Hotel Camino del Mar: Amazing resort and gorgeous beach!

The lobby was the first thing we saw and it was very nice and the people at the desk were very understanding and friendly. Nice first impression. I also loved the way the resort was laid out. The pool in the centre with small bridges breaking it up into two instead of one big pool. Everything was close once in the centre of the resort. The rooms were large and clean but a little tired. Hotel Mojito: Food and service are better than similr hotels. Th

Food service satisfactory. In restaurant line-up for freshly cooked food was so long that I did not use it once. Both toasters were so inadequate- had to be used six times to brown a slice of bread. WHY DOES NOBODY FIX THEM. Expectation of tips even asking for them is annoying. Fresh fruit was lovely.

Melia Cayo Coco: perfect every thing couldnt have been any better

food was good staff was really good room were goo but we got a smoking room and we don't smoke but they did spray it and try to clean out the smell good sick down there and the medical staff looked after me really good but the down fall was we could not use are credit card or get to a bank to get any money out to pay and we had to before we left resort

Hotel Playa Paraiso: pestana

Service in the buffet is bad. Staff over worked, not enough of them. Food not replaced when done. Great beach, always enough chairs! Overall appearance of the hotel is good. 20 minutes from the airport.

Hotel Mojito: Ahh Cuba

As with most resorts in Cuba, the routine maintenance and upkeep have turned what appeared to be a real gem into an above average resort. The Staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was well above standard with varied selection and well presented. This is not a 4 Star resort. But it has an authentic beautiful and charm. Do not miss the cigar lounge!!! Melia Cayo Coco: 4th stay @ Melia Cayo Coco.

This was my 4th stay with my husband @ Melia Cayo Coco. We enjoy the resort and plan to return next year. The staff are one of the resorts best assets and one of the reasons we return.They are so friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. This year we noticed there were a number of improvements including structural improvements, a health bar, the food was better and more cabanas were added on the beach. The grounds are well taken care of. The flowers are beautiful and the resort is clean. I [... read more] love the beach. Did not get a chance to use the water services this year as the weather was not as cooperative as previous years.

Iberostar Origin Daiquiri: Amazing Resort- my home away from home

My 4th stay and it has definitely become my home away from home. Exceptional staff and nightly entertainment is excellent. Boogie night show awesome! And iberoawards show is awesome , great food. A must return :).

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: experienced it

not at the level of many other locations, accepted standards very low. Food should never be served the way this resort serves. Nightly entertainment OK. The price was low and we got what we paid for. I don't believe we will be running of to book in this country for some time. Mexico , Jamaica, Dominican far better in all aspects.

Tryp Cayo Coco: Good Food, Good Beach, Good People

The hotel it's self need to be upgraded. The rooms are quite old but still comfortable. We don't spend much time in our room so that didn't bother us. We had ocean and were only 200 feet off the beach. It was the best food I have had and this was my third trip to Cuba. The workers and travelers were awesome and a lot of people this was their third and fourth time back. If you are a beach bum you will love this resort.

Hotel Playa Paraiso: Okay vacation

Hotel lobby well kept, room was good, well-cleaned. Beds were very hard. Food was okay. Buffet food could have been warmer. Some selections ran out early in the evening and were not restocked. Drink selection okay. Small glasses. Very friendly staff.

Hotel Vigia: Needs new management

We had paid for VIP. Coffee and drinks in the room. Had to beg for them every day. Coffee took 3 days to come. Then they did not leave water to make coffee. Ashtray never emptied. I guess that tells us they never set foot on the balcony to clean. Customer service was exceptional. They really tried. Beach is gorgeous.

Sol Cayo Coco: Great value!

This hotel has two amazing beaches and very friendly staff and guests. It's not overly huge and super busy so its relaxing. The rooms are clean and OK - I'd give them 3 stars (not 4). The food is varied and OK but lacks variety and quality. This is an issue everywhere in Cuba. I would recommend this resort for those who have a limited budget and want good value for their dollar. It's a solid 3 star vacation and your kids will love it.

Hotel Playa Coco: Not happy

We were put to iberostar mojito instead of hotel playa coco because they were over booked did not like mojito very small beach we couldn't get a lounge chair at the pool there was none available. Went to the front desk and asked if they could get us lounge chairs by the pool because they were all taken and the lady at the desk said there were no more and just shrugged her shoulders very very disappointed

Sol Cayo Coco: Good value for the money

This is a solid three-star establishment with pretty decent food (lots of fresh stuff that you can get made to order) and a nice atmosphere overall. The rooms are clean and the beds are fine. Water pressure is pretty weak and some items don't work (like the TV in our room, for example). Towels can be a bit shabby at times. Staff are kind but often don't have answers to basic questions such as what the good tours are and how to book them. The real treat here is the quality of the beaches. Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Amazing Familiy Vacation

Beautiful grounds and pool areas. Spectacular beach (much better than expected) espcially at sunset. Rooms are standard. Some maintance is required but nothing serious to stop you from having an amazing vacation

Starfish Cayo Guillermo: Good resort, Great staff

Hotels rooms are clean and spacious. Beach is beautiful. Nice, large cold pool. Hotel grounds are well kept. Multiple options for food. Wifi access. Great staff. Dock could be fixed on beach for safety.

Memories Flamenco Beach Resort: Not up to standards

The grounds are a hazard. So many areas for accidents to happen. Very little lighting at night on the way back to our bungalow which was no. 8, broken railings, slippery ceramic tiles in group areas on the nights it rained. I saw several people fall. The buffets were limited, never hot food and they were always out of something. The a la carte meals were not much better. Didn't understand the seating times being so limited. The Asian meal was not too bad but we had difficulty understanding the m [... read more]enu. I think they need some good management. They are trying hard to be top notch but missing the mark. We were to have a king size bed and got two singles, didn't ask to be moved as the rest of our family was in the same bungalow. Two days in a row we received holy towels in our room. Unbelievable for the price we paid. Paper is at a premium also, short on toilet paper all the time and certainly no Kleenex to be found. I understand there was different management last year and things were much better. I would find it hard to recommend this site. For an all inclusive there was a lot of tipping going on as people felt that was the only way to get service. Something wrong with this picture.

Sol Cayo Coco: Friendly resort

Fantastic beach setting and very friendly service. The staff is great at this resort and really going the xtra mile to make it an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately the food needs some improvement and the resort needs a renovation.

Memories Caribe Beach Resort: Had a great time!

Visited this resort Feb 19-26. Had a great time. I have visited Tryp and Iberostar Mojito in Cayo Coco, and would rate this resort higher in regards to food quality and quality of rooms. This resort is well maintained. The people are so genuine and aim to please! The drinks were much better here than the other two resorts! The employees here go above and beyond to make sure you are happy....so refreshing! Would definitely recommend this resort and will return if I decide to revisit a resort! Melia Jardines del Rey: Be prepared to be amazed

This new resort is beautiful. The lobby is spectacular. The grounds are still in development stage but not in any way detracting. The pool area is expansive. Rooms are well decorated and comfortable. The stretch of beach in front of the resort amazing. We walked along the shoreline and in the ocean every day and saw all kinds of sea life (star fish, conches,sand dollars). The food was pretty good. The resort is very large and will double in size soon, so be prepared to do a lot of walking. There [... read more] are club cars on the paths you can get a ride if you need/ want to. I think this resort is a do again for me.
