New York New York: First time in Vegas-great experience!

A surprise trip for my husband's milestone birthday was made possible with the help of Tanya Smith at Trip central. She went out of her way to help me search and arrange the perfect vacation. The New York New York is a fabulous hotel, perfect central location on the strip. Check-in was quick and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time walking, so a good night's sleep was a welcom [... read more]e relief at the end of the day. Housekeeping staff was so friendly and kept our room immaculate. The hotel has everything you could possibly want, great casino, numerous restaurants, bars, pool, entertainment in the park-you truly could spend a week and never leave the property. We didn't use the pool as we were so busy exploring but we did check it out and it looked great. Our favorite spots in the hotel were Il Fornaio's Italian restaurant and Tom's Urban grill and bar. If you are a patron of the hotel, Il Fornaio's has 2 for 1 breakfast-each meal reasonably priced under $15. Our favorite was their waffle, smothered in a light cream, fresh strawberries and bananas-to die for! Also their poached eggs on ham and toast was amazing. We ate there each morning and got to know our waitress who was friendly, attentive and a great start to our day. Tom's urban has a lunch special of sliders and loaded fries for $10. The portions were generous, and after the first day, we found we could split an order and be totally satisfied. They also make great margaritas! The hotel offers a $30 credit each day to selected restaurants/bars in the hotel. Tom's was one, so lunch was on the house, sometimes with enough left over for a drink :) .We didn't use the casino much, but a $1 bill netted me $52 within 2 mins, so no complaints there. The hotel also has an amazing roller coaster (which I was too chicken to try) and a huge arcade for kids/adults interested in gaming. Must do's in Vegas--a combination road trip/helicopter ride to the Hoover Dam and the Grand Canyon! Well worth every penny. Best to buy your tickets from an agent on the strip as the hotel concierge is more expensive. Take a day and visit Old Las Vegas-Freemans Street. Very entertaining. . All in all, we were not disappointed, Vegas has something for everyone, the people are friendly everywhere you go, and go out of their way to make your experience one to remember.

Sahara Las Vegas: Great resort for relaxing

Large rooms, great restaurants inside the hotel, casino has craps lessons if you’re willing to learn and very close to gift shops and tours. We got a $50 credit towards food and drinks (it was more than enough to enjoy Umami burger meals). May be a bit far from the action for some people but we really didn’t mind the walk, monorail or taxi/Uber into the middle of the strip. I do recommend getting a pass for the monorail. New York New York: New York New York, Las Vegas

We love this hotel for it's central location, across the street from MGM - where there is so many excellent shows and restaurants, plus we love to gamble in a smaller casino! The Italian restaurtant in NYNY is really good too!

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Pleasantly surprised

We've always overlooked this hotel thinking it was old and outdated. We booked based on a TripCentral agent's recommendations and were impressed with the room, lots of elevators to get to room quickly, can cut through Paris to save walking through the heat on the strip. You can also access hotel through the bazaar shops. Check in was slow as only one person was working the counter when we arrived so that would be our only complaint. We were upgraded upon arrival. Breakfast buffet at the mexican restaurant in casino was fair price and lots of variety. Also, the food court in the lower level was great for quick dinner (Johnny Rockets, Sabarros, Subway etc.) Pick up for excursions at the side of hotel was convenient and great. Staff friendly and the beds were super comfy. We didn't get a chance to check out the pool while there. Would stay here again for sure and recommend to others.

Circus Circus: Okay with a car

We stayed at the circus circus motel which worked out well as we had a car. Great parking compared to main hotel. A lot of kids at the pool so not great for us. Not a fan or the expensive resort fee No poker room buteasy drive to others

Mirage: Great premises

Great premises. Great location. Good selection of snack shops. Only disappointment: The Pantry Restaurant. Poor service,cold coffee, cold food, no refills, not good value for your money. And they said that this was one of the best breakfast spots. Not!!!!!!!!

Caesars Palace: Amazing Experience at Ceasars

The hotel was clean and the staff was really polite and helpful. We had one of the best experience and vegas was amazing as usual. Ceasars is located right at the centre of the strip and gives you q good access to the strip and others big hotels.. Casino has good number of seats and is quite buzzing all the time..

Treasure Island: Great hotel

The location is great, across from Wynn/Palazzo/Venetian. The room was clean, service was prompt. Our group asked to be moved to strip view and they were able to accommodate. We were offered a bottle of champagne to celebrate joint birthdays. All staff was very informative and willing to help.

Sheraton Vistana Village: Beautiful Resort

We stayed in a 2 bedroom condo with our 2 kids and there was definitely plenty of room. The stocked kitchen was a nice touch, we just went and bought a few groceries and were able to make meals if we wanted. The onsite bbq's were a bonus which got some use as well. The location was perfect....within 20 minutes to all the parks and only 5 minutes to SeaWorld. The restaurants was excellent with good service. Westgate Town Center Resort and Spa: Awesome resort

Had a good time. Room was the best room I’ve ever stayed in on a vacation. The washer/dryer was a huge plus! Staff was great. Tour for timeshare was required but you get. $75 Visa card so hey. No big

Paris Las Vegas: Excellent hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay at Paris Las Vegas. The location is excellent - middle of the strip, opposite the Bellagio and easy walking distance to all attractions on the strip. The room (Bergundy room) was large, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was plenty big enough - huge shower - no bath which didn’t worry us at all - we preferred it! The public areas were big and bright and you didn’t get the same smokey dark feel of some of the older hotels on the strip. We didn’t use the p [... read more]ool, spa or gym as we were too busy! We ate at the hotel cafes and the Thai restaurant, all of which were great. We used easy checkin and checkout, so didn’t really interact with the desk staff, but they looked pleasant and the one time I asked the concierge a question, they were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

Rosen Inn Lake Buena Vista: Awesome Value!

Hotel room was clean. The bed was comfy. The AC was a bit noisy but worked well. The pool was clean and very warm. Location is fantastic. Tons of food and close to Disney Springs and all the parks. Service was excellent at check in. Very friendly. Will definitely return for another family vacation. For the price, I can't complain at all.

MGM Grand: Resort that has everything you need

Arrived before check in but that did not matter are room was ready. We up graded are room to the stay well room it was amazing. Casino was great, ton of option for food and the pool was a great spot to hang especially the lazy river. This was my 2nd time staying at the MGM grand!

Planet Hollywood Resort: Awesome hotel! Central strip and great service

Newly renovated, great service, on top of miracle mile mall. Close to shows and clubs. We have been here twice and loved it both times. We will be back for sure! Don’t forget to get your rewards card if you plan on gambling. And if you buy a show ticket. At pick up you can get 50% another show at the box office. Or show your rewards card and get 30% off. We got all our tickets ahead of time so we didn’t take advantage of this. Just sharing incase people Are curious

Planet Hollywood Resort: Decent resort

Excellent location. Great accommodations. Huge casino and mall. lots of choices for food. Only downfall was the room. We had long hairs in the tub and on some towels. Drinking glasses were dirty as well.

Excalibur: Beautiful

The hotel was very nice and clean. Older hotel but comfortable and well clean. Staff very pleasant and willing to assist... the outside of building very nice and clean.. the atmosphere very pleasant..

MGM Grand: Fabulous resort

Great hotel. Amazing huge pool and lazy River. Clean rooms. So much too see and do. The MGM brunch buffet is amazing! And all u can drink mimosas. Had a wonder time and I can't wait to see Vegas again!

The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: Old Vegas

Signing in was a bit of a hassle, they did not have enough staff working when we got there. The casino itself is kinda sad, but the pools were pretty good and the restaurants were not bad at all. The location wasn't bad we were an Uber ride away from anywhere we wanted to go. The location is just about a block or two past the end of the monorail line. Its also about a block from a dispensary if that's your thing.

Doubletree Suites by Hilton Anaheim: Fantastic Resort

This hotel has an amazing location. We travelled with two young kids and stayed in the one bedroom room which was perfect. Since they had a microwave and coffee pot and fridge we could bring snacks. If you are doing any tours, most of them pick up right around this area so no need to traipse a few blocks with kiddos. There is a Dennys across the street and the pool is great and not crowded at all. The hotel was clean, friendly and check-in was easy.
