Virgin Hotels Las Vegas: Great stay highly recommend!

My friend & I stayed at the Hard Rock for 3 nights and we had a overall great experience. From the speedy check in to the delightful and efficient staff we were highly satisfied with the treatment we received. The casino floor was well maintained and the drink service was on point, it seemed that every time I was almost finished my drink the waitress would pop up and ask me if I would like another. The Pink Taco restaurant was also a hit, we loved the tacos and the margaritas were delicious. Our [... read more] only minor complaints we’re that the shower needed to run for a good 15 minutes before it was hot,which was a bit of a shock when you unexpectedly get blasted with cold water lol. The 2nd complaint would be how far the Hard Rock is from the actual strip (about a 20/30 minute walk depending on your speed) but for the price we paid we were more than happy to walk the short distance. If I visit Las Vegas again I would highly consider staying at the Hard Rock once more.

Encore Las Vegas: Memorable vacation

We just came back from Encore by Wynn. To start we had a beautiful suite , very spacious clean and comfortable. The bed was amazing so comfortable. We had included with our hotel the buffet breakfast, it was great , opens at 7:30 am and closes at 3:30 pm with a big selection of food items ranging from breakfast foods to lunch items and desserts. Caesars Palace: Loved our stay!

Our room was wonderful, very up to date & super comfy. Being 3 women travelling together, we especially appreciated the large bathroom with double sinks and separate area outside the bathroom perfect for putting on makeup (even had a great magnifying mirror!) Pool was closed so that was disappointing. We did think it was kind of cheap making guests pay for the in-room coffee. That should have been included. The restaurant, Pronto by Giada is a must (super delicious, high quality food at reas [... read more]onable prices). We ate there and also grabbed some things on the go. Hotel staff were very prompt and friendly and the online concierge was very helpful too. Loved that you could text a question & get a quick response no matter where you were. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised.

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Best room we've ever had in Vegas

We stayed in the Resort tower which had all been redone; loved it. Also another added bonus which is important to us was that the room had a coffee maker and fridge. It was also very quiet. We found it a reasonable stay for us. We really enjoyed the show there too! (Bronx Wanderers) We were able to use the pool at the Paris which was convient and not far) Only negative would have been not having a good place for a breakfast (only a bkft. bun I believe.)

Planet Hollywood Resort: Amazing

The staff was so friendly and the room was spacious and clean. There was a fridge in the room which was great because eating out is expensive so I was able to pick up some things and keep them in the fridge. The only thing I didn’t like was that I came back to my hotel one day and the cleaner had left a sink/ tub scrubber on the bathroom counter which was close to my hygiene products. It’s got a Gordon Ramsay Burger, two Starbucks, huge casino, PF Chang [... read more]’s, it’s connected to a really cool mall (where you can get giant pina coladas), Zappos theatre where I got to see the Backstreet Boys and so much more. I had an amazing weekend and so happy I chose Planet Hollywood!

The Signature at MGM: Great resort

Great hotel and good services really close to the Las Vegas boulevard. Good quality for the price. Nice to have access to the MGM Grand. Well situated middle of the strip. I would recommend this hotel because of his location as

Excalibur: vegas 2018

2nd time staying at Excalibur, when I booked this time, was a bit disappointed. I had requested a king size bed in a King suite, they had me booked for 2 doubles. so they switched us to a King bed, on the sixth floor, which when we looked out our window there was this extremely bright light that was pointed towards the window. we also noticed that on the non-smoking floor, the smell of weed was very strong AC unit was very noisy, which made not having a quite room we will never fl [... read more]y with Air Canada Rouge again, packing people in like sardines this stay was not enjoyable

Excalibur: Excalibur Las Vegas

The Excalibur Hotel is a big beautiful castle with blue and red turrets.....a dream castle for adults. It is big. The main floor has gaming tables and slot machines where people are actually seen winning. You can play the tables for a minimum 5$ bet where other casinos the minimum is 15 to 25. The dealers are friendly and helpful. We felt no stress or pressure from the staff when we just observed the action. I appreciate that! The pool is relaxing. The basement arcade is a kids paradise. We  [... read more]saw families of five enjoying the castle. The staff is wonderful. The rooms are clean. The housekeeping staff is there in minutes when you may require extra towels. I have stayed at the Excalibur in the past and was happy to come back this year. The location on the strip is perfect. It is close to the monorail near MGM and has aRotunda for easy tour pickup. It is the least expensive and the best. I love the Excalibur. Restaurants and shops included. Thanks to the staff. Kathleen Shepherd.

MGM Grand: It's just ok

In comparison to other hotels on the strip this one was just ok. The colours in the room and hallways were dark and made it look dank. Wallpaper was peeling in spots. Stains on carpet in hallways. Paint in our room did even match. Looked half done. Shower pressure was good and bed comfortable. It was moderately clean but the smell from disgusting garbage and sewer at side entrance was nauseating!

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Not Impressed

Hotel was ok....nothing special. Best thing was location. Was central to strip. WiFi was horrible, had to call for re-connection EVERY TIME I left hotel and returned...was frustrating!!!!! Placed Do Not Disturb tag on door and went out for the day, only to return to our room being cleaned!!!! She told us that there wasn't a tag on the door.....Possible, ...... yes and realized was a likelihood, so I didn't lose my Sh*t on her, did complain though and we were contacted before anyone entered or r [... read more]oom again (which did't happen again) Found line ups at front desk long and many times employees were away with no coverage, so NOBODY was around to ask questions when needed. Happened to us at least 4-5 times throughout our 7 day stay.

Luxor: Couldn’t complain if I wanted to!

The Luxor was an absolutely beautiful hotel. With amazing staff. And conveniently placed just far enough from the central strip for a calm quiet stay. Can not wait to plan our next trip to Las Vegas. Will definitely be staying at the Luxor again.

Planet Hollywood Resort: Amazing resort

Such a great place to stay in Las Vegas. The hospitality was fantastic the Hotel had everything for a great vacation even won at the Casino. Thank you for such a great stay within walking distance to everything, will be staying here again.

Harrah's Laughlin: Wrong Harrahs Booked

To our surprise when we arrived at Harrahs to check in, we learned that our agent had booked the wrong location for our vacation. Harrahs concierge Jumped into action to help us resolve our situation. We were given an upgraded room and a break on a one day service charge. We enjoyed our Las Vegas vacation. Once we arrived home we emailed customer service at tripcentral to request reimbursement for the hotel charges we incurred. Customer service promptly replied to our email and favourabl [... read more]y resolved the situation granting us reimbursement for hotel charges. We have travelled many times with tripcentral without incident, this was a human error and are happy with the outcome. We will continue to travel with tripcentral in the future. Thank you to all involved to resolve this situation.

Excalibur: Very Good Experience

This hotel I think was great. This was the second time I have stayed there, the last time was 17 years ago. The people working there were great, we had no problems at all. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing I didn't like was the $35/night resort fee but I guess you pay that everywhere.

Vdara Hotel: Hotel is nice but rooms were dirty

The front desk staff were pleasant and quick to get us checked into our room. The hotel does not have a casino inside but as a result, is more quiet and relaxing than some of the busier hotels. There is a strong fragrance when you walk into the hotel lobby... I don't mind scents but my friends found it unbearable. We enjoyed the pool and spa but the food cafes/restaurants in the lobby was a hit or miss. Rooms could be cleaner, especially if you're paying this much. The Signature at MGM: Awesome and beautiful resort!

The MGM Signature was awesome from day one of our 7 night stay. The front desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Our balcony suite was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to be able to use the kitchenette to have breakfast in the room to start our day. The rooms were kept clean and well supplied. We were in tower number 3 which worked great for us because it was just a short walk to the Miracle Mile shoppes outside or an inside walk to MGM Grand and the strip. Loved Las Vegas!

Wynn Las Vegas: Wynn las Vegas hotel was the best hotel w have ever been, it is an amazing hotel beautiful decorations ,the food is excellent the location and the swimming pools , the sauna , the bars , we enjoyed every minute of our 5 days vacation. The staff are so friendly and helpful, the room are so clean. We will go back again to Wynn for sure.

Loved everything , the location the service ,the food,We felt safe all the time it is a very big and spacey hotel and has everything we needed, I will recommend the Wynn Las Vegas to all my family and friends.

Paris Las Vegas: Awesome Trip

The hotel was amazing. A little bit on the quieter side for Vegas but that's the nice part when you're always on the go. Loved everything about this place. The pool area is amazing they sometimes play music which is nice.

Horseshoe Las Vegas: Nice hotel

I wouldn't stay there again too Smokey in the casino.the pool was too far away.i had no shuttle pick me up as I paid 25 for it.would like a refund.layoers for West jet was ok.earlier flight would be nice.

Mirage: Great hotel right in the city centre

Rooms were clean, staff helpful, volcano show right in front of hotel. Denny’s across the street for some inexpensive eating. Perfect spot to be and within walking distance to everything you need, convenience store, monorail, airport!
