Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Beautiful resort

Grounds and beach were immaculate. Gorgeous rooms and great food. Excellent dining choices. Resort was a bit bigger than I was used to so took a couple of days to get used to it. They had trains to get you around but they could have used a few more at dinner time

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Nice resort

Nice clean resort. Food and service were both great. Beautiful beach and water that you could sit around or take a long walk. Pool was ok, they needed music instead of just putting a Shawn Paul cd and hitting play like they did one day. Rooms need a little renovating to give the resort feel rather than a hotel room as they appeared to be a little outdated. Melia Puerto Vallarta: Good family resort

As a family trip we really enjoyed this resort it was not to big not to small just a nice size, food was good, service was good? We would stay here again and recommend it. The only little disappointment was we notified them that it was a special Anniversary but it was not acknowledged.

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Not impressed

The food was less than desirable other than the ala carte's , buffet is open so flies all on the food and very bland not a lot of selection , even more disappointing the entertainment throughout the day at the pool , 1 day a pool party that's it , no games , same music over and over no interaction from the staff. Evening entertainment was ok the Queen and Las Vegas show were the best , cannot believe u had to pay for 2 of the a la carte restaurants as well as drinks considering I payed for ALL i [... read more]nclusive. I was in building 1 so had to get the train to the main lobby and was told train runs 24 hrs every 15 min , NOT true, I saw ppl with babies and small children waiting up to 45 min ridiculous, do yourself a favour but at the Bahia Principe , that was my choice but was convinced to try the Melia , BIG MISTAKE!!

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Nice resort

Nice resort perfect for families as it's on the smaller size... wouldn't recommend for a couple wanting to go for relaxation as it was very busy with alot of families with small children. Food was great and friendly service. Hotel looks like it could use a bit of some TCL as it was looking a bit worn. We were also missing that "resort feeling" as it was basically just a hotel room.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Great beach and spectacular sea/ocean

The water and the beach was amazing. One of the best we have seen. Pools seem to be nice but they should try better keeping them clean. The hotel itself is so so. Needs improvements and they are working on it. Beds (doubles) were horrible. Food was ok. Service could be much better easily. Still I recommend depending on price you pay because of its beach and sea.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Melina Nassau Beach

The resort itself was lovely. It was also huge. Too large for us, but perfect for people without ailments. Breakfast was great in the Buffet, lunch was good in the outside BBQ grill, but the dinner buffet was bad, the Italian restaurant was OK and the Mexican restaurant was good. I would recommend this hotel, but not again for us. Also, check-in time was 3:00pm, but we couldn’t get our room until after 4:00.

Paradisus Punta Cana: Outstanding Resort

This was our second time at this resort. I can’t say enough positive things about the Royal Service, our butler Alex and the restaurants. The private beach and pool for adults only makes for a completely enjoyable and relaxing time. We look forward to returning again next year. I would strongly recommend this resort.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Best View Ever

The beach is stunning, the view from our room was the most beautiful I have ever had. However, the service at this resort is lacking and the rooms are very outdated. I don't go on vacation to spend time in my room so this really wasn't a huge deal to me. The rooms were cleaned daily and smelled very clean. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and welcoming. I also was annoyed at the fact that they kept running out of drinks during our stay. And not just specialty drinks, the pool bar ran out of beer and the restaurants ran out of coke and good luck if you wanted a mojito. I forget what dish we ordered at the Japanese restaurant but they ran out of that too. Also, there is no night life, we had to leave the resort for that. I had a wonderful time because of the people I was with, the weather and the gorgeous surroundings.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Would not go back

It was ok.... beach was beautiful!! Rooms where ok nothing special but clean. Hallways where dirty and smelled!!! There was NO service !!! It was horrible. We spoke to a few guests who stayed there and felt the same. Food is ok 👍🏼. Nothing fancy but nothing to complain about just if you asked for something you could tell they did not want to do it and they oftenly forgot about you ! Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Not good!

I was actually very disappointed. What I was most disappointed about was the lack of customer service and organization. Every single day the bars ran out of items early in the day; mint leaves, pre made pina colada, water, beer...who runs out of beer?!! The food was VERY limited, about 20 choices at the buffet. The a la cart restaurants can only be booked two days ahead, service was EXTREMELY slow and served without a smile, and the food was very very dry. Melia Puerto Vallarta: Melia!

If you have a family this is the resort to go to. As a single mom bringing my 2 kids ages 3 and 13, there was something for each of them to do, all of the time! My 3 year old LOVED the kids club. Isabel and Keren in the kids club were helpful and knowledgeable, and the kids loved being with them. Food was great! No matter which restaurant you went to there was something there for each one of us. Melia Caribe Beach Resort: 5 star resort

The rooms and room service (included) were second-to-none. The restaurants were varied and delicious so the food did not get boring. The resort is quite big so a shuttle is required to get around which we found hindered our spontaneity somewhat. Golf course near by was awesome. Carts are required so budget $60US per person for each round.

Paradisus Punta Cana: Food was really bad

The resort overall was ok. we stayed there during March break 2018. The good stuff: The staff are nice and they did their best to keep us happy. Rooms are clean and spacious. Internet service was free and almost everywhere. The beach was clean and big. The bad stuff:1- the food was really really bad at this resort , their buffets are very lame and lack variety. If you like your food this is not your place. Even their a la carte resturants not that great. That was almost all of the people  [... read more]main comment about this resort. 2-too many sales people bugging you to buy trips to go off the resort , on the beach , and by the pool , they keep coming every day. 3- no hot tub in their rooms. Unless you get upgraded to Royal service then you will have one. We stayed in a cheaper resorts that had better food and hot tub in the room and same great service. I won’t be staying at this resort again .

We had been watching different hotel prices for awhile, and the Melia dropped to 2200 per person, we thought this was a steal of a deal and jumped on it. We were wrong. In our opinion this is not a four star hotel. We had a basic room, which was fine, the balcony is small, But the beds were TERRIBLE!! The most uncomfortable bed I have been on in a long time. The buffet is not good, the food is cold, listen to the bad reviews. By the time you get to your seat the food is luke warm at best. I suggest gettting an omelette in the morning, cause thats the only hot food you get. The other food is good tho, the beach bar, and barbeque were amazing, and we went to the italian restaurant twice and loved it. The pools and beaches are very nice, and can usually find a chair. The staff is mostly really amazing aswell. All in all this resort is ok, but i would never pay that price again for it. for 1500 a person it would be more resonable.

The Level at Melia Caribe: Amazing resort! Amazing time with the love of my life!

The beaches and pools were second to none! Amazing! The water was not cold, and the staff were always near to serve and help us. We had room service 3 times, was fast and flavourful! The dinners were tasty with my favorite being the Japanese Restaurant! The chef cooks right in front of you. The golf course across the street was great and hotel offered discounts and free shuttle! The hotel offered fruit sticks and mini snacks around the pool area which was nice! There is live music in the main lobby every night, people were dancing! The lobby bar was our favourite! The Level at Melia Caribe: Amazing Trip with my boyfriend!!!

We had an amazing time. Pool water wasn't too cold. SERVICE was amazing. Always someone asking if we are okay. Great servers around the pool! The Japanese Restaurant was great! Very flavourful! The beach and beach water was perfect and clear. The Lobby bar had live musician every night! We had room service 3 nights there, was fast and tasteful! Lots of options! We went golfing at the COCOTAL golf course across the street! Was amazing, free shuttle took us. Weather was 28 degrees and a [... read more]ll sun, only sun showers when we left! no reservations for dinner which is nice, and no line ups!!

The Level at Melia Caribe: Great resort

Great service, beautifully landscaped with spacious pools. Food was good and a nice choice of dining options Rooms were nicely decorated but showing a little wear Staff was very friendly and accommodating

Paradisus Punta Cana: Paradisus Punta Cana Was Great!

The resort grounds and facilities are huge with more restaurants than you can possibly eat in and two great buffet restaurants every day. The quality and selection of the food was wonderful. The grounds were exceptionally well kept and the landscaping is really beautiful with lots of great opportunities for pictures. The beach was clean and the sands are groomed every morning. The main pool is huge and varies from a depth of three feet to five feet all around which makes it very safe for the k [... read more]ids and nice to walk around and lounge in. The staff provide all kinds of pool toys and floatation devices to use and there was even a foam party. The biggest surprise was every Monday is paintball in the natural Mangrove on the grounds and my son played non stop for three hours. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. We didn't want for anything during our stay.

Melia Braco Village: Very Enjoyable week

The hospitality was great. Food was good, rooms were very clean. The beach was a little disappointing -- water shoes were handy as wash in from reef was hard on the feet. Always clean towels available. Only one day we had trouble finding a lounge chair on the beach.
