Hacienda Encantada Resort and Spa: Relaxing Escape

Spent 5 days at the Hacienda Encantada and it was absolutely the most relaxing 5 days of my life. We had a beautiful room on the ground floor with easy access to pool and hamocks. Definately a 5 star plus. The food was amazing. Thanks to our two favorite pool side bar servers Billy and Sergio for their amazing service and hospitality. We were in phase 3 and loved the pool. Riu Santa Fe: Crazy Adventure

Everything about the resort and the whole trip was fantastic!! Maybe some fruit juices instead of soda in the fridge One little mishap with one of the activities we booked but the agent was accommodating to us and booked another activity for later on in the day. All in all I would give the resort the trip together a solid 8 out of 10.

Riu Santa Fe: 3rd Visit.... was ok

UNDER CONSTRUCTION!!! WAS NOT WARNED BEFORE HAND.....LOUD ALL NIGHT HEAVY EQUIPMENT. Youre not sleeping in here at all! 1st visit 9/10 2nd visit 8/10 3rd visit 7/10 with 2/10 sleep quality Food was the same everyday.....:( Years past had lots more of variety. :) BEDS SUCKED!!!!!!!!!

Riu Santa Fe: Awesome Resort!

I love everything about this resort! The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are beautifully kept, the pools are clean and warm to swim in since you can't swim in the ocean due to the super strong undertow. The beach is also gorgeous. The arrangement and style of the buildings really give you a feeling of being in Mexico and not just a hotel that could be anywhere in the world. The food is amazing. I could go on and on.... Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great Resort!!!

The hotel and grounds were immaculate!!the staff were constantly cleaning the walkways and floors from early morning to late evening..Food was superb in both the a la carte and buffet.there was such a great variety of food and presentation beautiful.We met 2 excellent servers,Paulina and Alex. Both of them were friendly and attentive beyond belief.We mostly went to the buffet, mainly because of them.Pools,bartenders and wait staff all fantastic..just a great crew!!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Great vacation with an issue

We enjoyed our vacation very much. We would recommend this property highly. There was an issue. Our room was as not made up until after 4:00pm everyday. We would come to the room early to have a nap & shower before dinner. When we asked for a late checkout & told the Mgr that the room wasn’t cleaned until 4:00pm he wasn’t accommodating at all & really didn’t care.

Sandos Finisterra Los Cabos: NICE!

We were really pleased with this resort. Our room was lovely and generous (though a reading light would have been appreciated). We had a great view of the marina from our morning coffee stop and our balcony looked over the pools, beach and ocean - how good does it get? While the buffet was a bit minimal and not exciting there were adequate choices for even the fussiest. Tesoro Los Cabos: Loved our stay at Tesoro Los Cabos

My wife and I had the pleasure of staying at the Tesoro Los Cabos for the 1st week of February 2018. We were very happy with our decision to stay here. From check in to check out our experience was a positive one. Rafael, the front desk manager, was very helpful and patient in letting us view a few rooms before deciding on his original choice. We booked a Junior Suite which had a marina view with a balcony. The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with an amazing view. The beds were co [... read more]mfortable, the AC worked well and the shower was great with endless hot water. We read complaints about the long walk from some rooms to the pool area. While this is true it isn't that bad. The hotel is spread out along the marina to provide more marina view rooms so a long walk is inevitable if you are located at the farther ends of the hotel. We were at the far end of the hotel and we would choose the same room if we were to go back. The location of the Tesoro is amazing with the marina right out front and in town with dozens of restaurants and bars a close walk out the back doors. If you like to be close to the action and great food options then this is the place to stay. If you want to have easy access to the beach then you might be a little disappointed. The beach is about a 15 to 20 minute walk along the marina or through town and another 15 minute walk down the beach to some of the beach bars. You can also take a water taxi right out the front of the Tesoro for $5 US per person one way. We had a breakfast plan at the Tesoro and it was wonderful. There was an omelet bar with plenty of options for fillings. You could also choose between pastries, french toast, pancakes, fresh fruits, juices and cereals. The service was very good and it was a great way to start the day. We only ate dinner at the onsite restaurants once and it was okay but nothing thrilling. The best part of the Tesoro location is the easy walking access to dozens of fantastic restaurants. Everything from small taco shops (Tacos Guss), larger Mexican establishments, great seafood (El Pescador), Italian cuisine (Il Forno) and many other options. If you are the nervous type you will be happy to know that the security at the Tesoro was amazing. While there was plenty of security on site and along the marina you never felt intimidated or uncomfortable. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating while keeping a close eye on everything. We had a great time in the pool area. The pool is very nice with 2 hot tubs and a swim up pool bar and a restaurant. They provide towels in the pool area which is nice and there was plenty of seating and loungers. The young man who served us everyday was so polite and hard working. He was amazing. Our only complaint was the music didn't have to be so loud but it wasn't a big deal. All in all the pool area was great. If you love to try different restaurants every day, go to bars in the afternoon and evenings, walk around town with hundreds of shops and mingle with tourists and locals then the Tesoro is perfect for your stay. Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Everything and more

We were very impressed with the resort. The beach wasn’t as desirable as others we’ve been at and not being able to swim in the ocean was the only down side. The rooms were very clean as well as the public areas. Someone was always cleaning. The food and the staff were fantastic. No reservations were required for the a la cartes so we went to one every night and were not disappointed. We will definitely recommend this resort!!

Royal Solaris: Decent Hotel for San Jose

Everything was acceptable. Probably a 4 star rating. Rooms were clean. Grounds, pool, and beach were nice. Restaurant and hotel staff were all helpful and reasonably efficient. Good variety of food at all the buffets.

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: Average

We found that this resort is just an average resort. Clean, but very dated. Staff was friendly enough and tended to our needs. Bed was horrible, sloped with springs poking you. Any issues we had upon arrival were tended to in a timely manner. Food was good, with a lot variety. Snack bar was in need of quality control. We had chicken wings with feathers still on them. Was going to send picture but not sure where to post it. In general it was at best okay!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Outstanding resort!

We loved almost everything about this resort! From the variety of food options and entertainment available, to the beautiful room and view! Really appreciated the size of the resort -- we could walk anywhere comfortably. The pool staff were awesome, the entertainment team was great (especially Lucas!) I feel like we really got to know the folks that were providing us service. Only a couple of downsides - 2 machines were broken in the gym (and it was very busy every morning), and I thought the [... read more] gym facility could be cleaner. I also thought the prices in the spa were too high; would not use them again (not worth the $$).

Posada Real Los Cabos: Loved staying in San Jose

We loved that this resort is small and right on the beach. The rooms (especially bathrooms) are dated There's a huge variety of food on their all inclusive buffets Walk a block or two to the mall and everything you need. Quiet spot Walls paper thin though

Royal Solaris: Great for families

Every thing great disappointed only1 a la carte restaurant the mexican open1day only as well as the Brazilian and we were out on a tour Had a flood in our room realized at10 at night took2 hours to get another room my new sneakers were in the bathroom and were ruined

Posada Real Los Cabos: A friendly place

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Posada Real. The service was excellent, and there was a very pleasant atmosphere. The grounds were beautiful and the rooms were very good. We appreciated the lack of loud music that usually occurs elsewhere all day long although on one occasion the entertainment went on quite late and was noisy. We were totally pleased with our holiday. Thank you Posada Real. My only recommendation would be to change the red house wine..

Riu Santa Fe: Love Cabo!!

The resort is great... simple , clean, friendly...staff is awesome! Taco cart in the courtyard is amazing (better 2 years ago when they were serving soup with it) rooms are tidy and clean! Big kudos to the people of Mexico who cleaned it up and are still cleaning after the huge flood that probably took(according to locals) hundreds of lives! Viva Mexico!

Breathless Cabo San Lucas: Breathless left me speechless

Breathless was equal parts good and bad. The good: very clean everywhere, restaurants are better than most all-inclusives. The bad: no water sports, nightly entertainment is non-existent despite what they say, staff will rudely ask for tips (even though all gratuities are meant to be included, as per Breathless advertising).

Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos: BARCELO Gran Faro Los Cabos - Incredible Resort!

We LOVED the Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos resort!!! The grounds were beautifully kept and very clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and offered a wonderful, wide variety within the 2 buffet restaurants and 3 others that were on-sight. There were 3 pools, plus 2 hot tubs and a small playground area with a pool for children. WE loved the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous white sand beach and ocean. The beach, which was lined with palm trees, was cl [... read more]ean and groomed every evening. The resort itself was quiet, relaxing and was not overcrowded. The only small complaint we have is that the poolside music was a little too loud, but was not as load on the beach. We chose to go on one off sight adventure with Cabo Adventures and it proved to be a very fun and perfect day! We received excellent value for the price which included transportation, sailing on a beautiful, super clean catamaran, snorkeling, paddle boarding, appetizer, lunch and whale watching! It was fantastic!! All shuttles ran on time and offered comfortable transportation. We never felt unsafe even when walking into town. I know that I speak for our entire group of eight people when I say that we ALL had an amazing vacation at this resort, would return without hesitation and would recommend it to family and friends. I have already recommended it to several clients. Thank you Trip Central, Shauna Langille (travel agent), Westjet Vacations and all at the Barcelo Gran Faro Los Cabos! My 60th birthday was the BEST EVER!!!!!
