The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Loved the Resort!

This resort is beautiful, lush, and very well taken care of. We stayed in the villas in "1000" room range and loved it. The only thing I would caution about the Villas is the stairs. You must be able to do lots of stairs. The villas also have a pool, nice and quiet and lovely. There are 5 pools at the resort and 2 beaches which makes it easy to move around and always find a spot for the day. This is a smaller resort which means no line up, lots of variety, and really lovely. I wouldn't recommend [... read more] for families though. Just my opinion. I wouldn't bring my boys (age 6 & 7). There are more couples as opposed to families. The restaurants are all great including the buffet. No Complaints about the food at all! The food was great. The resort is on many elevations, however they have a trolley that will take you around if you don't want to walk.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Girlfriend's Trip

I enjoyed this resort. Restaurants were fantastic. People are friendly , room's were nice and very clean. Myself and 3 girlfriends had a blast. Only complaint is with wifi, it should be included and available everywhere. Also unlimited calls to Canada would be great as well.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Lovely setting!

The hotel room we stayed in was very nice but quite small. There was not much room to move around in the room due to the king size bed. The shower leaked a lot whenever it was used and we had to soak up the water with towels. We did not get any facecloths in our room but others we asked had them in theirs. The buffet was great and had plenty of selection. The food was delicious! The a la carte restaurants were exceptional! Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Very Large, & wonderful resort

We loved the resort, staying at the newer area, Ambar 2, the rooms were very nice and always cleaned. The grounds are very well maintained, the buffet's were well stocked, & lots to choose from. Some of the best food we've had at buffets. The al-la cartes were easy to book & very good, lots of variety/types to choose from. The pools were clean, the beach was amazing.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful resort

The grounds were exceptionally well kept and everything was very clean. Nice restaurants with very good food. Staff was very friendly and hardworking. Resort was quite a distance from the airport and the rooms were a bit musty but clean.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent Resort!

The Resort grounds were very well maintained and beautiful. The public washrooms were very clean. Our room was immaculate and always cleaned twice a day.The a la carte dinners were amazing as well as the breakfast and lunch buffet.Overall I would not hesitate at all in returning to this resort.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Beautiful resort

The grounds of the resort were very well maintained. The gardens were beautiful, the beach was cleared of garbage leaves etc. constantly. The staff were amazing, always wanted to please. The disappointments were the house wine, it was terrible - I can't believe the organization would even consider serving this type of wine at a 4 star resort. The wifi was only available for one hour daily in the lobby, but if you purchaed a $70us card you could have unlimited for the week, and I believe that wou [... read more]ld be from your room. The rooms are large, very musty but it is the island. Great location with a very long beach which leads right into Las Terranas. We were advised not to walk the distance because some of the beach is deserted but we felt safe. Overall is was a great holiday.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Beautiful resort!

This resort is huge but so beautiful. It's very clean & they attend to your needs immediately. My only complaint would be that they only had 1 person at the swim up bar (1 at each side) & they could use 2,especially on the one side - it was quite often lined up. Great time!

overall, a great time. rooms and grounds were clean. Food was great. lovely spot. It took longer to get to the resort than we expected. we had a couple of issues, but they were pretty quickly dealt with.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: We love bahia principi Mayan riviera Akumal! !

The hotel and staff were terrific and made our vacation a wonderful experience. We were a party of 4 and 1 of our group was extremely impressed as this was his first time south so this was a great first time experience!! Beach at Akumal was gorgeous and the food was delicious!

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Loved it! would go to again.

we went with 2 families. they put us in adjoining rooms. Resort was very clean. Food was good. Service was great. Ocean was perfect for kids and good snorkeling. Saw everything from lion fish to nurse sharks. Loved it.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Huge resort!

This resort is around 1.5 hours from the Cancun airport, but that wasn't that bad. The resort itself is part of a complex of 3 resorts Coba, Tulum and the Luxury Akumal. This one is not on the beach like the other two, but you can walk or take a shuttle to the beach or other resorts. The pools are about 4.5' deep which is good for standing around in or throwing balls etc... We went to the beach a couple times and there's a good spot without too many rocks between Akumal and Tulum. They have ins [... read more]talled large breakwalls that look like sandbags or huge rocks. These break up the waves. There are a couple small coves where there are lots of small fish that swim right up to you which is pretty cool. Some areas of the beach have lots of rock in them which makes it difficult to walk into the water, but if you have a mask and snorkel you'll see some cool fish. We were in the Family Master Suite which was two adjoining rooms. The main room had a king bed and the other room had two doubles for our daughters and the couch made into a bed for our son. The mini fridge was always restocked with beer, water and other supplies. Bathrooms were nice, clean and spacious. We were in unit 20 which is fairly close to the main lobby and the main pool, though for some reason the kids preferred hanging out at the other pool which was also close by. The bartenders at the pool bar got to know us and sometimes Rene made our drinks when they saw us approaching the bar before we ordered. Jose was a fun bartender and was always trying to get people to have fun around the bar. The food at the buffet was very good. The greeters gave everyone a squirt of hand sanitizer as the entered and everything seemed very clean. Decent selection and they had a couple stations for things like custom eggs/pastas etc... The A-la-carte restaurants were also good. We preferred the Japanese because we sat around the grill and the show was fun. Evening entertainment was good, especially the acrobatic show and the Michael Jackson show was very authentic. Would definitely recommend this resort and would return.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: O.K Resort

The ride from the airport was a little rough, the bus was something different we could barely get on it was so narrow. The resort was nice, grounds well kept. I found the staff not overly friendly, except for Alex in Mediterranean Restaurant very nice person and very entertaining. I would not recommend Dolce Vita Italian Restaurant The buffet part was O.K but the stuff we ordered was awful. Our room was nice and kept clean. The water pressure is very low. All in all it was O.K for the price we p [... read more]aid. At the Buffet there were a lot of choices of different food so you wont go hungry. They had a few of excursions but very pricy.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Beautiful Resort but very big

This resort is very well kept, the grounds are impeccable. Easy to get around with the trolley's going every few minutes. The rooms were nice but have a musty smell due to the humidity. The pools & beaches are beautiful. The only thing we did not like was having to get up early to put your towel on a chair, or you would have a hard time getting one. (We were a party of four.) Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Outstanding Resort

Overall Experience was amazing!! My Daughter end up hurting herself but the trip was never compromised. The level of care and excellent service continued and exceeded our expectations. I will be back!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fantastic Resort

Wonderful food, great amenities (water park, lots of pools) and consistently great service. Rooms were large, the Coba area of the resort was great as well as the beach. There were always shuttles to take you to the beach or the shopping area (which was huge). We did the dolphin experience at the resort. While ridiculously expensive, it was well done and we thorough enjoyed. We will be going back again for sure!

Spacious rooms, beautiful grounds, great food. Very helpful , polite staff. Shuttles every 5 minutes to the beach or other resort. Fast checkin. room service was fantastic, no problems. would highly recommend.

We're very happy with BHP Coba. Staff are wonderful, accommodations comfortable, atmosphere fun. Ability to move between the different facilities means variety. We are having a great trip and recommend this hotel.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort

The Bahia Principe Resort at Runaway Bay has a variety of beaches and restaurants, with a huge pool area and 2 swim up bars. The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Caribbean. The a la carte restaurants had great service.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Everything lovely

Booked hotel with trip central and everything went smoothly. We had a direct flight, were met at airport by professional staff. Hotel nice, beach clean and beautiful. Tours were well organized. Would be nice if à la carte restaurants reservations were more plentiful.
