Secrets Playa Mujeres: Wonderful resort

A beautiful room and ocean view welcomed us. The hotel including a golf course was very well maintained. The only problem was bed sheets and pillow cases; they smelled strange, maybe because of th water washed with? Food was excellent. Staff was very helpful to arrange our requests and very professional. I'd like to come back again!

Secrets Royal Beach: Secrets royal resort. Punts cana

The hotel was lovely, very clean, updated and very friendly staff. I found the evening entertainment to be amateur and the dance routines were very dated. Room service was excellent. We found the restaurants at the connecting hotel to be better than ours. Although kudos to the Japanese restaurant in our complex. It was entertaining as well as delicious.

Secrets Wild Orchid: Amazing view and staff

From the moment we got off the bus we were treated like royalty. Matthew was there to greet us. Immediately we felt at home. And that's how they greet you. "Welcome home". We stayed in room 1320 from May 16 - May 26 and we didn't want to leave! The food at every restaurant was good to excellent. Room service food was not very good. That was our only real complaint. But every single person was over the top friendly. Anything you wanted, if they could provide it they would. I don't know if that's just a show for us or if they truly are that happy. But they sure had us fooled if they weren't. Singing dancing and laughing. Absolutely unbelievable experience all around. And the majority of that was because of the staff!! They should really be recognized for their customer service. Beyond anything I've experienced. My advice would be to shop outside of the resort for souvenirs. Too expensive!! I would recommend this resort to anyone.

The service was exceptional from the restaurants, bars to the entertainment team, the room was very clean. The grounds were very well maintained and the food and drinks were amazing. I enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and would certainly go back!

Secrets Playa Mujeres: Breathtaking Everythjng

Our experience was 5 star everyday. We were fortunate to experience great weather, impeccable service, and the food and amenities were fantastic! I hope we can travel to this resort again! We used the pools, beach front was awesome and the hotel gym. I'm sure the entertainment was good, as we were told, however we were in bed early most nights, and early to rise to see the fabulous sunrises. Secrets St James: The Great Escape!

Beautiful resort! Scenic views. The sunset is incredible. The people were amazing! Boyd......James Bond..... Carla....... the whole volleyball crew! Great service. Friendly. Accomadating. Great for a relaxing, luxurious vacation.

Secrets Aura Cozumel: good location

The lobby is small but check in was fast, Hotel grounds needed trimming yet staff on hand was always busy and friendly. With the sister resort next door there was lots of restaurants and all were good.Pools were warm and relaxing with great poolside service from Isabel and Victoria and there secretary.We had the same waiter in two different restaurants and eric went out of his way to make sure all was well.Buffet seamed to be under staffed as sometimes no one to serve pasta or no one behind co [... read more]oking area at all. The food in general was good .Beach is very rough make sure you have watershoes.

Secrets Huatulco: Fantastic

My husband and I were on our annual vacation for his Birthday and our 25th Wedding Anniversary. This is our 5th time to a Secrets and it didn't disappoint We thought we would have been upgraded under the circumstances. The room was very nice and clean and Elizabeth the maid did a great job. The waitress did not bring my wine or any bread and barely understood what we said. Other than that the food was great and service also. the best was the Castaways where we had a private lunch under a tree with a gorgeous view of the ocean with the seafood filled grilled pineapple boat. AMAZING. Pools were fantastic and clean. Beach was very well kept and the servers worked really hard especially Margarita. THANKS!. Only complaint I would have is the smoking. You really do need to re-inforce that it can only happen in designated areas. Also you should spray for mosquitos. I got a lot of bites which I've never experienced at other resorts. Secrets Royal Beach: Meh!

Staff were nice; especially Angel, he was great! Food was ok, Himitsu was very good, not the Tapenacki but the sit down portion was the best on the resort. Oceana was very bad. Seaside was also great! Swim up rooms are not private enough, waiters walking past your room every 3 minutes (great service but wanted privacy). Overall, not worth what we paid.

wow where do I start? the resort was fabulous, the grounds were beautiful. All the work is done by hand. Very impressive. I felt it necessary to tip a couple of gardeners a buck, because it does not appear that they get much recognition. The rooms were awesome as it turned out we were able to upgrade to a oceanview/pool view room. the resteraunts were all awesome, great service or shall I say prompt service. That being said I am unable to drink a lot through the day, for medical reasons, therefore i'd go to the pool bar for a pop my order was taken and then I had to wait for the guy to ask another group of people and make there six drinks or however many and get back to me with a simple pop, was not impressed with that. All other staff were very friendly and helpful.

Secrets Vallarta Bay: Simplly paradise!

We stayed at Secrets Vallarta Bay Resort in April 2017. The resort is top notch, the staff very friendly and helpful and the food is amazing. The room is clean and the bed was great. This was our second stay here, and we will definitely be back!

Secrets Cap Cana: Best view ever!!

What a view as soon as you leave the shuttle!! Magic... Great wide beach. Therefore, many improvements are still needed (management, staff, service, food and property). It will become a real Secrets some day... Would I return? Not sure yet.

Secrets Huatulco: The Next Level

First time ever staying at a Adults only, no wristband, no reservation, unlimited a la carte resort. It was quite something and we were not disappointed. Ditto to all the good previous reviewer comments. Everything was great and the front desk asked what they could do to improve the experience and I was at a loss for words. I couldn't think of anything to improve or at worst complain about. We ate at every restaurant and wandered over the whole resort. For sure December and/or April!

Secrets Puerto Los Cabos Golf & Spa Resort: Fabulous Resort

We totally enjoyed our time at Secrets! We went for my husband's 60th birthday with 5 other friends. Everyone loved our pool time and relaxing vacation. We did go on a couple of day trips to local towns and deep sea fishing! There is so much history in the Baja desert! Excellent and friendly staff, delicious food at various restaurants on the Resort, beautiful bright rooms and immaculate grounds, everything was very clean and very well maintained. The only negative is that because of the un [... read more]dertow, you cannot go swimming in the ocean ... but you can walk on the beach and enjoy the pounding waves. There are lots of pools, daily activities and a golf course to compensate! Would we go again .... yes, in a heartbeat!!

Secrets Huatulco: Great Resort!!

Secrets is a beautiful resort with exceptional staff in all departments. Alma the Concierge went out of Her way to check in with Us daily, Our Housekeeper Carlo was amazing! The food was fantastic and the drinks were perfect! The atmosphere was relaxing and it was nice not to have to make a reservation for the a la carte restaurants which were not limited and there was never any wait, food and service were excellent! The beaches were definitely not as the photos shown in the brochure. The rooms are very nice. We were in room 3001 very close to the ongoing construction and we were O.K. with that, the pounding didn't start till 9am. The food was great, the Italian restaurant was very disappointing. The biggest complaint was with the staffing at this resort. The expectation of staff to receive tips was some what uncomfortable. It was like a sense of entitlement. After landing in Toronto we noticed our suitcase was broken into.

This hotel stands out for its cleanliness and quality of food, drink and service. Every drink was made with the best top shelf alcohol assuring a amazing drink. Every meal was made to be the best it could be, using quality ingredients and paying attention to its detail. We booked with Trip Central and Carol was amazing. She paid attention to every wish we had and put us in s resort perfectly matched for us. Secrets Cap Cana: **OVERBOOKED**

First and foremost the negative comments: Although we had booked a Junior Suite with Swimout, we were assigned an Oceanview room, a (downgrade). We were not the only guests in this situation. The hotel had grossly overbook the swimout category. In our minds a way to fill the hotel. After four hours and many conversations with various hotel staff. Dreams Puerto Morelos Resort and Spa: Great Resort! Would Definitely Return!

I booked this hotel last minute "Deal of the Day" so entry level room. I travelled on my own and it was important for me to go to a 5 Star Adults Only Resort. 30 Minute Shuttle from the Airport. Room was ready at check in. Large suite room, top floor overlooking one of the quiet pools. Mini fridge in room. I was in Block 5 which is quite a walk to the main areas which was fine as I like the exercise. Pools. Main pool quite lively and loud. Was there for the first day and ended up at al [... read more]l of the quiet pools for the rest of the week. Very friendly staff EVERYWHERE. Pool bar service exceptional. Never had an issue with getting chairs as long as I wasn't too picky on location. Food was very good and plentiful. Lots of options at buffet which is avail breakfast and lunch only. Mar the greeter was so friendly everyday! Sit down restaurants for evening. Men should bring long pants and closed shoes. Never had an issue with having to wait for dinners either. I tended to eat before 7. Loved the piano in the Bordeux Restaurant. Service hit and miss there. Bars were really well located and the best of any resorts I've been too. Brendi at the Veranda Bar provided exceptional service. Beach wasn't anything to write home about. Lots of seaweed and sandbags to preserve the beach. If you aren't too picky about it you will be fine. Lots of lounge chairs there. Cesar/Masseuse at the Spa was great. Enjoyed the yoga most mornings. Never got to the bike tours. Lots of activities you can join into. Would definitely recommend going and I would go back if the price is right.
