around however we enjoyed walking. We stayed from April 25-May 2 2018 resort was comfortably populated weather was around 29 degrees celsius daily and sunny with some rain at night. Con's that may be unfavourable to others: the smell of fuel in the air at the beach lots of boats, tours etc occurring daily out past the swim area. The cobblestone roads throughout the resort are used by train/shutles, golf carts and pedestrians so you do have the smell of fuel at times. Currently there are renovations happening so the sound of construction is around, this should be close to completion. The one thing I was not a fan of at check out is the gentleman discussed a hotel policy that guests need to pay 2.00USD which apparently 100% goes to Unicef. (2 dollars is not much to groan about but the whole thing was questionable to me....... anyway. I would go back no hesitation.

The Level at Melia Caribe: Amazing Resort!

We would highly recommend The Level resort to all our friends. We were treated like royalty and made to feel very special. The adults only section was fantastic and lived up to the videos that we watched before our trip. We had 4 of our own special restaurants, pool, and Beach. Everything was neat and clean and the service was wonderful. Not being tied down to a dinner hour was a nice perk. We are already thinking of booking it again for next year. I would certainly recommend The Level adult only section if you are not traveling with children. Being in the level section means you can go to all parts of the property which is a nice feature. Can't wait to go back! A great bonus was that there was Wi-Fi all over the complex which was very handy and good speed.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: A great family resort

The grounds are really beautiful and well kept and clean including the pools and the beach. The resort is very large. We went during off season so it wasn't packed. I think the resort would be too busy during high season...thousands of people. The rooms are comfortable and great for kids sleeping. However the rooms are a bit outdated and have had some wear and tear. The food was mediocre. The check in process was awful. The kids zone is great esoecially the ropes course.

Melia Braco Village: Melia Braco

This was our 5th visit to Braco, 4 times when it was Grand Lido Braco and first as a Melia .....we were assigned room 811 it was to say the least a major disappointment we had booked the premium Oceanfront and it was nothing like on the website. We got in late our first night so I thought I would deal with the room in the morning. We awoke around 4 in the morning as the air conditioner was not working at all, I called down and was told they would send someone around 7:30 in the morning.....need [... read more]less to say we did not sleep well the rest of the night. I went down approximately 7 am and asked to be placed in another room, after a bit of an exchange I was told to come back at noon as they would try to find me another room. Went back at noon and they were still working on it and was told to come back around 3. Went back at 3 and was told to go to my room and they would call me when the room next door was cleaned and while we were waiting, again the air conditioner stopped again. Finally we were moved next door to 812 and unpacked. So we spent our first day on vacation running around I was not impressed. The food was ok the Asian restaurant was the best. The restaurants were not always open, they would close 2 and have 3 opened this was disappointing. Most of the staff were very efficient and cheerful I have always enjoyed Jamaica and this was our 8th visit to the island and will be back but not to Melia Braco unfortunately.

Paradisus Cancun: Great resort great time!

Unreal place, Hugo and Armando were the best, all staff was very nice and took lots of pride in their work! Food was excellent, shows were entertaining and the weather kicked ass especially being from Canada eh! Lots of things to do for all ages and family’s as well. I was with my buddy 30 and myself 31 and enjoyed downtown nightlife as well. Suggest trying this hotel with upgrade to oceanview!

The Level at Melia Caribe: Amazing resort!

We were extremely happy with the Melia Caribe Tropical resort. The food was top-notch, the staff friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean and spacious. We played golf at the beautiful Cocotal course as well. Nothing negative to say about our stay!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing Family Trip

Our trip was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Trip Central di a fantastic job booking the trip, finding us the right resort and flights for our family. We flew Air Transat direct from Halifax and everything was on time and couldn't be easier. They even upgraded us to Option Plus, which provided food and drink on the plane and priority check in. Rooms (Family Suite) were very nice, not huge, but very comfortable for a family of 4. The resort itself was great, the food was awesome, the activities for the kids were first class. Pool and beach were fantastic. Only small complaint was we were in villa 1, next to the restaurant and bar, and the party continued to 11pm most nights. No issues, just a little noisy at times. Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Loved the resort beyond words!!!! Amazing week

The Hotel was perfect from the start of our trip till the end. The attention to detail is amazing the service, the food, the rooms everything just perfect. Loved it 100%. Everyone is soo helpful and ready to make your stay amazing.

Paradisus Punta Cana: How perfect can it be?

Paradisus was just as good as it has been for the last 5 years only better. We had a perfect holiday thanks to the friendly administration folks and all the staff at this great resort.We sure hope to return next year and once again enjoy the exceptional Royal Service experience.

Melody Maker Cancun: Two thumbs up!

The Melody Maker was above our expectations! we stayed the week of April 16 2018 The Staff was fantastic, very pleasant, always had a smile & eager to help in any way. The complex was always very clean with staff always staying on top of things. Food was terrific, with lots of variety & presented well. Drinks were "very" sufficient, & not skimpy like other resorts. Bonus was they had a lifeguard on duty. We would highly recommend the Melody for anyone that wants to relax & take it easy.

Melody Maker Cancun: Great Resort

This was a great resort with lots of superb service. We have been to many many all inclusive and this has been the best by far. 2 pools, individual beach umbrellas, hard working staff, great price. Would go back in a flash.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Good waterfront resort

Great beach. Always a chair available. Check in was confusing and unfriendly None of the hotel amenities were explained. Room service orders for breakfast were lost two days in a row. Phone did not work in room. Food is average on all inclusive side. The paying restaurant Black Angus is fantastic with great food and service. Air conditioning worked well in the room. Bed was comfortable. Did not like the people smoking constantly in the balcony beside us as we could not use our own balcony [... read more].

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: What a beautiful resort.

This was truly an exceptionally wonderful experience for us. The hospitality was of a high standard and the staff at the resort ensured that our expectations were met during the 7 nights (April 13/18 thru April 20/18) spent there. Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Average Resort

We stayed at this resort the week of April 13th to 20th, 2018. This is an older resort with nice mature grounds. Upon arrival we were unimpressed by the lobby but was clean. We arrived around noon and tried to check in after a considerable wait - not due to any huge crowds but due to “system issues”. After some time we received our bracelets and were told to return around 3 because our room was not ready. So a good part of day 1 was wasted at the lobby. When we returned close to 3 t [... read more]here was another huge lineup. Eventually we got our room. It was clean but average. Food was ok, unless you’re really picky you’ll find something. Don’t have any complaints about the staff at the restaurants, they all work long days and we’re very attentive for the most part. We ate at most of the a la cartes and they were ok. We never had to wait for a table but this could’ve been because the resort was not full. I sense this would not be the case during the busy season. The beach is lovely and there were always many chairs available. Again possibly because the resort was not at capacity. There wasn’t too much in terms of fun games and activities at the beach, there were some activities at the pool but nothing like I’ve seen at other resorts. Evening entertainment at the theatre was average. What we did enjoy was that they had a variety of live musicians and singers performing at one of the lobby bars every evening near the main lobby. The resort is really large but they do have trollies circling the resort on a regular basis. These are not the typical golf cart looking ones but actually look like little trains with a caboose. Bottom line, the resort was ok, wasn’t the best nor the worst we’ve stayed at in Punta Cana. Had I not got a really good last minute deal, I would’ve been disappointed but for what we paid, it was ok. Special mention to our travel agent Victoria Sullivan who was very responsive and attentive whenever I had questions.

Paradisus Palma Real Golf and Spa Resort: Nice place,... but,....

This was our third vacation to Paradisus Palma Real in the last 6 years. Overall, we really like the resort,...but,it would be nice if evening entertainment was added. Also, being over 60 years old, each and every time, we had requested a room close to the beach,...we even reminded the staff upon arrival at the reception desk of the same. After waiting at least half an hour at the reception desk, each time we were told to come back in about 45 minutes,....even though it is already about 4 pm and [... read more] the room should be ready by now. When we returned, and given the keys, the room ALWAYS ended up at the furthest point from the beach. It is pretty obvious that staff either do not listen to your requests, or they do not care about what one is saying. Like I said, a nice place, but it is time to look at different resorts where 5 star rating means exactly that.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Awesome place!!!

This was our first time to Bahamas, and what a beautiful place! Melia all inclusive was amazing! The staff, the rooms, the food, and of course the entertainment were outstanding! The beach was pristine and we'll be back! Thanks TripCentral! Awesome!

The Level at Melia Caribe: FUN TIMES

The resort was amazing. The abundance of food and drink was way too much. Enjoyed the surroundings as well as the tours that we took. Golfing was spectacular for the price we paid. Only thing was the rooms need to be renovated.
