Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing Resort

I enjoyed my one week vacation at Memories Caribe! The staff were friendly, my room was amazing (cool air conditioning, comfortable bed, El Fresco shower, stocked fridge daily and spacious). I met many wonderful people, danced and participated in activities at the pool!

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Santa Maria: Amazing time yet again

It doesn't seem to matter what time of the year it is, the grounds/gardens always look great. We'll done gardeners. Pools always clean and pool bar well stocked. Beautiful beach &smiling staff everywhere you look. Is there any wonder why I keep going back?

Grand Memories Holguin: Amazing hotel, staff, needs more fruits and vegetables

People were amazing, lacking in fruits, vegetables and entertainment. No stores or other small shops. Nothing to do in the resort besides resting! Needs more attraction area like dance and good music. The last day trip was late after 1:30 due to our flight and we missed shopping, stores in the city were closed. The hotel is great but needs entertaining evening not only blasting old music till 9:00 pm. Is good for retired people pm.

Lots of friendly staff the grounds were well cared for the rooms were clean and staff responded to any issues we had quickly Our bar staff were amazing and the drinks were always good We were mainly at the beach , pool and sanctuary bar at the lobby Food was good at the alacarts They didn’t have eggs all the time but we didn’t starve and they always did their best The beach and swimming was one of the top places I’ve been to

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great Stay

We stayed for a week, Pros 1. Location is amazing 2. Multiple bar and restaurants 3. Staff is too polite 4. Rooms are spacious with good view Cons 1. Food quality is average, more cuisine should be added with spices 2. Not much cocktails/mocktails available 3. Mosquitoes/flies all around on food and in rooms/no fly catcher anywhere 4. Bed bugs in the mattresses- badly bitten during stay 5. Less activities /food options for kids

Grand Memories Varadero: Tired Resort.

Very tired feeling resort. We were suppose to be allowed to check in at 4pm, our rooms weren't ready until 6ish. Rooms were falling apart and 2 out of the 3 rooms we had, had a bad mold smell. None of the safes even worked. We also lost power in one of our rooms. Many little things were out of order. (Waterfalls etc) The buffet was pretty bad, all the alacarte restaurants served the same things prepared differently. Seemed like they had a shortage of food. Memories Trinidad Del Mar: Amazing Trinidad

Amazing food, staff, and the resort! I spent there the end of the August of 2023. Local staff are very helpful and friendly. Food is the best compare to the other Cuban resorts. Trinidad Memories Del Mar is located a round the mountains which makes this resort spectacular beautiful.

Resonance Blu Varadero: Staff is amazing. Beautiful resort

Staff are very friendly and don't demand tips, contrary to other comments. I recommend tipping because they work very hard. Had too many issues with wifi, and reserving food places within the resort. But aside from that, great experience!

Overall the hotel was VERY clean, service was good and was greeted well upon arrival with champagne and accommodated us with WIFI, directions, & attended to requests quickly. Hotel rooms were 5 star to me. Absolutely beautiful & clean. Service was amazing and had plenty of hot water. Fridges were well stocked in room and towels clean including swim towels available in rooms .. . No bugs & AC was great. No toilet paper for 2-3 days in whole resort. Not much entertainment at night and not well or [... read more]ganized. Family resort was mixed with adult resort and noise was carried on until late at night. A lot of adults were annoyed by loud noises. The resorts should’ve been separated. A la carte restaurants were great and the beach had a lot of seaweed, not clear water, very dirty, too many crabs. I travelled alone and they don’t honour one person and don’t serve you right away. Had to ask to be served several times. Snack bar did not have enough options and wasn’t a 24 hr bar. Memories Jibacoa: Great resort for snorkling

The grounds of the hotel are well kept, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, although the air conditioning system could use an update. The personnel is courteous and friendly and the food is diversified and tasty. The beach bar is charming and great to grab a bite at any time of the day. At night it transforms into an ¨A la carte¨ restaurant where you can dine while looking at an amazing sunset. There are two other ¨A la carte¨ restaurants on the premise, an Italian restaurant and an inte [... read more]rnational restaurant. They are both great and the service is impeccable. Now for the activities. If you like to look at fishes, you should bring a mask and a tuba because the choral reefs are 15 feet (3 meters) from the shore. You don't need to pay anyone or reserve a catamaran; you just go in the water and watch your personal Jacques Cousteau documentary! You can also borrow a peddle boat, a kayak or a catamaran. There are activities in different area of the resort. They are inscribed on a big panel in the lobby where you can get a great expresso, cappuccino or a drink. I loved my experience and I'm sure you will love it also.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Great Time

Had a great time at this resort. Goes without said that Cuba's beaches are on top of all. The resort itself is really nice. Friendly staff, good maintenance overall on most things. My room was really nice also. Of course there can definitely be room for some improvements but overall its good. Anyone that leaves 1star or poor reviews is an idiot. Plain and simple. Cuba is Cuba. Go there, enjoy the culture, the people, and the efforts that are done for us to have a great time

Grand Memories Varadero: Not worth the money

Visited in august. Rooms very dirty. The house keeper was not listening to my request to simply sweep the floors. Absolutely disgusting finding dirty qutips in my bathroom on the day of arrival. Door frame was broken to the point that my doors wouldn’t lock, and if they did close i was not able to open it and most of the time had to use my patio doors to get back inside. Servers would pass by me and not offer any drinks or coffee at the breakfast. Just overall its not worth the money they are charging.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Amazing resort

VERY nice resort, great ambiance, beautiful beach with clear water. Food was delicious and well presented. The room could use a fresh coat of paint. Nice pool area, snack bar and restaurants. The buffet had a variety of food, the Diamond Club was worth the money.

Grand Memories Santa Maria: Amazing beach…. and that’s it

I’ve never traveled to a resort in the off season. I will definitely do it again. Didn’t have to fight for a lounge chair or stay in a huge line at the buffet. But I don’t think I’ll be going to this resort again. There was nothing to do except go to the beach or pool. No games room or air conditioned cafe/lounge. Nowhere to escape the heat. Most resorts I’ve been to have pool tables or ping pong tables. The food was exactly the same for EVERY MEAL. Zero variation. There was very li [... read more]ttle fresh fruit or vegetables. BRING YOUR OWN TOILET PAPER. I’m not kidding, none of the public area washrooms had any. I had to bring a roll of toilet paper with me from the room.

Grand Memories Varadero: Great beach and amazing entertainment crew!

Our family vacation at Grand Memories Varadero was truly amazingly! The entertainment crew specially Liliana and Eliecer were such great hosts. Very friendly and helpful. The beach was gorgeous. Couldn't have asked for anything more. We had great memories to bring back to Canada!

The room are clean beach is beautiful there is always 3 swimming pools people are very friendly food is good I was there in August very nice weather sunny everyday no rain very hot if someone doesn’t like very hot you need to go there spring or winter time

Grand Memories Varadero: Great staff and amazing beach!

The buffet staff Arelys and Rigoberto provided great service throughout our stay. Liliana the guest hostess at the front is excellent. Friendly and helpful. The beach is amazing. This is the place to stay with your family!!!

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Beautiful resort

The hotel was well kept, clean, the bar tenders waitresses were friendly. Service was good. Unfortunately not very busy at this time. The grounds were well kept and manicured. Pools were great, water was fairly warm and the sunken bar pool was fabulous especially on very hot days. Which was almost everyday. Food was normal, nothing spectacular, mornings same, lunch same, dinner same, especially in the buffet section. Wide variety of fresh fruits on a daily basis. Bar, lack ok coke, pina coladas, mint on certain nights to make Mojitos etc. A bit disappointing.

Sanctuary at Grand Memories Varadero: We will never return to this resort definitely not 4.5 rating

We have been to Cuba many times over many years and we would never return to this resort. Too many issues to post. One thing we would like send a shout out Noel the butler he was very attentive! Our experience here was not good at all.
