Grand Aston Cayo Las Brujas: Great resort!

The Grand Aston was a great resort. We just came back and we were there on the off season. The staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The entertainment crew was great. We enjoyed watching the nightly shows and then hanging out with them every night until security shut down the party!

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Good vacation

Beach was good, a little weedy because it was windy. Room was good, food was ok, but shortages of cola, bacon, and eggs on 1-2 days. Anywhere in Cuba shortages will be similar. I still enjoyed it, there for the beach, not the food.

Iberostar Selection Holguin: Iberostar Holguin

Iberostar hotel amazing the service excellent the grounds incredible beautiful beach unfortunately the food is very poor many essentials such as tomatoes potatoes mint for mojitos not available Cuba is suffering from supply issues very sad

Grand Muthu Cayo Guillermo: worse than 2019

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Awesome Resort

Like all the Royalton there's a certain reputation to live up too. There was no difference with the Royalton at Cayo Santa Maria. The room was very generous in size, bed linens were excellent. The sunken bathtub and stand up shower added to the ambience of the room. AC worked great and all over cleanliness was impeccable. The staff at this resort were amazing. Iberostar Selection Ensenachos: Coral section of Iberostar Ensenachos

Bungalow section on the beautiful Ensenachos beach is amazing, my husband and I enjoyed our 4th stay in the coral section of this resort. We had also stayed in the spa section 3 times. It is wonderful staying in your own house in a quiet setting near the beach. The resort is immaculate, looks freshly painted. In the coral section, you can enjoy your meals in 2 restaurants. Our favourite is the beach restaurant at lunch time. Lots of good food! In the main restaurant near the pool can have for su [... read more]pper lobster bisque, Cuban soups, lobster tails, fish, steak, lamb, chicken and other choices daily. You can also eat at other restaurants in the main section of the resort. The mocha cakes at the buffet section of the resort were so delicious. The staff in the coral section are great, the manager Luis is especially kind and attentive.

Gran Muthu Imperial: Good resort!

I like this hotel. public area is clean, food is fresh, people are nice. comparing with price, it is good enough! The only concern is the mosquitos!!! too many!!! It really bothered us! Some one should give us suggestion or warning after we book the hotel so that we can prepare at least.

Gran Muthu Rainbow Cayo Guillermo: My best vacation in Cuba

We went to Grand Muthu Rainbow hotel in Cayo Guillermo. We had the best vacation!! The hotel is beautiful. Clean, ac in the rooms work perfect, food is very good !. The staff are the best. Brisas Guardalavaca: This hotel is lives up to its 3 stars.

Nadejda. My husband and I have been to Brisas Guardalavaca for the 5th time for 2 weeks. Hotel near the ocean, beautiful sandy beach. The staff at the hotel is very friendly, trying to make our relaxation comfortable. We like this hotel. Gran Muthu Imperial: client review from Kelly 2022 OCT

The hotel is very good, near the sea and food and drink are free and available any time. One incident we would like to report is that: the room#8009 (we upgraded to oceanview suite) lost internet after we stayed for 2-3 days. On Wednesday night we were arranged another room(#9016) which has no oceanview. The hotel said the whole building for room 8009 did not have internet and need to be repaired. So we talked to hotel about refund the difference of hotel fee we paid between the oceanview  [... read more]room and the regular room. But the hotel can't give us an answer. Other thing is in room 8009, the mesh door could not closed properly and so there were a lot of mosquitos and we got lot of bites. There is washroom basin drain pipe leaking(not to big )in room 9016. Food is good but we suggest to mark the lable on the plate in some details so clients may know what are the food. It is a buffet style and after the food processed sometimes we did not know what kind of food in the display. Coffee are not available in buffet room and need to be got from the lobby bar. Hope it could be available in buffet room once ordered with waiter. walking lane's lights need to be repaired so some places are very dark in the night. Generally , it is a unforgettable experience and I would recommend friends to live in this hotel as comparing with the neighbor hotel there is less residents and there is more opportunities to enjoy the swimming pool, etc.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Amazing resort!

Hotel was clean. Some minor things need to be repaired. Staff are friendly, food was very good! Bugs weren’t bad during the day. Only thing I would change is the choice of music being played at the pool when the entertainment staff were not doing their activities. The music was way too mellow!

This resort was just the right size, not too large and not small. It was very well laid out. The rooms are very nice. There are plenty of washrooms around the resort which were kept clean and well maintained. The pools are lovely and refreshing and the walk to the beach is nearby with a snack bar and bar. Some of the staff wore masks and kept social distancing from customers. There seemed to be a shortage of some of the food such as chicken so we had pork, fish and pasta or rice. Beautifully landscaped grounds, spectacular shows, spacious rooms with balcony, table and chairs, ocean view, friendly staff, lovely presentations of dinners at the specialty restaurants with good Spanish wines, super chef in Selections buffet restaurant who made every meat taste delicious, great variety of desserts with ice cream etc.and meats but bring your own spices if you select per-prepared dishes, lovely beach, excursions available to Moron and local double-decker bus to Gaviota Shopping [... read more] Centre but avoid the meal hour as many shops close over the noon hour, many activities available, including pétanque, variety of alcoholic beverages minus any Coca Cola mix so no Cuba Libre, mosquitos in abundance biting everywhere though. Mosquitos risk killing the tourist industry as they are so pervasive in that area and on that site which has a huge lake/ pond of stagnant water so a breeding ground for mosquitos. The mosquitos there are so small that you seldom see them. I had been in Santa Maria in April and never experienced any mosquito bites, so perhaps the season makes a difference too. I was a little disappointed that there was no welcome drink and no porter to take my carry-on to my room and explain everything until later.

Melia Costa Rey: Wonderful resort

If you are considering going to Cuba you must understand one huge thing. You do not go to Cuba for the food. Having gone during the off-season and just a few months after the demise of Covid the resort was empty is not an exaggeration. Four big beautiful pools are in this resort and at 2 in the afternoon we were the only people in the pool. The most I saw were perhaps 20 people. I have been to many resorts and have never experienced a completely empty swim-up bar. I asked a couple of people when we went swimming with the dolphins and all resorts seem to be hurting currently for many items. The snack bar had very little available. there were no french fries, and hot dogs all week, hamburgers were veggie burgers at best. The entertainment each night was very enjoyable and they work hard at what they do. The entertainment around the pool was not seen until around 4 in the afternoon, but then I felt bad for the workers because the people were just not there to work with. I would certainly return to the resort if I went to Cayo Coco again however I would want to know if things had drastically changed. I am not a picky person, we made do with what was available and the staff was very pleasant to deal with. it is just a shame that Cuba is suffering so badly for food and even out of the resorts they suffer much more as I did adventure to a couple of other cities. I hope that most of this was due to the lack of people at the resort because the resort is beautiful and worth staying at.

Iberostar Coral Esmeralda: Interesting Week!!

The hotel, rooms and staff are nice. However, the Customer Service Rep randomly gave out different amounts of A La Carte dinners to each guest. We had 2, another group had 3 some had 4. The whole resort is lacking in vegetables.m and the buffet was the same every day. The lounge in the evening was very smokey each night so we had to leave. Then there were a group of Russians that were very disruptive, loud, rude, naked and having sex on the beach and their balcony. Playa Costa Verde: Amazing resort definitely go back

Every clean resort room was amazing . Plenty to eat and drink Entertainment was very good Beach was beautiful . We will be back We meet amazing people there Rolando, Kenia , Dilia, Maylin and many more . Beautiful people . ❤️❤️❤️

Playa Vista Azul: Small friendly resort

Nice hotel for one week. Rooms are clean, mini fridge with botteled water, security box. We never missed hot water or towels for the shower and beach. Wifi throughout the complex. There are 2 small beaches on each side of resort. Never missed chairs nor palapas. Bars are fine with excellent service. One pool with bar on one side and shallow part for children at the other end. Nothing for childreth at the pool and kids club was closed. Food...this is Cuba....food is good but no variatio [... read more]n. Lunch and supper are the same, a la carte as well. It is basic but you won't starve. They miss everything, but I think it's the same everywhere. There is a small snack at the left beach with sandwiches at lunch and one snack at the pool with burgers and hot dogs - no fries anywhere. But above everything the Cubans are soooo friendly. Don't change too many pesos. They prefer canadian or American money at the resort and they will change pesos for you at 100 for 1 at the buffet or bar. Taxi as well. If you go to Varadero the stores and Mercado will not accept pesos. Entertainment every night in the lobby before the show at the theatre.

Paradisus Los Cayos: Was great to travel after such a long period

The goods: - Hotel was build around 3 years ago, it's very modern. - Arrived at hotel and was upgraded for free to a suit without request. - Complete hotel extremely clean. - Rooms have colorful light show to memorize your eyes. - Staff are so professional and curtious. - Took a massage $27 usa / 1 hour, amazing price and quality. - I returned a second time to Cayo Santa Maria cause they have in my opinion the most beautiful sand beach. - Got free wifi for all guests all week cause h [... read more]otel is used at 15%. - Very safe place. No thieves. The less goods: - Didn't appreciate having to wipe my face at the table with paper toilet provided by waiters. - Staff only speak Spanish and 10% English. - I could never serve myself, always feeling obligated to give tips, while not getting what i want. - Food always cold. Hardly any fruits, no vegetables except two last days saw cucumber and tomatoes. Mostly fried food and (sausage, salamies, bacon, cheese, rice, eggs). Surrounded by ocean but no fish on menu, except 1 night lobster tail. Pizza crust is a hard thin pita bread. Felt really hungry half the time. Buffet on certain evenings is closed and only a la carte restaurant. Spoke to high manager about food on last day, he says they are struggling with orders not coming in. Spoke to other guests in hotel, they paid extra for seafood buffet all week, that is not advertised. So hotel are able to have seafood, no excuse. - Some of the chairs in room were destroyed but left there. - Takes a bit of time for hot water to come. - Service is slow, waited 1 hour for butter. - Night entertainment are of lower quality, not everyone can see the show cause of the posts and people in the way. - Ordered brevages to room, but never got what I ordered, pretty easy asking coke or beer can for fridge, but not getting it. - There are maps, but 60% of hotel is closed. Every time directed towards a closed gym, closed massage. Struggled to find areas. Map not clear.

Club Kawama: resort club kawama

it was the worst trip my husband and i ever had . the food was crap and they ran out of everything but excuse,s no coffee, no milk, no wine red or white , toilet paper used for dinner napkins,no beer sometimes, no cups for the beer, no chlorine for the pool,the list is endless..........................kawama is a shit hole

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Nice Resort

The hotel was really big but nice. All Entertainment Team was fun, energetic and had a variety of activities. The service at the buffet was good. Staff were very friendly friendly. The pool and the beach were clean and well maintained. The housekeeping service left a little to be desired. We ran out of tissues (small package) and body wash and it was not replaced. We were initially given face clothes, but after the first day, none were to be seen. There were also ants in our room.
