Tropical Deluxe Princess: Loved the resort

Three senior ladies went for a week and totally enjoyed our visit. It’s an older resort but the grounds are kept immaculate. The rooms need some upgrading but are definitely presentable and comfortable. Nothing fancy, very homey. Food was okay, like all other buffets in resorts. The pools were clean. There’s never enough chairs, have to get up early to get one, at the pools and the beach. It’s a big resort with lots of walking but the best part is taking the train along a path way fil [... read more]led with all kinds of wildlife and walking it is even better especially at night.

Bahia Principe Explore Turquesa: Great family spot

We stayed here with 2 young children and met other family there as well. Everybody had a great time! Great resort! Lots to do for everyone! I will not however book with Tripcentral again because the agent we used was terrible. After the initial booking, she took forever replying to my emails about hotels near the airport and didn’t come through when she said she would. I ended up booking myself.

Sanctuary Cap Cana Luxury Collection Adults Resort: Good time but a little unsatisfied

Rooms are lovely as expected Check in or out was fine Bars were nice and friendly but lacking some liquors like baileys Irish cream or Appletons rum.(which we have had at other secrets resorts) Staff are extremely nice and always happy to help in any way. Of course there are minor language barriers but that is to be expected and is part of the fun in going to another country. If you can't handle it, perhaps stay home😀 Beach chairs are great good quality and not cheap plastic We found the [... read more] food to be lacking. You could get the same item at several different restaurants such as lamb which was prepared the same at each place. Very close to the airport The spa or messages are ridiculously priced at like $220 USD per person when on sale !!!! They could be making soooo much more if it were more reasonable like say $80 The beach surprisingly doesn't go for miles and miles. Very limited to the left and maybe half a mile to the right Our air Transat rep wasn't even there the day we were to meet him. He could not have been less enthusiastic in helping us.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: BeLive beautiful vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation loved the perfect size of the resort everything was a short walk to get to!! The beach was awesome lots of loungers, but had to get up early to get a palapa 😎 the food was excellent the buffet had lots of variety and the beach restaurant had great lunch choices in small portions(soft ice cream in sugar cones was amazing) Brazilian and Japanese were the only a la cartes we done but they were both fantastic!! The only complaint I have is the front desk staff were not very friendly or easy to deal with but dealing with them was only a short amount of our stay. The shows were good but they didn’t start till 945 so was a bit late for kids and early risers but they were good shows. Overall a great resort!!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: superb resort

This hotel and resort was immaculate! The staff never stopped working to keep everything from the rooms to the grounds sparkling clean. I was very impressed! I would also like to mention how much fun the entertainment was at the pool. We never stopped laughing! Water aerobics was a blast! We miss it already. Would go back in a heartbeat!

Majestic Elegance Punta Cana: Wildly exceeded expectations!!

We were originally booked in at the Majestic Elegance but they were unable to meet our specific room request so they gave us a free upgrade to the Majestic Mirage with VIP access to all 3 resorts including all restaurants and shows. This also came with a room with a rooftop Jacuzzi and a butler for the week - amazing!! Not to mention all the free perks with the room at the Mirage including complimentary Champagne and other assorted alcohol which we were encouraged to bring home any we did not us [... read more]e, beautiful golf shirts and hats. We ate like kings and queens every day - the food was superb!! What we found made the difference, was the people/staff who went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and entertaining as possible. This was our first trip to an all-inclusive resort and we are not really lay on the beach kind of travelers but we were blown away by the excellent time we had thanks to the hard working folks at the resort. Thank you to all - it was a fantastic trip we would love to do again !!!

Dreams Royal Beach Punta Cana: Beautiful

Every thing was very nice but they need a full length mirror in the rooms it was hard getting ready for a wedding not knowing what you looked like.The grounds were very well keeped up. The beach was beautiful all but the seaweed but they were working very hard to keep it cleaned up you could walk for miles on it and we walked every day . I didn’t care for the people begging you to come to there shop to buy all the time.

Ocean Blue and Sand: Great Resort

The food was awesome! The grounds were beautiful! When we called reception with a problem they were right there to fix. Very well laid out! Loved the japenese restaurant. Never ran out of towels which was always a problem at other resorts I have stayed at. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellence El Carmen: Beautiful resort!

This resort was close to the airport, very clean and modern and the staff were amazing! Food was delicious! The place felt empty even though it was full. I’d go back in a heartbeat ! Loved this resort !

Barcelo Bavaro Beach: Barcelo Bavaro Beach Input

Grounds well maintained. Hotel also well maintained and kept quite clean. Excellent food at all restaurants. Attentive and respectful staff. Good customer service area and client focused. Offshore boat traffic somewhat irritating. Great beach.

Secrets Cap Cana: Awesome resort/vacation/staff!

This was one of the best vacation experiences ever- the staff at Secrets Cap Cana truly make you feel like family and that you are at your home away from home. Staff seem truly happy and always warm and friendly. Lovely coffee and chocolate. Food was overall good with some restaurants being better than others; buffet was good but somewhat limited, could benefit from expanding options. We received exceptional service from Seferino at Rose Water and Maycol at the Preferred Club bar. Thank you for the amazing experience and friendliness and we look forward to seeing you again. Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Super holiday

My husband and I shared a suite in the Esmeralda section of the resort and we were very happy with everything. The room was beautiful and clean. The sheets were crisp and ironed. There was a selection of pillows which could be scented if you so chose. The bathroom was supplied with toiletries and clean white face cloths and towels daily. The food was abundant and interesting; so many choices. We tried two of the a-la-carte restaurants for dinner and although we would not recommend the Brazilian [... read more] (or dining at 9pm) the Italian was lovely. We appreciated that hand sanitizer was squirted into all hands entering the dining area....a great precaution. All staff at this resort were very friendly and helpful. We asked the guy trimming the hedge if he would take our picture. He carefully lined it up and took a selection. We enjoyed the warm pools and the magnificent beach. We walked for miles. It was a wonderful vacation in every respect.

Occidental Punta Cana: Nicely kept!

Nicely kept! The accidental was a very lovely four star resort. The grounds were kept up very nicely. This is a nice size resort not too much walking to get to where you want to go. The beaches are gorgeous! We had the best Ala cart meal we’ve ever had at an all-inclusive at the steakhouse ! Definitely a family resort as there were lots of small children but this did not cause a problem we did not have any air conditioning in the first room we were assigned to and it took two days for u [... read more]s to be moved but once we were that room is fabulous !

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Lovely Resort

This new resort is quite lovely and appeals to all age groups - there are many pools and activities for each age in the family. The food at this resort was excellent. However, the service at this resort is good, but it is not speedy - often long waits at bars or when you have a need for your room and it was challenging to get loungers by the pool and beach. Overall, we had a lovely time and would likely return to this resort again.

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Definitely not a 5 star

The resort is on a beautiful location, close to the water and the weather is amazing. The resort was older, run down in locations, the food was not very good, was not a fun resort for adults and the main pool was full of families and not adult friendly in any way

Punta Cana Princess: Almost like home to us.

This was our eighth visit to the Punta Cana Princess, so it is obvious we like it. The Hotel is fairly small so everything is close by. The staff are very friendly, helpful and cheerful. The rooms, grounds, pool and beach area are clean and well kept. The food has variety and there are four a la carte restaurants to choose from as well as the main buffet. Access to the large resort next door is a bonus and various excursions/tours/activities are available.. On this visit the 'no see um'  [... read more]bugs and mosquitoes were quite bad and many guests, including us, were badly bitten. The Wi Fi could be updated. However, overall it is a great place for a winter getaway.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Loved it

We stayed at the Majestic the week of March 30-April6, 2018 and do not have a single complaint about this resort. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The food was good, and the room was clean. Beautiful beach, never had a problem finding a lounger or a tiki hut for shade. The Colonial Club upgrade is definitely worth it for the private pool. I’d also ask for a ground floor walk out room if we decide to visit this resort again. Definitely a resort [... read more] I would recommend to friends.

Paradisus Punta Cana: Outstanding Resort

This was our second time at this resort. I can’t say enough positive things about the Royal Service, our butler Alex and the restaurants. The private beach and pool for adults only makes for a completely enjoyable and relaxing time. We look forward to returning again next year. I would strongly recommend this resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Luxury Bahia Principe Ambar Blue

This hotel was really a five start resort. It was more than we expected, the grounds were imacculate, the rooms were nice and comfortable. We were one minute from the pool and 3 minutes from the beach which was very cleaned. The beach was very nice and we could walk as far as we wanted. The choice of A la Carte restaurants was excellent and there was so many choices of food to choose from at the buffets also.
