Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Awesome tesort

The resort itself was lovely. It was very clean and the people there were very helpful and friendly. I had very high expectations as this was my first time being in a place like this, and it was met.

Just got back and here is my review, remember this is just my review so please don't come after me Airport on the Sunday insane !! 3 hours ugh I'll remember not to fly on a Sunday We got a private shuttle to pick us ( best thing ever ) didn't have to wait for others to get on the shuttle bus within 25 min was at the hotel check was a breeze Our room exactly what we expected super clean decor got me the Mexican / Spain vibe our view was nice Beach the sand was absolutely amazing felt li [... read more]ke melted butter The " quieter pool " beautiful and definitely quieter ? The other pool with all the fun activities we loved Great music outdoor entertainment, only thing we weren't too impressed was bingo !! Why ? Totally killing the vibe my suggestion maybe take the bingo to the other pool or if they really must play bingo keep it at 1 game only The pool staff were always there never felt we had to find a server The restaurants we thought the steak restaurant way over rated ( Again our opinion don't come after me ) Not the best steak hospitality at the restaurants extremely amazing Our favourite restaurant was the Italian and ?Mexican Breakfast and lunch great buffet tons of variety The drinks I found they totally tasted off not sure why so I stuck to beer at the pool Wine at dinner ( wine perfecto ) Nighttime entertainment at the hotel great not cheesy at all very professional Wish the bars at the hotel would stay open later closed too early The beautiful inside bar in the hotel the decor was breathtaking Unfortunately couldn't sit for too long as the smell of dampness was too much for me Speaking of dampness my room didn't need " Damp rid " went next door to the white party ! Glad I got to experience it for 1 hour more for a 20 year olds but still glad we experienced it We found even the guests were all friendly everyone approachable Check out a breeze and again got a private shuttle to pick us up at the hotel Rating 8 / 10 We are DEFINITELY !! Coming back Would love to see dancing for the guests at the bar Less bingo at the pool Maybe changing the menu at the restaurants Excuse me while I book our next trip back ??

Riu Dunamar: AWESOME resort!!

We spent 7 days at Riu Dunamar, and could not say a single bad thing! The resort is beautiful, clean and well kept. Our room was big and spacious. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. The beach is beautiful, with 5 pools. There was numerous things to do to keep yourself busy. The shows each night were great! Amazing staff, drinks and food. Lots of different meal choices. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing vacation.

Iberostar Selection Coral Cancun: The room with a private rooftop pool is a DREAM.

My hubby and I stayed only 4 days in the private rooftop, ocean view for our baby moon. It was heaven on earth. We only left the room (thanks to great room service) for 2 lunches and dinner every night & I can say the service was matched with the amazing view. Gasper, Jair and Eduardo provided hands down the best service we’ve ever received. Anywhere. My hubby was sick 3/4 days we were there and we had a late 8pm flight home. They even pulled some strings to ensure we would have the room that  [... read more]day so that my hubby could get more rest before checking out at 5:30. (15USD an hour, easy choice). The basic rooms also share the same stunning view. We were in room 5311. I honestly can’t say enough about it. I just wish we were both healthy during so we could have enjoyed it fully, we’ll be back!! Our only con on our only trip to keep things real - our transfer from airport to hotel took 1.5 hours (Air Transit) we were waiting outside the whole time. They told us 3 times “20 mins” and then had to scramble to find us a bus when they realized we were all just gonna jump into taxis. Enough is enough. Disappointing start to the trip but forgotten the moment we saw that view.

Dreams Sands Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

Dreams Sands was just wonderful. I loved our room facing the ocean, the pools and beach so close by. The buffet was the best we have ever eaten at in all our travels. I was using a cane and everyone was very helpful and kind to me. The service was also the best we've had, staff was so attentive and did their jobs so well. We are planning to come back next year! Haven Riviera Cancun: Perfect week in Mexico

Haven Riviera Cancun is a beautiful resort located just 15 minutes from Cancun airport. Rooms are spacious, clean with large balconies, we had an ocean view which was great. The patio furniture could be a little more comfortable but it was fine. The restaurants are all good we enjoyed the Italian and steak house the most the lobster upgrade was expensive but very good. There was nightly entertainment which was your basic resort shows a couple were pretty good. We did the chocolate and tequila tasting which was worth the price, there are lots of activities for those that are interested. Really enjoyed the entire trip including the golf, this is a really nice resort if you are not looking for pristine beaches this area has the seaweed problem the resort does their best to control it. The serenity club upgrade did offer some good features like the private lounge and restaurant as well as the pool and beach area. Overall This is a great resort I would highly recommend we had no issues the entire trip Thanks O’Neil from Trip Central for a.ways being there when we need you.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Very Nice resort.

Unbelivable clean inside and out. Rooms were very spacious and bright. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the landscaping too. Entertainment was pretty good. Enjoyed the silent music wearing headphones.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great place for a kid vacation!

Crown Paradise Long review (stayed with children) This is a family resort. If you don’t have children, I would not recommend it. That being said, it’s a GREAT family resort. Rooms - we had room 2103. All rooms have an ocean view. We were a party of 10 people in 3 rooms and we were all happy with our rooms (1202, 1203 and 1212). They were clean (and cleaned every day). I was worried about the “very hard beds” I’d read about in reviews but we all agreed that they were firm but still com [... read more]fortable. We had a cot rolled in for one of our kids and that mattress was very soft. Bathrooms were a little small for 4 people but a minor inconvenience. Lots of hot water! Food - maybe the biggest downfall. As everyone mentions, the reservation system for the A La Cartes is awful. So hard to get a spot (must literally submit at 8:00am) and then you still won’t usually get a time you want. And it stinks to have to set an alarm on vacation. The buffet line ups are also quite long - fyi breakfast buffet available in convention centre too - quicker but fewer options). Our server in the buffet (La Palapa) was David most days and he was a highlight of the trip. He worked hard to find ways to seat our large group of 10 together when we he could. The buffet food was repetitive for all meals but with some variations. The ice cream is the same flavors every day. The A La Cartes were… okay? Their beef in all of them was tough, or not cooked as ordered or very fatty. Some “great” foods were the clams and the tuna salad dish at the French restaurant, the ribs, the crab cakes and the “beef in its own juice” at Wayne’s Boots, the churros at the Mexican restaurant. Hard to find good desserts as they’re mostly some variation of a gelatin dessert (except the apple turnovers and the pineapple upside down cake at the buffet). Pools - GREAT! We spent our days in the crown shaped big pool as it was quieter than the big infinity pool. Tough to find shade sometimes so that’s unfortunate. The covered pool is the only one that’s heated, i believe, but we all happily swam in the other one :) The waterslides were great too - such a great bonus! Kids club - Kids only went once but they had a BLAST! We had two sets of kids (cousins) so they mostly played with another but if that wasn’t the case, they would have spent more time making friends there. The staff are wonderful. The first time you take your kids you have to fill out a waiver hit after that it’s an easy drop off. Beach - it was mostly red flags while we were there. So, big waves. Kids had fun playing/wave jumping where it was shallow but I wouldn’t suggest it for swimming. However, I’ve heard it can be calmer at other times. The sand is so soft and doesn’t get hot. You can walk down to the left to the “Playa Delfines” beach too - we did this once but found it pretty much like the beach at the resort (and it’s a hot 5 minute walk…). We went to the shows every night except one. They were a mix of okay and great. Michael Jackson was awesome (heads up that “zombies” come out during Thriller and may worry kids), as was Disney night. We read lots of worrisome reviews before we came. I think it’s a matter of where you set your bar. Were there imperfections? Of course, especially if you look for them. Overall though it was a fantastic vacation and we’d definitely return. The staff are wonderful, so helpful and friendly. There is SO much to do. Tips - Bring some string and clothes pins to make a makeshift drying line on your balcony because your bathing will never dry in your bathroom. Foam party is Monday at 4 (probably). Mixed responses to when it is but we missed it sadly. Ask everyday :)

Krystal Grand Cancun: If you have not booked yet - take the reviews seriously

Most of the staff team was great. The facility itself is not in good working order. Basic facilities management issues materially impact your general experience. This is not an exaggeration. Most of the issues raised by multiple reviewers, such as the inability to book restaurants and the extortionate pricing of beachside deckchairs, are true and not overblown. The great things about this resort are not particularly the resort itself, but the location and the beach surrounding it. I think this s [... read more]kews the overall rating. These two factors are great, but both are accessible to the general public. Also, just because it says "Grand" in the name does not necessarily mean it is grander than the neighbouring resort, Krystal Cancun. I hope someone finds this helpful. We made the best of the 7 days but would not go back nor recommend it. If you have booked before reading this, you will have an ok time. If you haven't booked yet, you may want to research more.

Villa Del Palmar Cancun: Great Family Vacation

We had a fantastic time at Villa del Palmar. Food was fantastic. A lot of premium liquor was included in all-inclusive. Most of all, the staff - they make this resort a step above. Highly recommended.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Beautiful resort!

Riu Caribe Cancun: Great Resort

Excellent service. They have the menus setup with QR codes which makes it way easier for people who don’t speak Spanish. Bring your own stuff as it is very expensive buying there. The buffet was amazing. 8/10

We were there from Feb 9th till 16.....The place was very nice Very big and very busy around the pool but over all very nice Just want to bring up for someone that had a kneen replacement it would have been nice to have hand rails all the way from top of pool in to the pool..... Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: A good resort

Great resort, food, room, staff all are great the negative feedback is that this resort is geared towards parents with young kids not our age range and the entertainment was not great and finally they should invest into more beach chairs for the beach the reason for the poor rating for the pool if you want a chair by the pool get up at 5 to put a towel on a chair and the beach no empty chairs neither

Seadust Cancun Beach Resort: Great for families

An excellent choice for families with small kids. The kids had a blast at the waterpark and enjoyed the smaller kids pool by the main pool. We also really enjoyed the room service option for food especially the breakfast. Shows were great in the evening and as a family with young kids we liked they started early at 7.

Planet Hollywood Adult Scene Cancun by Royalton: Amazing Resort

The resort was awesome. Drink were good, staff was awesome, room was clean, and food was amazing. The one heads up is if you want higher quality liquor you needed to ask for it. Other then that the whole resort was an amazing experience.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Beautiful resort

The resort itself was lovely. Staff were amazing Unfortunately it’s definitely a party resort. Being adult only we did expect some party’s. But it was pretty much all day and night. Rooms were pretty quiet so if you like to stay in your room a lot you will be ok. Pool parties every day all day long. Some days were ok

NYX Hotel Cancun: Amazing Service

Excellent room, ocean view . Great service on the beach from Julio. The Deck beautiful location by the ocean with many options of good food and wine. Italian and Japanese top notch. Thanks 3rd visit and Planning return trip next Year !

Food, drink, service, pool and beach area exceptional ? All the restaurant were great. On the negative side, if you reserve a regular room, well it’s a flip of a coin, we where 3 couple, some got a decent room, some got a pretty weird room, like no doors for the bathroom, some rooms are in a kind of basement. When you check inn to the resort, they offer you a bunch of upgrade for the rooms, now we understand ? But even with the rooms situation, this resort is still one of the best I’ve been t [... read more]o, and the room were very clean and the price was great. Thanks to the great staffs for a great time. We would go back for sure with a little upgrade for the rooms.

Iberostar Selection Cancun: Beautiful resort

This was a beautiful resort and the food was amazing. The rooms were fairly clean but think the cleaners rush way too quickly. We were there for 14 days and never used the hot tub outside on our balcony until day 8 or 9. We had to ask the cleaning staff to remove the leaves and the dirt and clean the table on the patio. The air conditioner shut down on us one night, (waited for someone to show up but no one did). It broke down on us 3 times at night and so we were nervous to adjust the tempera [... read more]ture. The water station for filling up our water was broken mid way through our trip. I asked for more water one day and they said they’d bring me some but none. We loved the ocean view but found we were hardly in the room long enough to enjoy it. We had three hot tubs with our grandson and he loved it. I don’t know what prices are for a room that doesn’t have a patio but our room was extremely expensive for not using it for much but sleeping and no air conditioning those nights.
