Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Amazing resort

Resort was beautiful. Service is was incredible. Food was the best we’ve had at an all inclusive. The resort was half empty so we were upgraded to the preferred adults only side with an ocean view suite. Only down side was the seaweed. Some days the smell was really bad. No fault of the resort. They worked hard to clean it.

The hotel; the room is nice and the transportation is convenience The restaurant buffet are delicious and the seafoods are fresh and good The resort Coba restaurant name Gourmet are elegant, good service and good foods The beach are clean and nice The Bahia Resort are safe and their staff are nice and the service are good The Entertainment in the day time and at night are amazing

Hotel Xcaret Mexico: THE BEST Resort!

This resort opened up in December 2017 and you can tell that they put in a lot of work to maintain the quality of the facility. This place is breathtakingly beautiful. Everything you see in the pictures is exactly what you see in real life. The service is top notch, rooms are amazing and there are lots of options for food. The best part of staying at Hotel Xcaret was experiencing the all inclusive tours/parks. Our favourite tour was the Xenotes but we also had so much fun visiting Xel-Ha Tulum,  [... read more]Xplor and Xenses. Honestly, we're convincing all of our friends that they HAVE to go here and it's been an easy sell so far!!

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: 2nd visit .. 25th anniversary

Sandos playacar resort 2nd visit in 2 years There were pluses and minuses to this trip this time Pluses Food was great everywhere! Housekeeping was fabulous We appreciated the added security at beach that kept the locals from being to pushy with their goods no was no and they were told to move along Bartenders were great! The adult pool last time we were there there was usually 2 bartenders 1 server and in the afternoon would be entertainment/games and some good music - it's not this way anymore there were no games etc the bartenders are absolutely fabulous love them to pieces they are doing then work of many people having that added entertainment guy certainly helped last time he helped keep control over the pool this year many "pool rules" were constantly broken and you can't expect the bartenders to see & stop it... we like to have a good time games and entertainment add the fun aspect not just pounding back as much booze as humanly possible and unfortunately for us this was lacking this trip, we very much missed David E (congrats on your promotion) The shuttle service from adult side to main area by beach - sometimes it's good often times it's not, it is a long walk definetly room for improvement with the much needed service but much appreciated when we were able to use it. A heart felt thank you to Fabian, Mario, & Luis for their excellent service & spanish lessons at the adult pool LOL!

The resort was very clean and the personnel were very nice and respectful. Definitely will go there again. The food was amazing and staff very professional and happy people. Everyone was welcoming .Definitely should try

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Amazing resort

The resort was gorgeous! Room very clean as well as the rest of the spaces. The views of the ocean, just as they appear on their site. Great ambience and food for the most part, although their a la carte restaurants sometimes missed the mark.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort Mayan Riviera Mexico

Resort was lovely, staff friendly and helpful. Although, I personally like a smaller resort, and one closer to the airport, this one took us over one hour to arrive, and one and one half hrs back to airport. Took me a couple of days to (sort of) find my way around. Food was plentiful, but hot food was luke warm. We (with the exception of once) ate at the buffet. I had an annoying noise in my room, which staff were finally able to rectify (not too sure what is was, but I think the air condit [... read more]ioning had something to do with it).

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Terrific resort

I was impressed by the resort in general. There is a high standard of cleanliness throughout the resort and all staff were eager to help and addressed any concerns or questions quickly. The size of the resort takes a little while to get used to and to find your way around, but after that you feel very comfortable.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Gorgeous resort

My fiancé and I loved it here!!! It was super gorgeous. The staff wasn’t overly friendly. But that’s my only negative comment. Rooms are gorg, food is great. Well worth it. The pools were outstanding.

Allegro Playacar: Great staff

This was our second time at this resort. They did a great job on the renovations. Check in was quick and Lucy spoke good English. We had a room on the second floor with an ocean view. The king sized bed was very comfortable and the room kept clean. The grounds are very nice and it's easy to get around as it is a smaller resort. The staff were amazing especially Nestor, Humberto, Rafael and Fernando. We were treated exceptionally well and most spoke good English. The food was very good and drinks [... read more] not watered down. It's a short walk to PDC which is great. We will be returning again for sure.

Barcelo Maya Grand Resort: Amazing resort!

Thank you so very much!!!! We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful resort!!! The ground, the area, the restaurants, the rooms and specially the staff are just amazing!!! It was our 27. anniversary of happy marriage and our 10 years anniversary living in Canada we celebrated in Barcello resort!!! We will definitely come back and for sure recommend this place to our friends ❤

although a clean looking resort, it is dated, food was average, service was fair to good compared to other sites on the same property such as akumal and sian kaan. the beach was nice but unfortunately at this time of year covered with seaweed both in the water and on the sand. overall the trip was a success with great weather. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great vacation

Wonderful place to go on vacation with family and friend. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food delicious and great variety. The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The beach had a lot of seaweed but thanks to the hotel crew cleaning the algae constantly, crew we can enjoyed. On the down side, the Privilege Club in a very gentle way they try to attract you their club but surprisingly you can't sign without your partner presence and consent. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Would return for sure!

The hotel was well kept and clean. The buffet food was always good and the restaurants were all amazing. We enjoyed every part of this resort. There was no shortage of evening entertainment going right till midnight when the disco opened. We flew with Air Canada and got the premier package which we did not know till we arrived. Great service from our rep who made sure we knew who he was the minute we arrived and checked in with us every day when he saw us. We will definitely go with Air Canada v [... read more]acations again and we will definitely stay in the Coba resort in the future.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Excellent resort!!!

We rested from September 1 to September 8, 12018. In this place we are the third time. I like this resort very much. The work of the resort so that every guest feels comfortable. Excellent service, good food, very clean rooms, good beach. Good drinks. Everything for guests. Special thanks to the hotel supervisor, unfortunately I did not remember his name.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: wonderful resort

hotel was amazing, our only complain is that there were way too many screaming kids at the restaurants and the pools.There should a separate area for parents with little kids. We are older people and like to be with people( and kids, I was a kinder garden teacher!!!!) but not with so many misbehaving, spoiled brats whose parents don't care about other guests.We would love to come back, it was our third time at this resort.

Got upgraded to an ocean view room in tulum resort. Great place, huge hotel, good service. Lots of seaweed, but guys work hard on cleaning it every day. Very warm water this time of the year. Got a great deal too, booked 2 weeks in advance

El Dorado Royale: Beautiful Resort

This resort was amazing. Great food and entertainment, along with such a peaceful atmosphere. I would highly recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation. Make sure to visit all the activities on the resort.

Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya: Loved this resort!

Beautiful grounds, clean new buildings, excellent facilities, excellent service. Very comfortable and top notch service from the staff. Everyone was very friendly. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and the vibe. Clean, beautiful gardens and wildlife right on the grounds. Beautiful beach and the nicest pools I have ever been in. Nature and zen.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Stay away from Privilege CLub

All our stay was good except for the experience with the Privilege CLub and the staff. Everything except for the Privilege club staff and their way of chasing you around. The whole experience was unreal. they chase you to get you to sign up. you finally agree and unbelievably, in this 21st century where women are equal to men and capable of making decisions, they do not agree to just having the meeting with the "woman" and the husband has to be present. I was not the only one who suffered this [... read more] discrimination, sexism and lack of respect. My friend was insulted as well as we both went to see the Privilege staff and agreed to go to the meeting and he refused based on company policies and procedures that demanded the husband to be present. this situation was brought to the customer service of the hotel, was also discussed with the privilege staff and all they said was that it was the procedure. I find the procedure demeaning, insulting, sexist and discriminating and the staff and the club should be ashamed of themselves for carrying out such policy. And I really do not care about the explanation of the husband and the wife take decisions together or not. I am a woman and capable of making decisions on my own and with my husband as well. Now for the good things, service was excellent. Jesus from the beach bar was the best! funny, friendly and always had a smile and the right drink for us. The room was always clean although there is this mold smell coming the mattresses. It is time to change those mattresses! The room is cleaned daily and the fridge and coffee and tea products are replaced every day. The food at the buffet is really good except there is not a lot of variety from day to day but you can always find something here and there and is really nice and lots of flavours. best restaurant a la carte is the Brazilian. Amazing food and the service was excellent too. The Japanese was good too and Adiel provides a great show and entertainment. I did not like the fish too much but my family had the beef and seafood and it was delicious. The beach. seaweed but the work the staff does about it is unbelievable!! kudos to the staff and the administration for that job. They do their best to keep the beach cleaned and work really hard for it The resort is big but we were in a room close to the main attractions (buffet and lobby) and the golf carts are also very frequent so we barely had to walk. the Hacienda, we loved it and danced all night. there is karaoke there too and the live music. we missed the entertainment in the big theater (hotel) because never knew what time or what was going on but we did enjoy the live bands at the other place outdoor. the pools are nice although maybe a bit of work on some is needed as there is some dirt you can see in some of them. the beach bars are good and not too busy. I would recommend this hotel for sure, just stay away from the privilege club.
