Dreams Huatulco: Dream vacation at the Dreams Huatulco!

Our group of 11 had our second trip to the Dreams Huatulco, Mexico. It was a beautiful week. The resort staff, the service, food, cleanliness, and the atmosphere was amazing. A special shout out to our favourite pool side waitress Primi!! The resort was filled to capacity and yes, there were a few little glitches because of this, but nothing that would change our feelings about this great place. We are planning to return again next March

Las Brisas Huatulco: I LOVE this place!

Spectacular staff, beautiful grounds, amazing reef for snorkelling. The buffet was meh this time, but my package included 10 ala carte meals this time so it ended up being ok. Challenge would be hills in the resort but this is circumvented by a shuttle system which runs frequently.

Dreams Huatulco: Food quality very poor

The resort was very clean and service was excellent. Food selection and quality, especially in the evening was very poor. There was suppose to be five alacarte restaurants however only two or three were open each evening. Three out of our party of four experienced food poisoning. The evening buffet was the worst and at times we were unable to make a sandwich due to the limited food items available.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Very Relaxing

Very clean and in a beautiful location. The staff worked their tails off and were very friendly; from check-in to room service to bartenders. Sketchy if any wifi with food that is quite good but not great. Drinks galore with typical poor tasting wine. The beaches were lovely and snorkelling right off the beach. We sailed and kayaked and enjoyed the place fully. It is very hilly but there are carts to transport you all over. We'd recommend as a "not super pricey" all inclusive.

Secrets Huatulco: Great time at Secrets

Most of the other reviews are spot on, great resort, very clean, good food, up early for a chair in the shade (although just ask for one by the pool that have extras), great people. It is also a nice area of Mexico, very clean and never felt u comfortable exploring the towns.

Secrets Huatulco: Great resort and weather

This resort is amazing!! The grounds are impeccable and the service is the best you will find anywhere. The rooms were immaculate and the maids were around all the time if you needed towels shampoo toothpaste etc. room service was good and the meals were always hot. The restaurants were all good except for the Oceana the seafood restaurant which was lacking in seafood and decor lol overall this resort is great from the weather to the service it can't be beat. The only thing that I would like to see would be canned beer at this resort which they did have a few years ago and a little better entertainment.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Great time at this resort

This resort is a 4 star, older building but clean. Food is good at buffet we liked the Mediterranean & seafood restaurant the best ... 3 very safe swim able beaches, awesome snorkelling, our boys had a great time and so did we! There is a lot of walking but we didn't mind the exercise.... Perfect hot weather the whole time! We did the sunset sail through air transat.... Amazing!!

Secrets Huatulco: Beautiful Resort

So many beautiful views of the ocean and scenery from different vantage points in the resort. Food was good but got tired of the same thing after a few days. Staff are absolutely fantastic! Great sliding walls in rooms to extend your living space.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Nice Resort

Food was great, Staff exceptional and smiling all the time especially Daniel who found us a room with a fantastic view of the Bay! Buffet was great and a la carte restaurants were good. Beaches small but, had the choice of 3 different areas.Rooms were clean. Lots of stairs and hills but it added to the character of the resort since we did not have mobility issues.Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Secrets Huatulco: Great resort

Although the location is idea the resort has to deal with guests thinking they can hold their beach chairs with towels. The food was good but not amazing - it lacked spices. The beach is beautiful with a spectacular view.

Dreams Huatulco: Awesome place with great staff!

The staff was Amazing, food was excellent, rooms were great and I would definitely go back!! Everything was great and it was close to the airport which is a bonus too! Town felt safe too! Go here for a great relaxing time!

Villablanca Huatulco: My favourite place to stay in Huatulco!

This is a small, small hotethat is lovely, clean, will-maintained and the staff are wonderful. I highly recommend this hotel, although I'm not sure I want to as it it may become too crowded when I want to go!

Camino Real Zaashila: Absolutely breathtaking location

We chose this hotel mainly because of its size, we like the personal touches, the staff go above and beyond our expectations. They are a happy group so I would say that comes from good management. The food was excellent and everything was well laid out. Beautiful clean large pool. Would we return definitely yes.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Clean resort with huge variety of activity

Overall the resort was well maintained and clean. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to accommodate your requests. Family friendly with many activities for any age and preference. Breakfast and lunch buffets were good. Dinner buffet lacked variation.

Las Brisas Huatulco: BEAUTIFUL RESORT, return a must!

First off, we must mention the amazing staff at Las Brisas, Huatulco, Mexico: poolside, the most friendly and attentive Lucilia. Always there each day with a smile and sincere kind words. Our breakfast experience location (which doubled as the Mexican a la carte), was beach side and had a million dollar view, and each morning there was made all the more enjoyable and pleasant by Roberto. Also, we must mention Abad, Leonardo and Mario at the Mediterraneo. Great service and great food. Then, there [... read more] is the efficient and friendly service of Tirso and Alberto at La Pergola a la carte restaurant. We must thank all the waiters that served so well and quickly on the beach to quench the thirst of their guests. Our room was very nice, updated and kept so clean and in order by our wonderful maid. We had quick and wonderful service by the car drivers. A call from our room through the front desk to get a car took NO time at all. Believe us, it would of been a hike without the use of 24/7 car service. Speedy, efficient, friendly and respectful attention from these drivers. The resort is built in the natural landscape and the views from these peaks are incredible! Moreover, the ride from the airport to the resort is short so starting your vacation in a beautiful spot in this world is a plus. This was our second time in Huatulco but first time at this resort. We look forward to returning for many reasons: location, weather, hospitality and most all for the respectful efficient service. It was five star.

Dreams Huatulco: Very Nice Resort

We had requested 4 rooms (3 with King beds). When we arrived, we received only one room with a King bed. But we decided against asking for a change as our rooms were all close together and close to the pool. I don't think the resort was full and we had no issues with getting chairs by the pool and only one evening were not able to be seated 8 together at dinner. I liked the fact that the staff is friendly and efficient but very "hands off". We were not harassed to have photos taken, to purchase  [... read more]anything, to play games, etc. The resort was super clean and the bed comfortable and air conditioning great. The mini bar was stacked daily. I liked the size of the resort - young and old can be comfortable there. There isn't much of a beach for walking (which we knew) and town is a $5 US trip - not a nice walk - about 5k highway. The food was okay. I personally found it generally very salty and the usual watered down, sugary drinks. But there was lots of variety and everyone could be content. Perhaps because the resort wasn't full, the buffet wasn't turned over often and I found the food on it to be consistently cold. Not much to be done about that I guess. All in all, a very pleasant place to hang out for a week. The teenagers with us took advantage of the kayaking and bicycle tour.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Great location, great staff

Location, location, location! This resort sits on a hill with access to three great beaches. Lots to do, watersports are very fun, lots of shade (because it is hot), food is decent, and the staff are really great.

Secrets Huatulco: Excellent Resort

The resort was very clean, staff very attentive and food options were very good. The pool and beach choices were very good also. Both the pool & beach can be busy making it difficult to get a lounger, so means getting out early to reserve. The rooms are nice, certainly better views from building #1 then the others.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Decent Resort

Although the resort is older we found the grounds, main gathering areas and rooms very clean and adequate. All the staff is friendly and try their best to accommodate your needs. The only drawback to this resort is the selection of food in the buffet especially at dinner time. Please don't get me wrong; you can always find something to eat but if this is a 4 star then the food selections should be much better. We enjoyed this part of Mexico very much for the weather, the people in surrounding towns and the fact the taxi's are inexpensive therefore allowing you to explore. I would recommend this place but I can't see this as a 4 star maybe 3-1/2.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Fantastic resort!!!

The grounds were beautiful full of greenery and birds. Staff was very friendly, there's 4 beeches so always easy to find somewhere to sit. The carts to drive you around are always readily available!!!
