Once again the staff were amazing! Seldom do you get to experience of hard working and dedicated staff, This is a great resort! It’s larger than expected but very lovely! Definitely a strong *4star *closer to a 4.5 or even a 5**

Enjoyed the stay very much, For the most part, the staff was excellent, the grounds gorgeous and who can complain about the weather!! Housekeeping needs to be more consistent. One day we would get clean towels, the next day only a few would be replaced. As well, the sheets need to be changed more regularly, especially for long stays. The dirty glasses and cups were not replaced but seemed to be washed by housekeeping. Not sure how sanitary that is! Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Sandos Eco Resort

The maintenance of the property is beyond expectation; the grounds in particular are beautifully maintained. The house keeping staff go out of their way to make the rooms stay clean and comfortable. The rooms (room 4505) and other rooms in the area smell terribly musty. I wonder if air ventilation could be added as the mustiness is hard on people with respiratory issues. I had asked to be place in the newer part of the rooms but ended in the oldest and most removed part from the amenities,  [... read more]so it took a good walk every day, several times a day to go to and from the beach. We had chosen a place on the beach expecting to have to trek less.

Holiday Inn Resort Los Cabos: Great resort

It was very clean, beautiful grounds, room was awesome. Maid service was fantastic front desk amazing people very helpful. the only thing I would suggest is maybe more selection at the buffet and a the alacart sugn up was a little ridiculous. But all in all good resort .

Riu Emerald Bay: Stunning Resort

First off, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. All areas of this resort were clean and well taken care off. Our room was well kept by our house keeper who also made lovely animal objects with the towels. Impressed by how reliable the wifi signal was while sitting under the coconut trees and all over the resort. All dining areas gave top notch service. Meals were exceptional. Being all buffet, the food stations were always kept clean by the chefs and servers. Entertainment was exceptional with seamless performances by the talented staff where we noticed some were also involved with the daily activities. BONUS: I am a part time dj, and also had the opportunity to play alongside the resident dj/ staff member Carlos Arturo at the Pacha Niteclub. That was the icing on the cake for me. The entertainment manager, Victor, invited me to come back and mentioned that I can DJ at the foam party. Very honored and humbled with this invitation. The elevators were not so bad as some reviews indicated. Overall, this was a fabulous resort in a very quiet and relaxed location. Friendly kind staff that offered superior service

The Reef Coco Beach: Great small resort

The staff were great at this hotel, very friendly and hard working. The only thing that was a negative was after we checked in the clerk said I will get someone to help you to your room. The staff member came over to assist us and it turned into a timeshare talk. We told her we were not interested and that was fine. The hotel is at the end of 5th avenue so you can walk easy to the shops and restaurants but are not in the middle of the craziness. The food was really good as well. Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Fun and Relaxing

We stayed for a week in February and enjoyed our time very much. We booked in a adults only section and really loved the adults pool and the beach club. The pool and beach for adults only are at opposites end of the resort and took about 6 minutes to walk from one to the other. The food I would say is a little better than ok. Some items are amazing and some are just so so however that really is a very individual thing. Our room was always cleaned and the fridge filled every day. It was a basic room but did the job however our beds felt like sleeping on a rock bed. We did not ask to move because the monkeys came to our balcony almost everyday. I loved hanging out a the Adults Beach club and they provide lite snacks all day. I was also able to snorkel off the beach and see some fun fish. Water shoes are a must at this resort. The beach is sandy but the water is very rocky. We would return as we did not get to see and do everything we wanted to and had amazing service.

Grand Palladium Vallarta: Beautiful sun sets

Good resort with great staff. Lots of stairs and great weather. You can see whales from the beach, if your lucky. The resort is spread out but not too far from all the pools, restaurants and beaches. I would recommend this resort for able bodied travellers

Secrets Huatulco: AMA omg resort

This unique resort is nothing like I’ve seen before. Views staff were top notch, do anything to make your stay a pleasure.. food was great lots of options. Beach was beautiful❤️ Rooms were large and very hard working housekeeping staff. The spa was beautiful and massage was best I’ve ever had.

Crown Paradise Golden: NOT SAFE, Waiter Grabbed My Wife!

NOT SAFE! BE AWARE! The night turned into the nightmare! Bartender/Waiter follows my wife and her friend back from the beach bar along the pool... grabs her (my wife) hand, puts his arm around her, massages her shoulder, starts massaging her back! Waits for them by the main Lobby (this is after 11pm, his shift is 3-11) follows them into the elevator, says he lives there and has to go clean the pool on 7th floor, remember he is a waiter! The girls get off on 4th floor, he puts his foot out so the [... read more] door won't close. My wife tells her friend what has happened and they see the door for the elevator is still open! He hears them talking about him and exits down the stairwell. We meet with the Head of Security Eduardo he tells us Gilberto (the waiter that grabbed my wife) did nothing wrong! I asked to see the security camera footage from the pool area, he tells us he watched it and that it was consensual! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! He twisted this horrible ordeal around and made it like the girls did something wrong! Says to me, this is Mexico, what are you going to do... go ahead, call the police. My wife was absolutely terrified the rest of our vacation! I tried calling the hotel a number of times to speak with the owner/manager but can't get through. To date they have made NO effort to contact us and I would bet they won't! I would love to chat with them that is for sure!! We were moved out of the hotel by our airline, thank god! Stay away from this place, it is clearly NOT SAFE!

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Sandos Playacara

A couple of hiccups. The wifi was difficult to set up until the resort “reset the system”. Several calls to Guest Services were useless so i went to see them and they couldn’t connect either. Several guests were standing around with the same issue, so it was not my general ineptitude with all things high tech. Secondly the room smelled like a swamp when we arrived. The room should be aired out 24 hours before a guest arrives. The room and resort were quite fine and the staff were very nice. The food was mediocre but there was lots available . We are not “foodies” by any means. Beautiful beach and pool area that were always kept clean. Very happy with our interactions with Trip Central and in general the Air Transat experience. Catalonia Riviera Maya: A week at Catalonia Riviera Maya

A solid trip; great food (minus no ground beef tacos) friendly staff, clean pools, great animation staff (shout out to Migel) well kept grounds and a fairly decent beach. This is a decent 4 star hotel that was worth the price paid. Would recommend! Note to management : need more sour cream, lack of beef burritos / tacos was a disappointment, ketchup sub par, overhearing in the theatre/bar & surrounding area - it gets hot!

Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres: Beautiful 5 Star Resort

This was my first time booking an all-inclusive resort and I’ve never been happier. It’s brand new grounds were so beautiful that it felt luxurious. My boyfriend and I only ate at the buffets (which we prefer over set-meals) and the chefs were amazing. We also loved the pool bartenders Nanguse + partner (can’t remember his name) and Dulce. We also loved the entertainment crew including David and Julio. My only complaint would be we would have to be at the beach or poolside early to get an  [... read more]umbrella (very limited).

Riu Palace Las Americas: Excellent Resort

I had a fabulous time the hotel was clean and beautiful the food was delightful both in the restaurants and The Buffet I would stay there again I enjoyed it very much I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I would return there again. Each of the individual restaurants have a different flavourAm I enjoyable to go to the service was great I enjoyed myself immensely

Allegro Cozumel: Above expectations

My wife and I booked a two week dream vacation. The reviews do not do the Allegro justice. There were some minor issues but stuff happens, that's life. get over it. The resort was amazing, saw some wildlife and the snorkeling right off the beach was beautiful. Unfortunately, I experienced a medical emergency four days "in" and had to leave on the next available flight, thanx to Francisco (Air Canada Rep), that was achieved. Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: Beautiful Resort

I love this resort for many reasons... Its beautiful, clean and so close to everything, everything is within walking distance. I love the shops so close by.. The Malecon is walking distance. The resort is not too huge, i love the rooms, bar & dining area, pool are all close. The food was excellent. I love having the balcony facing the ocean & pool area. The staff are very friendly, providing awesome service. I couldnt ask for better service. Keep up the good work. The only thing that need [... read more]s to improve is the evening entertainment. It all ends early and nothing else to do after that but go sit in the pool side bar. Other then that, i would definitely go back to this hotel.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Just What The Doctor Ordered!

Hotel resort is lush, tropical, and pretty peaceful. Highly dense foliage everywhere with nice touches throughout - special cocktails; infused water; excellent activities crew; varied nightly entertainment; excellent service everywhere; high class service at a la carte restaurants. Pretty snorkeling right on beach. Loved our week!!

El Cid Resort Castilla: Disappointing trip

Our trip didn’t start well. Soon after our takeoff from Mo treat, the captain announced that we would have to make a stop at Windsor for refueling. This should have been mentioned to the passengers BEFORE embarking. We were kept on the plane during this process. Towards the end of the flight, it was announced that the three Lavatories on the plane were blocked and we were advised not to use them, unless it’s an emergency. The crew stopped passing drinks and water.... Upon arrival at the H [... read more]otel El Cid, the bus left us at a lower level and we had to take the stairs or a ramp up one level with our luggage! We were given a dark, smelly room in a passage on the ground level. We were told that nothing was available and to come back in the morning. We did and we finally were pleased with our new room although it didn’t have a fridge. No snacks are available between the meals and the only choice of coffee at the hotel is the watered down American coffee. The only place to hang out in the evening seemed to be the lobby or the bar with VERY loud music and VERY limited seats....

El Cid Resort Castilla: Slightly disapointed

The first room we got was horrible. It took a lot of pleading to change but they finally did. We were happy with the other room but none of them had fridges. There is a lot of construction in that area. If you want to go for a walk outside the hotel, its very dusty and noisy. The beach is ok and you can also go for long walks, however the waves are quite high and there is a lot of undertow. The grounds are kept well. The staff is very friendly. You will not be able to find cappuccino or esp [... read more]resso anywhere in that hotel. There were 6 or 7 options to chose from for reservations at restaurants but we were only able to signed up for 2 in 7 days. everything was booked.

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Perfect family getaway

We loved everything about this resort, staff were very friendly; every area was spotless! Beautiful greenery,lots of loungers always available! Lots of great food! Lots of walking paths and close to Bucerías! We felt very safe everywhere!
