Iberostar Waves Tucan: Great Family Hotel

Special thanx to Wendy from TripCentral she was able to organize all our family members travel plans making sure we were all arriving within hours of each other. We were flying from Montreal, Edmonton & Toronto. She recommended the Iberostar Tucan & It was a great choice we all loved it! The food, service & rooms met our expectations & our budget.We would definitely recommend & use Wendy @ trip central for our next vacation

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Amazing resort

The resorts are amazing and alacarte restaurant are great all the staff always with smile easy going to other resorts I love to go back there thanks to my agent bill for his advice Very clean and mini club has a lot of activity my daughters still talking about there the beach in not good for swimming with a lot of rocks otherwise everything is amazing

Selection Riviera Cancun: Excellent food!

This was about my 15th all inclusive and the first where I could honestly say that the food was excellent. Dishes all arrived hot and perfectly cooked and unlike some resorts the food did not all taste "the same". Make your way to the adult pool bar for some excellent service from Mariano, Zakeo, and Evelio, who have the ability to make any drink that you can imagine. We even managed to do a bit of decent snorkeling from the beach, and saw lots of corals and fish including a nurse shark, eels, lobster, and a stingray. My one disappointment was that a beach walk got cut off in both directions from that resort. Beautiful resort. Great staff! Great food!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Top Notch Resort

My wife and I have been to Mexico probably around 20 times over the last 40 years and we both agree that this resort is our favorite. This was our second time there and have no complaints at all. Grounds, pools , rooms , staff, food etc. are all excellent. Booked thru Trip Central and all went smoothly.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Fabulous Resort

The resort was huge, clean and had plenty of activities, bars and restaurants. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The al carte restaurants were amazing (Italian my least favourite). Beach was rocky, fine if you bring water shoes. Good selection of liquor. Overall a fabulous vacation and I would return.

Selection Riviera Cancun: Relaxing week

The food was really good and thoughtfully presented. Staff was a pleasure, and check in was really easy. Rooms were comfortable and the hotel was well kept overall. Spa is great. We had a lovely week.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort

Once again Hard Rock in the Mayan exceeded our expectations. Resort is very clean. Service is 10/10. Kids always enjoy the Woodward!!! The entertainment staff keep you and the kids engaged. We typically have a hard time with the food, although at Hard Rock food is excellent!

The Sian Ka'an at Grand Tulum: A beautiful resort on the Carribean Sea!

This hotel is beautiful! The two things that stand out for me is the fact that it is right on the water ... you can snorkel right out your door and see beautiful fish only a few feet into the water and not all of the resorts are like that. Also, the staff are lovely ... warm smiles abound! The rooms are spacious and clean and their are 4 large pools to enjoy on the property. Ocean Riviera Paradise: Great resort! Not so great service!!

Our groups of friends, 13 ppl in total stayed here Dec. 5-10/18. The resort is really nice,we all have a swim up rooms. Just wish they have bidet in the toilet. Facilities are great. Italian restaurant has the most excellent food & services. The Blue moon resto also has good food & services. Route 66, best chicken wings, on the menu it says “hot wings”, meaning it’s hot/deep fried not spicy. Kind of confusing. Who eat cold chicken.LOL. It’s the only steakhouse in the resort! LOL. There’s no reservation, it’s first come first serve basis. My husband & I came in early and asked the host to have a table for 13 ppl. She said, we can’t have our table ready until everybody’s present. So, when everybody’s there, we thought we’ll be seating in on one table. The hostesses said, they cannot changed the settings of their dining area. Why did she even asked us to wait.!Until our group are all there. If they can’t even accommodate us on one table. We even told her we can use the long table w/ the bench at back as it was almost empty at that time. Well, end up On different tables far apart fr esvh others. The rid eye steak is very tough & chewy. Our server “Baltazar” is so forgetful, he forgets w:c table order what the whole night. The buffet restaurant doesn’t have much selection, in fact the menu is almost the same everyday. It start fresh at breakfast & lunch. Dinner is like left over of lunch. They just rearranges the food in a smaller platter. The best part of activity is the at pool, foam party. And the karaoke night.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Unforgettable Experience!

I whole-heartedly recommend the Sandos Caracol Eco Resort. We travelled with 2 kids 9 & 5. The family superior room with bunk beds were beautiful and comfy. The kids club was outstanding and the water park a delight! The food was excellent. We simply loved the Eco focus, the jungle like environment and emphases on the Mayan culture. Ocean Riviera Paradise: very nice family resort!!!!!!!

We were in El Beso adult only. Rooms are big with bathtub and shower very comfortable. Restaurants are great food very good .No need to go to a la carte Buffet restaurant has everything you desired. Very nice service. Very excellent night intertaiment :shaws ,bands. Only one problem water is not in you room you need to call room service to bring it to your room which takes time==you might call a few times Generally nice resort I could recommend.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: The best resort had ever been!

The hotel is absolutely amazing! Great size - small, intimate, service is excellent! Beach is very nice, snorkeling and diving (there are couple dive shops on the same beach) is great - lots to see: fishes, turtles, calamari, stingrays, urchins. Food was great - seafood, excellent lamb, beef and beef ribs to die for. ALL rooms have ocean view and jacuzzi tabs. Would come back 100%!

Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Huge resort

Rooms were not very clean buffet was not very good unless you pay 170USD per day for premium level access. I would never stay here again you get charged for absolutely everything we ended up spending. An additional 3000$ on activities such as seadoos its a complete rip off and I’m very upset.

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand siren is Mayan beach

Grand Siren is afaboulas resort, the rooms were large and very nice. There was three beautiful pools you could choose from and they have a children’s pool also which I think was very nice for the family if they didn’t want to stay at the bigger pools. The resort was very clean and well lit at night. People working there were very professional and attentive to our needs.

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Great place for a vacation

This resort was nothing short if amazing. Because its an eco resort everything was in its natural habit. What we loved most. The animals were awesome. The food, drinks and pools were amazing too. I would recommend this hotel to anyone 😀

Kore Tulum Retreat Wellness Resort: Beautiful Resort ~ Wonderful Experience!

We can't say enough great things about Kore Tulum Retreat Resort. We were there for one week and it was with heavy hearts that we had to say goodbye to all the amazing staff and to the many friends we made there. The grounds were beautifully maintained; very clean. The pool was lovely and was cleaned every morning. There is no beach access at this resort but the views of the ocean are spectacular. There were more than enough lounge chairs and the constant supply of fresh, clean beach towels  [... read more]was very nice. We spent one day on a beach bed right by the ocean and it was terrific. The staff clean the beach bed sheets and pillows and draperies every single night and put fresh ones back on every morning. I've never seen that before!! Our first night there we had dinner on the beach ~ they put on a terrific buffet. Every night there was a delicious buffet laid with different themes: Mexican, Agentinian, Italian. All very delicious and fresh. Breakfast was always delicious and fresh. We will definately be back. Oh, I would be remiss if I didn't say something about Juan (the front desk manager); Jesus (the front lobby greeter, bag carrier and all-around super helpful guy) and, of course, Cecilia (she worked the grounds and pool area serving drinks and food) honestly, that girl never stopped and always so gracious! Allegro Playacar: Great resort.

This resort is very clean: nicely laid out..grounds and buildings, recently renovated, very good food and liquor served up by a kind, caring and knowledgeable staff. It's location close to town is a plus. The beach is superb. I decided to attend a time share promotion connected to the hotel. This was entirely my decision, and I was fully aware or what was involved...no purchase made. I would highly recommend this hotel for all the reasons mentioned above. Mike Brady

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Wonderful resort

We were impressed the minute we walked in! The resort is large and spacious and is extremely clean!!! I’ve travelled to many distananious and this was by far the best! The customer service was exceptional, from the front desk to the building representatives to the hard working restaurant and pool-servers. The rooms were large and very clean. I took the free group bike tour with Miguel and it was great!! He fitted us with helmets and a visual vest and took us around the resort explaining th [... read more]e eco system and history. I highly recommend taking this tour with Miguel. He was so pleasant!

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Missinformation around staus of hotel during construction and beach access.

Great hotel once you upgrade to Adult only section ( at a cost). The beach area for families and others is well down the beach from the resort, thus if you want to remain near the resort and take advantage of the mature shade trees and cabanas you must upgrade to Adult only.

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Beautiful resort

Beautiful resort ,clean , food is amazing,staff is very friendly and attentive.The was negative thing was the beach , very small and lots of sea weads.We upgraded to swim up room and it was amazing.Food in the restaurants was good especially the lapalapa I highly recommend , my husband had stake and I had an octopus it was amazing.
