Waikiki Sunset: Home Away From Home

Have stayed at this hotel many times now and find it affordable with all the comforts of home. Staff are friendly and helpful! There isn't a restaurant on site, but many in the area. The only thing I am not happy about is the amenity fee, but all the hotels seem to charge for this. I look forward to returning in the not too far future.

Sheraton Waikiki: Great location, great hotel, great customer service

Loved our stay. Upgraded to deluxe ocean front with view of Diamond Head as our room with 2 beds was unavailable so they put us in a king room - we were thrilled. Infinity pool is phenomenal and every staff member that we interacted with in the hotel was friendly and courteous. We would definitely return.

The Grove: Awesome place

The Hotel was beautiful we actually received a room upgrade, the watermark was perfect for my 8 year old granddaughter she loved it, the only down I must say I didn’t really like the pizza Or the buffet breakfast a bit downscaled for such an upscaled hotel like The Grove. I would definitely suggest stepping it up been to Florida often and the buffet breakfasts where I’ve been and the pizza were much better. Overall, pretty exquisite place, would need more shuttle time also, other places I’ [... read more]ve stayed every 15 minutes, the night now came back at 9 or 9:30 when the fireworks start at 9 at Disney not practical. The Resort did not have my reservation when I arrived and graciously offered me an upgrade.

Holiday Inn at Universal: Below average

Front desk service is good, the room is fine bedsheets was not tuck in properly, the bathroom was not clean enough especially the bathtub as soon as you step in you can feel in your feet the dried soap and dirt that stick sorround inside the tub. But the thing i really mind most is their cleaners doesnt have consideration to their guess my room beside the staff room. everytime they go in to that room they always bang the door so loud that sometimes i got startled when im taking a nap.

Encore Las Vegas: Beautiful & Clean

We've been to Las Vegas many times and stayed at various hotels but this is by far one of the most impressive. Lots of light streaming into the lobby. Handy registration location. This hotel streams into the Wynn and is a pleasant walk. I would suggest a 'regular' store to shop for clothing, accessories. Each high end store is more of a Showcase for Channel and high end designers. Theatres for Encore and Wynn are conveniently next to each other. Our suite 1226 did have the sounds of a [... read more] thumping Night Club that wasn't a blasting sound but annoying when trying to fall asleep. Note: we are seniors:)

Excalibur: EXCALIBUR

Well I liked the hotel and the location. However, we had an alarm problem for most of our stay. Every morning the fire alarm would go off and wouldn't stop for 2 hours. The staff were really accommodation giving us free buffet and what not. But it was kind of a bad experience as you need your sleep in Vegas. Other than that it was clean and the staff were very helpful. But I am giving a poor experience for the alarm system and having the issue 5 out of 6 days.

Disney Port Orleans: Needs some improvement

I decided on this resort as they are the only ones to have royal princess themed rooms and my daughter is all about Disney princesses. I didn’t realize how far it was from magic kingdom and the bus service can be inconsistent depending on the time of day. The food was subpar at best. Pools were great. Rooms clean Would stay closer to Magic kingdom next visit.

Flamingo Las Vegas: Flamingo Rooms

Room was extremely run down. Rust in tub, beat up bathroom door walls in room and halls were filthy and sheets were not cleaned our entire stay . Floors were disgusting. Carpet in hallway was lifted and caused tripping hazard .This is my 4th trip to Vegas and although I enjoyed the location the rooms were the worse I have seen in all my stays. I asked to be moved but I was met with you paid for the room and that's what you will get unless you want to pay $$$ for upgrade.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Great getaway place

We really enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the entire property. The staff was pleasant, knowledgeable, and happy to be of service. The shuttle service took us to the parks and City Walk every day and we never had to wait much. The food service was very accessible at most hours of the day. I really missed tea bags in my room as I am not a coffee drinker.

Mirage: Not impressed

Of all of the hotels I have stayed at in Las Vegas this was the worst. Went back to the room and a maintenance man was in the bathroom fixing our tap so I couldn’t use the bathroom so we were late to our dinner. We couldn’t use the tub as the stopper was broken therefore we couldn’t fill tub. Air conditioner was faulty. Stepped on broken glass in hallway. Won’t be staying here again.

The Cosmopolitan: Bachelorette Haven

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were large and clean. The pools were great and lively during the day. I would recommend this hotel to anyone celebrating a bachelorette/bachelor party or birthday/anniversary. We all had a blast.

Aria Resort: Great hotel

Hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful. Very close to strip Food in hotel was great lots of choices. Pool is beautiful clean bathroom not so much. Would definitely recommend hotel to others

The Vanderpump Las Vegas Hotel: The cromwell

The hotel and the staff were perfect We enjoy the stay but we were very disappointed in the way access to the pool is given and the time that it can be used It was probably the most disappointing thing we have ever experienced in a hotel that says it has a roof pool.

Universal Cabana Bay Beach Resort: Funtastic Resort!!!

It was a great place to stay for a week. It had swimming pools and a lazy river surrounded by palm trees and other exotic plants and flowers. White sands that made you feel like you were at a beach resort. The suite we stayed in was perfect for my family.

Sahara Las Vegas: Great resort - quite from the strip!

Great resort - many aspects were under construction which I wish I had known of ahead of time. This is an older hotel renovated and updated with the SLS brand. Food was incredible - 800 Degree Pizza is a MUST. Booked with Air Canada and they waived the resort fee. Which was a bonus!

Flamingo Las Vegas: A bit disappointed.

Having stayed at the Flamingo before I was a bit disappointed this time. Firstly, we could not get anywhere near the pool in the afternoons, they had an extremely load DJ playing very inappropriate rap type music full of swearing, you couldn't hear yourself think, the pool was full of drinking teens ( I felt the resort opens the pool to non patrons ) drinking and swearing and rough housing in the pool. Yet the resort advertises as a family oriented hotel, this was not enjoyable for families, ki [... read more]ds, seniors etc. And our room service was unacceptable, no clean towels left, even though dirty taken so finally we had to leave a note to please leave clean towels, and garbage was never take out. When we left, garbage cans were over flowing. No clean glasses ever left. However, the service at that front desk was excellent, helpful, and very friendly. Next trip I will stay elsewhere.

The hotel was good, A bit dated but had what we needed The staff was great The location was great The price was right The pools were good It was smoky but so is every where in Vegas The room was small and basic but clean

The STRAT Hotel Casino and Tower: The strat

Was amazing very clean and comfy rooms staff was helpful. Restaurants were very nice and good food. Bus stop right outside hotel. Nice pool great location. Would go back again fornour next trip to Vegas.

Good value for what you pay. Rooms were very nice pool top was fun. Clean hotel. Food could be better. All the staff were super friendly amd always made a point to say hello if you were walking by. Dinner service at the top of the hotel was excellent along with the food.
