Grand Palladium Vallarta: Relaxing!

Awesome food, drinks, staff and location. Not too far from the airport. Shuttles were on time, easy check in. Everyone was helpful. Clean grounds, nice rooms. Beers were cold, rums were strong. All you need.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing resort

This is our favourite resort..... The staff are wonderful....the food is delicious....the resort is huge but they have shuttle service for those who need it. The shows were great...Poisideon, blue lagoon, and the cafe upstairs are the very best. Shout out to Claudia ( Our fav waitress at Poisideon); Rayjay ( our shuttle driver called us every night to see what time we wanted a drive)and Jean (best waitress at the infinity lounge) to name a few! Grand Palladium Colonial: Great trip!

The room was great and resort was beautiful and very clean. Service was great except for the beach al a carte restaurant but other than that outstanding- loved the Thai restaurant Went to the White Sands pool most days never a problem finding a spot by the pool

Fantastic hotel. The service staff was excellent, as was the food (especially the Mexican dishes). We have food allergies in our family and the hotel was proactive and helpful to ensure that we didn't have any issues. The facilities were very well maintained and clean, and the beach was immaculate. As will happen in any resort, we experienced a couple of minor issues. The response was quick and focused. For example, the air conditioning in our room didn't functioning properly. The ho [... read more]tel sent service staff up immediately, and when they determined that the repair was going to take extra time, they gave us the option of moving to another room. We accepted, and they worked hard to make the process trouble-free for us. We would return without any hesitation.

TRS Yucatan: Very Tranquil!

This resort is quite clean ,beautiful and relaxing. JESSICA AND PABLO were the best butlers we have ever had. Martha at reception was super accomodating. There are maintenance (repair) issues for such a new place. The beach was the worst we ever had in the many resorts we have been to. The food was subpar. Tasted like it was all boxed and cheap, no flavor appart from sodium. very limited choice especially the breakfast. We were turned away three times from White Sands restos for no reason. Grand Palladium Jamaica: Nice resort !! Great people!!

Nice hotel !! Lots of beaches and great food ....... beachfront jerk hut is great lunch !! Air Canada reps were great to help with anything we asked. Would recommend this hotel foresure. Slot machines didn’t pay out lol

Grand Palladium Colonial: Amazingly Clean!

Cleanliness is very important. Grounds are super well kept. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great resort, a little far from the Airport, but worth the trip.

Food, entertainment, staff were great. Very friendly family resort. Was not happy about the 1 hour none time share presentation, thought I was going to have to call a lawyer to get out of the room. VERY VERY PUSHY!!!

Grand Palladium Punta Cana: Amazing Resort

Can't say enough about this resort. It was absolutely fantastic. It truly is a tropical paradise. The staff went out of their way to make our vacation the very best. Everyone was friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy to be at work. The room was new and very impressive. Restaurants were great with lots of choice for everyone. There is nothing negative I could say about this resort. I would definitely recommend it and hope to return sometime.

TRS Yucatan: Resort Heaven

We highly recommend this exclusive resort! The service was impeccable; everyone made such an effort to make us feel special and well attended to. Two gentlemen at Los Rocco’s pool bar named Arcadia and Jose made us exceptional habanero margaritas, even bringing us hotter ones to sample from their very own gardens! We found this so very thoughtful and speaks volumes of their attentiveness to exceptional service! Helios and El Gaucho were our favourites and do not miss the cabaret dinner show at the chic restaurant as it was spectacular! There is such great talent at this show. With other ventures to other resorts with my celiac disease/allergy, I have had major issues meeting my nutritional needs. Everywhere we ventured to on this resort made a huge effort to ensure I was assisted throughout my order selection and I highly appreciated the efforts to embrace my dietary issues. We would 100% revisit this resort and will recommend all our friends and family to visit such an unbelievable retreat! Ps the spa was worth every penny, amazing massages in such a peaceful setting (make sure to find the 2 for 1 deals)

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Awesome!

Everything was amazing. Out of the 10 or so resorts I’ve stayed at over the years, this one blows them out of the water! I’d highly recommend this to anyone. The only downside is there is a lot of stairs and no elevators!

Grand Palladium Palace: Great time!

Very well maintained .... staff great... nice pools and good food and beautiful beach. The only real negative are the time share people and the vendors ... theyre relentless. Same with the excursion guys too. Definately need to tip well to get good service too.

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Nice Resort, Great Stay

Hotel was nice clean, hotel staff were polite, buffets good and ala carte were all good. I have no complaints at all. Next time if we choose this resort I probably would book either in the White Sands or Colonial hotel. I found most of the night events were all going on in that area of the resort. Not a big deal to catch a shuttle back to the Kantenah but still a heads up for future travellers.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Fantastic family resort with exceptional service!

Very clean, very well staffed, great food(especially the Mexican food), fantastic kids club...Karla is the best. We loved the fact that the kids club gives you a radio so they can get ahold of you immediately if your child is upset. The resort is so kid friendly with beach toys to use, wonderful water park, breakfast with Rags the resort mascot and many more kid friendly features. Grand Palladium Select Bavaro: Palladium 2018

We travelled with friends who were 13 time returning guests. The hotel upgraded all of us to VIP status, even though this was only our 9th Palladium visit. We had access to everything that only Royal Suites guests usually get. There were some new restaurants this year. We tried a couple of them and were impressed. Overall dining experience was excellent. Our initial room was quite musty and Ruth suffers from asthma. Total experience was very good.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Great Resort, but a terrible front desk

We stayed at the Grand Palladium Puerto Vallarta on February 17-24th in the Imperial Club Master Junior Suite in building 4. The Direct Transfer from Airport to resort turned out to be a milk run stopping at multiple hotels, even though we paid for Direct Transfer. The Air Transat lady at Airport was arguing with the shuttle people to get us a direct transfer and he wouldn't do it. He finally compromised after 5 minutes or arguing, the milk run bus stopped at our hotel first. We arrived at 1 p [... read more]m and they told us the room will be ready at 3 pm on the second floor. We came back at 3 pm at it still wasn't ready and to come back at 3:10, then 3:20, then 3:40, then 3:50 and finally at 4 pm we were given a room on the 1st floor, which we declined as we requested the 2nd or higher. When we asked for the room we were promised, the supervisor told us that nobody had promised the room, but the young man was right beside her. We finally got our room at 6 pm. I asked if that is how you treat your imperial club guests? She didn't reply. After check-in, we received a Check-out slip in Spanish. Why? We went to the Air Transat agent the next day and he was very apologetic for the problems and would get to us later that day. He asked us to come back at 3 pm and he would find out what happened. We went back at 3 pm and all we got from him was excuses, such as a 5 hour check-in was normal. What nonsense was this? We stayed at this Grand Palladium hotel because we had stayed at the Mayan Rivera hotel prior with Imperial Club and it was excellent. Imperial Club at this resort means absolutely nothing. You get nothing for the extra money that you paid! The maid service was excellent and the room, when we eventually got it was excellent in building 4. The staff that work the bars and buffets make up for the useless check-in counter staff. The staff at the Steakhouse were terrible. The cowboy steak I had the first night was RAW! I sent it back and it came back so tough that it was inedible. My wife's steak was supposed to be well done and came back medium. Back it went and came back half well-done and the rest medium well. The rude lady at the Italian restaurant turned us off that restaurant, so after 2 bad experiences, we went to the buffets for all of our meals that for the most part were excellent. A big shout out to the Carlos and staff at the Secrets bar, especially the warm smile you got everyday from Melissa. All of the beach bar staff are EXCELLENT, especially Antonio, Omar and Ezekel and a lovely woman that I didn't write he name down. We sat in the main buffet section and were served by the lovely Judith! We were treated like family every day. We missed seeing her on her day off. The gang at Hemingway's were excellent and very entertaining, as we went there every night. We had great breakfasts and lunch's at the Punta Mita buffet by building 5. The resort was very beautiful and we loved walking around the resort. No need for a gym as there are a lot of steps. The beach was awesome and we spent most of our time there. In all, the restaurant, maid and bar Staff are excellent, except for Steakhouse and Italian restaurants. Would I go back? Never! Even though sitting on the beach, watching whales breach in the bay was awesome, we were let down the Steakhouse and Italian restaurants. The check-in process was the worst I've had in 30 years of travelling in the Caribbean. At the Mayan Riviera hotel, Imperial Club meant something, but that doesn't seem to be the case at this hotel.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Beautiful Resort

The grounds are beautiful, love how they kept all the vegetation natural, that was a huge bonus. Nice feature having a little zoo there. They even had a shunk on site wandering everywhere. The food was great, lots of choices and good in the buffets. The alacart were good, but big downfall you couldn't book them most of the time. Most of the time you would walk into them later 7:30-8:00 pm and they were mostly Empty but you couldn't go in and eat because you didn't book but when you tried to book they said fully booked. Needs big improvement. The beach and ocean was very nice. The pools were good. Spent a lot of time in both. Lots of stairs everywhere and steep ramps is the downfall. Was a work out for most of the people at the resort even the workers there. They had one step areas everywhere very dangerous seen several people fall and trip on those, that is poor planning there. For senior folks and people who have back and knee or hips problems and in not good physical shape is not the place for them. Big mistake in allowing the resort people into the area of the time share part. Feel for those people now not having what they paid big dollars for at this particular resort. Overall very good resort, talking to a lot of people when we were there the ongoing comments was the one step stair tripping and falling, way to many stairs and steep ramps and the alacart issue.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Staff great hotel mediicre

The hotel rooms were dank and stuffy with constant mold smell. We had to move from the first room as it was unbearable and this view as supported by club people who were shocked at the smell, the second room was better but still not acceptable. We paid for Imperial service in a master junior suite and it was not worth it at all. The management of this hotel is poor but the service was excellent in the restaurants and bars with the food mostly okay. Our imperial master junior suite was not pro [... read more]perly made up as per advertised and I had to call frequently to get bathrobe, slippers, fruit basket and gift plus beach towels. The maid service was good. The entertainment was to hip hoppy and not enough good dancing music but weather was great and beach pretty good Alon with a great massage near the beach area. I will not go back again as management letting the place deteriorate with bad room smells.

Grand Palladium Lady Hamilton: Amazing Vacation Resort

Would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking to book in Jamaica. Staff was friendly and attentive, grounds and facilities were kept spotless and rooms were updated (Lady Hamilton side)..... very close for day trips to Nigril and only 45 minutes from the airport. Small beach area but completely private. Pool area was amazing (largest in Jamaica).... there were lots of lounge chairs and shaded areas for everyone.... never felt crowded even though the resort was at max capacity [... read more]. Food was good at all restaurants and only for the Asian restaurant did we require a reservation. VERY RELAXING..... Would definitely book again!

Grand Palladium Kantenah: Great Week at the Palladium

The resort grounds were beautiful, clean and safe. White sands was particularly beautiful but much quieter than the Colonial or the Kantenah. If you want some activities I would suggest either Colonial or Kantenah, you can always go to White Sands for a more quiet day. Food was very good with many options, nice to try the different a la carte restaurants at dinner. Never any issue getting in, no real line ups. Service was very good, staff was polite and we never had any issues. Rooms at the Kantenah (Jr Suite) was ok, not spectacular. Nice balcony, however pretty much all of the rooms look out at the jungle so no real view. When we first arrived the room was damp and musty, but eventually the musty smell went away. Beds were comfortable. Beach was disappointing for us. Only one area really to enter in with no rocks and manageable seaweed. The beach water line was covered with seaweed. They worked to remove this but really not feasible to keep it off the beach. Where you could enter in it was nice and we enjoyed. This was our first time in Mayan so we would suggest that the beaches in Punta Cana, Antigua, Cuba and Bermuda were all nicer. The sand was soft and nice but the seaweed and rocks in the area deterred us. Overall, we would recommend this resort it was big, international, good food and service, good entertainment at night in the colonial. Great week with our 22 & 18 year old sons, who loved it!
