Riu Flamingos: great hotel

The Jalisco Riu is great in any subject. The reception people are fantastic to deal with. They always have a smile, remembered my name at all time, found a solution to store my bicycle so that i would not have to carry it on the second floor every day. The restaurant personnel was very pleasant every single day and the Italian restaurant employees were fantastic every single day.

Riu Palace Aruba: Paradise

I don't even know where to begin on what I have to say about this resort. Pure paradise. I have never been away to any resort where I did not find something to give feedback on. Not now. There is nothing I can say that is negative nor can I say that improvement is needed. The people are amazing and friendly and genuinely care about their guests. I have been recommending this resort to everyone I work with and my family. Thank you for making my stay absolutely enjoyable.

Riu Republica: Amaizing resort

We were lucky to have a room in the center of the hotel and all the places were relatively close to us. The food was very good, varied and for all tastes. The restaurants were very good and the service was excellent. The hotel workers were very helpful and friendly. The room was very good and comfortable. The beach was very good, the water was crystal clear and there was no seaweed. The pools were excellent, very clean and for all tastes. The water park was really fun but with few options. Riu Santa Fe: the RIU Sante Fe was a good resort

The grounds were well kept and clean the staff were very friendly the buffet food was fairly good with daily variations this resort is mostly a party resort, not really meant for young families and the elderly

Riu Montego Bay: Riu Nice. Jamaica Nice.

Pros: Clean and immaculate. Staff was helpful and friendly. Lots of variety with food, drinks, activities and amenities. Cons: I did not get my birthday package as promised. I did not get the room I was promised. I was never told airport transfer was included. Some of the bartenders were rude but the others were extremely polite.

Riu Negril: The riu

The resort was good and the staff to the only down fall was the rooms were too far from the entertainment and from the dining area.when we landed at 3.00pm the bus was full and we had to wait for the second bus. That bus waited so long to pick passengers who did not show up once we were on our way the bus stalled 5-6 time and because of that we reached the hotel after 7.00pm. Also we did not get a full 7 day stay as we reached at 7.00 pm and we had to leave at 4.30 am. Riu Guanacaste: Treble trip

First I'll never try any resort in Costa Rica second i'll never try flight with any plan under name of Sunwings staff rude disrespect and their behaviors was such as you owed them! About resort hotel if you wanna waste your time and money it's upto you try it then you" ll regret definitely. I read reviews before booked this package but i gussets maybe people wrote with purposes reviews then i did big mistake and book this thurible trip!

Riu Bambu: Fun but room for improvement

The good stuff: the beach is absolutely beautiful. We travelled in June and there was no sea weed at all. It was so much nicer than Bavaro beach. The staff are super friendly and fun. The food was actually pretty decent for Dominican from my experience at a few resorts. Breakfast was awesome, lots of selection and the fruit was amazing. We really liked Kulinarium for dinner but the other ala carte restaurants were meh. Beds were comfortable and the room was fairly clean. Housekeeping made up our [... read more] rooms every day which was nice. This resort is great for friends and a younger crowd. There was always music and dancing. It has a party vibe. I would not recommend the resort for families. The not so good stuff: the pools were really dirty and need more regular cleaning. The buildings are a little run down and in need of reburbishment. I would stay again with friends but not bring my family. There is no water park or splash pads for kids on the resort. You have to walk about 10 minutes to the water park which is fine but there is no bar or food once you are there. The booze is bottom shelf. Overall, the vibe was super fun and we had a great time. I would probably stay again for the price but hoping to try the palace next time.

Riu Vallarta: riu valarta review

absolutely loved this Art Deco hotel- and hope to stay here again. I just hope they are not changing the decor to Scandinavian- as it is uncomfortable furniture unless you are 7 feet tall. I am so glad they don't have the music blaring loudly at night. the food was lovely and lots of choice, rooms were nice- and we had a wonderful ocean view. Riu Palace Punta Cana: Good Resort

The room we got (3113) was fantastic. However, the beach area had no palapa’s and the chairs were horribly old and disgusting. On this basis we stayed around the pool. Cleanliness around the pool areas was less than desirable. The beach itself was great. The food and drinks were very good. The service and staff were excellent.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Great Resort

The resort has been newly renovated. The beach is great, very calm. Rooms are good, food is amazing and the staff is very attentive. I highly recommend this hotel. Just make sure to put some insect repellent if you are going to the beach after rain, especially after 4 pm. Those low flying tiny insects are vicious.

Riu Republica: Fantastic and party central resort!!!

The facility was awesome with a lot of sun bathing chairs along the beach, there’s different restaurants and pools you can go to and the food is awesome! The service is fantastic, although the bartenders do get very busy sometimes! If you love parties and love having a good time with your buddies, come here!!!

Riu Bambu: Just ok!

Resort was just ok. Old and needs work. The service, drinks and food were not the greatest. Beach was beautiful. Rooms were old and damp. Live entertainment was great, good party resort and you get what you pay for.

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Awesome resort!

The resort is beautiful! The renovations to the rooms, buffet area, etc. are lovely. Beach/ocean are a 10! Food is good and lots of variety. The hour and a half drive from the airport is worth it!!

Riu Flamingos: Wonderful Family Vacation!

Our stay at Riu Jalisco was fantastic! The resort is beautifully maintained with lush gardens and a pristine beach. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and great views. The food was delicious and varied, with several dining options to choose from. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Riu Yucatan: Amazing 4 star

This hotel is great for families on a budget. Tonnes of wildlife and the beach is pretty good. Chicken nuggets and fries along with pizza was great for the picky eaters. The other food seemed like it wasn’t good enough for the palace next door so they brought it over for us beggars at yucatan. Blah. No service on the beach. Riu should consider dropping a star so there is no confusion between their other 5 star hotels and the Yucatan. Its just ok. Worth the price considering the kids were [... read more] 50% off, but i would never pay to stay at this hotel again.

Riu Palace Mexico: Fantastic Resort

The hotel was beautiful. The staff, grounds, service, meals, presentation, cleanliness & room was amazing. I was very happy & impressed with everything. I even made some nice acquaintances at the hotel. I wasn't once disappointed in anything. This was my first trip in many years & it was so worth it.

Riu Flamingos: Worth The Money

Superb Resort for the money! Good Food! Daily evening events! Nice beach area! Nice people! Staff is helpful! Nice space to sit and relax! Neon and foam party weekly! City tour must try! Carry extra 200-300$ for sports

Riu Palace Mexico: Only 3 stars resort

This resort is not like 5 years ago, this was our second stay there. Quality is way down, very noisy resort, not family friendly regarding the noise at night, no kids activities and the way some groups of people behave even if there are children around. Food is ok, not good selection of alcohol drinks, the resort is clean, so bottom line, this is not a 4.5 stars resort, maybe 3.5 stars.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Great, well run all inclusive resort

Had a great time at this resort week of May19-26. Check in was quick and enjoyed the facilities right away! Drinks are good, not watered down and loved the reusable cups Riu provided! Best bartender was Paul by the pool, lobby and theatre! He was very attentive, never not having an empty glass.
