Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Amazing resort

We stayed at the at he Akumal Bay Beach and Wellines Resort ( ABBWR) the first week of May and we fell in love with the resort and the people there after the first 5 minutes. Its a small resort with only 4 buildings with 4 floors and elevator for easy access. Everything is close to the pools/ beach/restaurants and bars. One of the neat things is that all the restaurants are on a first come basis no reservations. We highly recommend this resort and will be definitely be going back

Grand Sirenis Mayan Beach: Grand Sirenis Maya Beach resort

The resort is Large and spread out. I liked it for this reason as it never felt crowded. The grounds are nice and well maintained. There was seaweed that would wash up on shore; some days more than others. However, the workers would be out there every day raking it up.There is a reef you can snorkel from the beach and see lots of different types of fish and corals. Pool drink service was slower. There is a lazy river, a quiet pool and a party pool. Room was clean, bed was soft and comfy, A/C was nice and cold, fridge was restocked daily, the maid left a different towel animal on the bed each day. All the staff were very friendly and attentive. Lobby bar had the best drinks. Overall had a great time there.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Loved it!!!

The Now Jade was an amazing resort! The rooms were very large and clean. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating. There was a large variety of options at the buffet and restaurants to choose from. We came back a few pounds heavier from all the delicious meals! The beach was a bit rocky but there are areas that’s it not as bad and you can enter the ocean with no rocks. It was a great vacation and would recommend this resort!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great vacation!

Stayed at this resort in the Penthouse suite. Beautiful grounds, the rooms were extremely large and clean and the staff is amazing. The food at the buffet was great - lots to choose from and the restaurants we tried were also very good. We have been to Mexico many times and this is definitely a resort we would return to. Also adults only so very relaxing around the pool. Went down to the beach one day. Unfortunately they are having a real problem with seaweed right now and while they are doing e [... read more]verything they can to keep the water clean, the seaweed is piled up on the beach so it's not very attractive. Still, once you were in the water, it was clear and lovely.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Great resort!

Hi, this was my first visit to Mexico and the Akumal Bay resort. The staff were amazing! They cater to everyone and go above & beyond to help make your stay the best. The food was great, loved the open air buffet, always had a nice breeze blowing thru. I definitely would go to this resort again and would recommend to family/friends. Ocean Riviera Paradise: A very kids friendly resort

The food is good and room is very clean. The air conditioner is strong. The swimming pool is clean as well. My kids loved the water park so much and it is very safe.My kids love the program hold by Daisy club as well.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Trip

Once again, we had a wonderful relaxing week at Sian Ka'an. The staff are amazing and always smiling and willing to help with anything we wanted. Check in was very quick and efficient and we were taken to our room which was very clean and located right across from the Sushi Bar pool. We spent our mornings at the Akulmal infinity pool and swam in the ocean. We tried a lot of the restaurants and every one of them was great. We enjoyed the trolley rides over to the other three resorts and found all the drivers to be very pleasant. We would definitely return to Sian Ka'an and would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants to get away for a great holiday.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Super resort

Had a wonderfully time this is our 3rd time to Bahia, food and drinks are great. Staff very nice and friendly, room super clean,grounds very well kept. The staff work so hard to keep the beach clean due to the seaweed global problem. Will return in the future.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Best Resort Ever!!

The resort is perfect - clean and every room has a view. The food is sooo good and the staff are exceptional. Try the yoga, snorkeling and paddle boarding. The resort is small but perfect in every way. The food in the buffet is so good you can dine there every night but the restaurants - no reservation required- are outstanding.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Awesome vacation

The resort was kept clean, the food was great and the staff were friendly very happy with our stay! I’d love to go back in the future, the beaches were nice and the free water sports are an excellent bonus, we saw some really cool sea creatures while snorkeling.

Le Reve Hotel and Spa: Feel in love!

I can’t say enough about this tiny piece of paradise! It’s is stunningly beautiful where the staff go above and beyond to meet your needs. I felt like family by the time I left and can’t wait to book another trip back. It is quiet and restful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The food was amazing and I loved the fact that there is no buffet in sight. It’s a short cab ride away from 5th ave. where you can shop until you drop.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Chaotic

This whole town is lovely, however the first people you meet at the hotel or the checking staff. We were with Air Canada vacations and Wi-Fi, save rental These were supposed to be included in our package. We were a group of 60 coming in for a wedding. The staff was not prepared there was only two staff working. They had most everyone pay for the Wi-Fi and the room safe. Our representative told us that we should not have been charge for those things and therefore we had to spend more time at the  [... read more]front desk the next day getting our refunds. Felt like we were being nickele and dimed. It was a total cash grab. The hotel staff should have been well aware of what was included in our packages. There was also a lot of confusion around what building our group was staying in. Clearly we wanted to be on the same side of the resort, as this is a huge resort and they have a another large wing on the other side of the resort, Which was also under construction. They had some of us slotted to stay there and some on the other side of the resort. When we asked to have our rooms changed to the same building they made us feel like they were giving us an upgrade and in fact, some of us were actually downgraded. So the ones that were upgraded did not pay the same price as some of us that were supposed to be in the upgraded rooms to begin with. I need to take this up with the travel agency myself as I was one of the people That food for an ocean view room and ended up in a different building. People that were not in a pretty loose ends of it getting upgraded for free. Come to check out on and there was still some confusion with some people being charged for Wi-Fi and room safes. there was one person at the desk at check out and we ended up very late getting on the bus back to the airport.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Great Property

The room was clean, the people friendly, and the food quite good. I would go back! The beach was a bit rough, lots of seaweed and a bit smelly at times. Workers very friendly but not annoying. It is a big property so there is lots of walking, but the shuttles are always available. Nice relaxing place!

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Food & Drinks were Amazing

Food, drinks and staff were amazing! Beach was littered with weeds, and worse the effort to clean up was negligible. After day 2 we never went back to the beach and the odour was offensive. Rooms were very nice and spacious. Service was hit and miss. Very clean, but it seemed every day something was missed...coffee refill or hand towels etc. This is the first resort ever that did not do towel ornaments on the bed everyday

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Perfect in Every Way Possible.

For a start every person in the Resort, be it a person working on the grounds,driving the shuttle carts around, all dining room staff be it Buffet or Restaurants , at the desks Front or Lower Lobbies. Were all friendly and helpful in every way possible. This I Thank Them All. Entertainment was First Class. All Food Venues were also First Class. We came down with a party of 55 from Canada for our youngest Granddaughters Wedding and everything went over First Class. The rooms were kept clean and well stocked. We could not have had a better holiday anywhere else. And guess what ? We never heard of anyone getting sick at any time on our stay. Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Ocean Coral & Torquesa

I really wish we were told about how bad the seaweed is on the beach. I'm not a pool person and had stated that we were looking for a place where we could swim in the ocean. The water was warm and the waves were gentle but we had to wade through the seaweed before we could even get in. The water looked brownish, not turquoise. Other than that the resort was good. The resort was awesome, very clean, food was very good and the staff was very nice! I would definitely recommend this resort! The rooms were always cleaned promptly and the night shows/entertainment was amazing as well!

Very clean and well kept grounds , rooms and lobby . Pools are beautiful and lots of room for anyone . Would recommended privelege club as club area is nice and beach area great . Lots of a la cartes , buffet good and Mike’s coffee super! Wonderful staff made for a great time!

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great resort.

The resort was very clean and well matained. The food and staff were excellent. Only complaint was the amount of seaweed and the smell of it. Water was very murky and not tourqouis. They finally gave up on cleaning it. Lovely patio.
