Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Beautiful resorts

The food was great, the accommodations were nice. Was disappointed that I upgraded to prestige. Did not find it worth the extra money. Not really any extra perks with the upgrade to prestige. None of the workers had any knowledge of the upgrade and there was one spot on resort for prestige which we didnt even find until our 3rd day.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Good resort overall.

The first room was on the ground floor and it had a very strong moldy smell and the second one was almost the same but at least I was able to leave the balcony door open all the time being on the second floor.The room service did not clean the balcony for the entire week and it was full of bats droppings. For this reason I gave one star for the room. Excellent service at the buffet and great food variety.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Good time

This hotel was nice. We were disappointed that we couldn’t get in contact with the hotel in advance to confirm that our request for the two room bookings be close together. Instead the 2nd room was far away.

Crown Paradise Golden: Relaxing resort .

Nicely kept grounds, generous rooms, lovely beach front. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Pleasant dining areas and great view of the sunset. A la carte dining a little too air condtioned for my liking.

Grand Sens Cancun: Overall... very nice

This was the first all adult resort we have visited. I was not sure what to expect. The VERY LOUD music every afternoon for the first week there was HORRIBLE. I assume this party atmosphere was for university students visiting during "reading week" in Canada.The next week was tamer around the pool. The food was excellent. The coffee shop great to get your espresso in the morning wonderful! The late night entertainment very well done. The room clean. The lobby had the most wonderful aromatherapy. [... read more] I did not access any of the spa services. The staff were friendly and warm. I feel there was a LACK of physical activity opportunity for guests. Yoga at 8 AM the ONLY offering of activity. There should be more ways for people to MOVE at least a little. Lying on the beach or around the pool every day all day gets old even for the 60's age group. I MISSED live music. It was all recorded unless you went to the late night show offered at 2200 hrs several nights/week. Mexico has amazing music and I was sorry to not hear some local talent and Latin rhythms. The beach was very lovely-(on the calm side of the Hotel Zone).

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Great Family Friendly Resort With Exceptional Service

This is a great resort, especially for families. A good mix of adult and kid friendly amenities and services. The food was great and the service was absolutely exceptional. The staff that we encountered was incredible, namely, Roberto, Edna, Antonio, Alfaro and Hostess Grecia Zalaya from the Restaurant Ritratto D'Italia went out of their way to make us comfortable. And our bar girl Rosica was great. They were outstanding and definitely made a big difference in the experience for our family.  [... read more]The one problem we encountered was the difference between the Privilege package and the regular package, we were not informed about this ahead of time and it affected our ability to book the a la carte restaurants. The hotel staff were understanding of this after some discussion and did allow us to book at a reasonable time due to the fact we were with four small children. Other than that there’s not much to say other than the fact that although the hotel and grounds are exceptional, it’s the staff that really shine and make for an amazing experience when staying there. Five stars for the service.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: royal decameron complex

the grounds are very well maintained, the rooms are kept clean and the cleaning staff were excellent. We were there last year and loved it this year not very impressed, a lot of the staff were'nt the same and not to friendly the entertainment crew total different and spoke very little english and the food not great to much mexican I found this time around they catered to the spanish.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Lovely Resort

The service was fantastic the place was very clean and the food was amazing but I found Hideaway was more for couples than adults .It is my second time at Royalton and I stayed at the regular section 5 years ago which I prefered .Next time I will use the extra money to upgrade my room at Royalton since it is closer to everything on the resort.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Exceptionnal Adult Resort !

What an amazing week at this wonderful Adult only resort !! Our hats go to the staff, especially Marilu, our pool server, who has exceptional and amazing customer service towards us throughout the week. Our time at the pool was relaxing, refreshing and pampered by our kind and friendly server, Marilu. We highly recommend the couples massage with the hydrotherapy baths. We have been in other spas but this experience was over the top and the best we have ever experienced ! We felt very safe on the resort and felt special all week. Our luxurious big room with a full fridge and pull down service and outside whirlpool on our balcony, really made you feel welcomed and special. We truly appreciated and enjoyed the nightly entertainment at the Moons, exceptional talent !! NYX Hotel Cancun: Great small resort

Small resort with beautiful beach, good food, nice rooms. You can get lunch delivered to you at the beach! Japanese restaurant was really great. Bed was hard, but manageable. No big show at night, but a live band that was good, although repetitive after a few nights. Have to wake up at 6am and save your beach chairs if you want a good spot or to sit with a larger group.

Grand Decameron Los Cabos: DeCameron resort in San Jose Del Cabo, Mexico

Hello: The hotel DeCameron has been desappointing for us. We stayed at this hotel over 5 years when it was the Fiesta hotel, it was great hotel. Once is changed to the DeCameron we stayed there again the hotel was still ok, it was clean but the music was always so loud. This time, the cleanliness was not great and not an hotel to relax. Good shows from 9-10pm which is the only thing that has not changed. The food was not very good unless you could reserve at the the Luna early morning betwe [... read more]en 8-10am. We will not return to the DeCameron. We have visited other hotels in San Jose Del Cabo and have found some great hotels and more relaxing for what we are used to. Todos Santos also has some great places to stay.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: I agree amazing resort!

I especially enjoy the friendliness and helpfulness of staff anywhere I go, and I found majority of staff here so. I especially enjoyed my stay here this time around due to the balcony facing pool/ocean area as I was able to attain balcony during my first visit in 2019. I like close proximity to malecon and walking distance to many places. I liked the entertainment in the evening at the hotel.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: A good place

Be here before great location service has gone down, it felt like it gearing for more Latin guest. Many English speaking service personnel gone. Not working there like last year before was told it change ownersit location near many good restaurants will return because of that. Night show gone down a bit.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Outstanding!!!

This Hotel has it all. Location, beach, perfect hotel layout configuration from the lobby, to the rooms, to the pools and the beach. Restaurants are centrally located as well. Lots of area for walking on the beach and around the complex. The ultimate with this hotel is the service!...great entertainment as well.

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Karisma is the best

We have been to Eldorado Sensimar suites many times and this time did not fail to meet our expectations yet again. The grounds are amazingly well kept and clean. The Bali beds are plentiful and as long as you don’t want a particular spot you can usually get one without getting up at the crack of dawn. The only thing I did see this time was staff putting towels down and reserving them for people early. That’s new I haven’t seen that in the past. The beach loungers are tired but I understand [... read more] they are working on replacing them. We love going to the Palms side as it’s charming and quaint. If you prefer newer then opt to stay in premium section or over on the Seaside suites side. The food seemed better than usual. We eat early so getting a table wasn’t hard other than the one night we decided to eat later and couldnt get in anywhere except the former pub. We have always been lucky with having an amazing concierge but this time there was a new one and we was not as helpful or accommodating. We did request that my son and daughter in laws room be decorated for her birthday celebration and it got done after the second reminder. Our flight down was delayed by 8.75 hours and so we missed our entire first day at the resort and scrambled to have our private transport times adjusted after numerous delays for our flight. I felt like Trip Central was not caring in this regard as our only response was “ we have no control over delays”. We spoke with travel agents on our flight who were very helpful and gave us information regarding compensation and told us that they even submit the claims for their clients. We called the help line for trip central and were told someone would contact us in 24 hours but nobody contacted us. Over all the resort is amazing and we highly recommend it especially for couples. They are not great accommodating groups of 4 or more in the restaurants without reservations but we went to the bar to have a drink and wait so for us we didn’t mind.

Excellence Riviera Cancun: My New Favourite Resort

Most beautiful resort we have been to. Resort and grounds and pools are very clean and well kept . Many pools to choose from . One heated pool but we found other pools to be much more refreshing . Entertainment was great . Service was excellent everywhere we went . We never had to leave our chairs to go find a drink . And always could find a chair at ocean pools or bars any time of the day ! This resort truly was excellence . We will definately be returning !

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Fantastic

Great resort well laid out staff are great top notch bar tenders and great selection of drinks food was good lots of choices and the spa was amazing and free for general use only draw back for me is it is 45 min from down town Cancun

Smart Cancun By Oasis: Pleasantly Surprised :)

Very clean and well maintained hotel, pool is gorgeous with good live music in the evenings, a very central location close to the ADO bus station, Mercado 23, Mercado 28, Parque de las Palapas, grocery stores, restaurants, and more! Also a good breakfast buffet and excellent espresso based coffees to purchase. House Cleaning Services were also very good. No complaints at all!

Dreams Huatulco: Relaxing vacation

Enjoyed are stay here food was good and lots of variety. A quiet resort with some families but mostly aged over 45. Enjoyed the walks on the beach and kayaking. Did notice people putting out towels on several chairs and not using them but that is just disrespectful on the part of the people not the resort

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Nice Resort, Terrible Food!

Hotel facilities, grounds, pools are nice, but the food is the worst I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort. Both my young children, myself and a few others in our group all got food poisoning. It was extremely difficult to find something even appetizing enough to eat. The Mexican restaurant was so bad. I don’t get why the Mexican food is the worst. It should be the one thing that tastes good. Even the scrambled eggs were gross. How do you screw up scrambled eggs???
