Riu Palace Baja California: Amazing resort

Excellent resort, very clean, food was excellent. Service was great. Had a problem with our safe twice. They took care of right away. Would go to this resort again. Weather was awesome, a little windy at night and cool. Put it this the desert.

Riu Palace Antillas: Never Disappoints

We stayed at the Riu Antillas 5 years ago and it was one of the best Carribbean vacations we have ever had so we decided to go back this year. It has been renovated and I can tell you, we never had an issue the first time. This time we were so very Impressed. The beach was clean. The water very blue and clear. The restaurants were amazing. The food was great. The buffets had lots for everyone. I loved my stay there. Everyone was attentive. Riu Palace Baja California: Beautiful Resort

The hotel was exceptional. Choice of food was also fantastic. The room was very roomy and clean with a very large and comfortable bed. The servers in the restaurants and buffet areas were excellent.i would highly recommend this location and a short cab ride into town to Cabo Wabo was well worth it.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Absolutely Beautiful Resort

This is our second visit to this resort and once again it did not disappoint. The cleanliness is on point and then some . The rooms are beautiful with everything you could need . The ala carte restaurants are very good, all of them ,and the buffet always have many many delicious options. The beach is very nice but was quite windy this time so water was very rough. Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Beautiful clean beach

The resort is clean and well organized. We enjoyed the live shows and all the a la cart restaurants. What attracted us to this resort was the white sandy beach and the spectacular sunsets. Hope to see you next year.

Riu Santa Fe: Excellent

It is very large Hotel is very large. We were in building 7 (only section with elevators). Make sure you ask for a room closer to front of hotel as there are Riu parties happening 4 days out of 7, with 2 being at night, they are very, very loud. Of course you get the drunk people coming after parties which you can hear up and down hallways. Rooms were large and comfortable, very clean, no issues. The food at all restaurants is good, go early so you do not have to wait. Entertainment was lacking, kids entertainment was annoying night after night. Riu Latino: Great resort

This hotel was very nice very clean staff were all fantastic and very friendly and all very hard workers. Anything we needed they were very quick at responding. Food was good. We always were able to find something at the buffet to satisfy us. Bed was comfy pillows were small but that’s what I like. Pools were all clean lobby was great. Beach was a little far. Riu Palace Mexico: riu place Mexico

The grounds were extremely well kept...The washrooms were always clean. The staff was very friendly. As a senior travelling alone i always felt safe. I love RIU for that reason Wish you had special rates for seniors wanting to travel alone. I might be able to come more often

Riu Reggae: Amazing

We have stayed at this resort multiple times in the past and loved it but they have really stepped it up in the entertainment department. The entertainment staff, the shows, and the white party were exceptional. Will definitely be going back.

Riu Playa Blanca: Would go again

Immaculate property. Hard working staff. Food was excellent, bar staff could make anything. Plenty of lounge chairs at the pools, lots of pools.****************************************************************************************

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Fantastic resort 2nd stay there

We cannot say enough about how clean the resort is. The staff are all very friendly helpful and seem to be smiling all the time. Our daily room staff, Sarah, was beyond lovely. As was Oscar at Mar de Cortez restaurant. There is a lack of evening events at the hotel, they are all now at the sister hotel next door, catering to a party crowd, it was disappointing not to have any events right on site if you weren't up to a rave. There has been a lot of improvement with keeping vendors from  [... read more]the ocean front view, good work on that. I look forward to seeing how this huge hotel chain follows up on their promise to look after the feral kittens now on site. They were not there 1 1/2 years ago. Spay/neuter/vaccinate and then adopt is what was discussed when I stayed and loudly broached my concerns for their well being. The views are breathtaking, the scenery, lands end, and of course the sunrises and sunsets have to be seen to be truly believed. There was always a variety of fresh food to choose from even for a vegetarian! The room service menu however could use a revamping. There is now a huge Walmart and Costco across the highway as well as the beautiful town of Los Cabos itself. For anything you may need. (Beware the taxis) We walked to Los Cabos marina and town along the beach which was really enjoyable and the entire stretch of Beach was very clean and safe. Overall the hotel does an excellent job of helping us feel relaxed, taken care of and on vacation. That's what it's all about after all. I would 100% go back but only if there was some entertainment on site without having to go to the party hotel. It was not well advertised that events were next door

Riu Guanacaste: Great resort

My family of 4 had a great week at Riu Guanacaste! The food was amazing! The service was fabulous! It was super clean but when we first got there the room smelt musty. We think it was from the humidity. We asked for a "family room" which ended up being a king bed with a single. We had to sleep 3 in the king to make it work for us. We are all in great health so the long walk from our 5th floor room to the main area wasn't a problem. There are elevators that broke down about 5 times during our stay, but they were always fixed quickly. The beaches are all public so be ready for the locals who want to sell their wares. There are some boutiques just outside the main entrance that are open for shopping daily, but they are grossly overpriced. There are lots of excursions that can be taken from the resort with ziplines in their backyard. We are all longing to go back!

Riu Playa Blanca: Good family resort

Nice kids pool. Decent food. Language can be a challenge at times. We had an issue with the lock on our room for 3 days which we feel wasn't handled properly, should have been upgraded to better room as resort was not full and we had to go to front desk at least 10 times trying to resolve lock issue. Gets very busy on weekend with locals.

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Absolutely Wonderful Resort!

The food was amazing, service was excellent, the resort was very clean and the staff were constantly keeping it clean. Bar service was great and the selection of beverages was extraordinary. The beach was great to walk on, but due to the waves/surf, you could not swim. Scuba Caribe day trip to the Cabo Arch and Lover's Beach was excellent and very affordable. Overall, 10/10!

Riu Palace Tropical Bay: Beautiful Resort

The grounds were well kept, beautiful sandy beach, staff always available for service. Drinks and the food were amazing. The rooms were clean and maintained well. Bathroom were quite modern. The dining room staff always had a table set and ready. We were a group of twenty. A variety of places to relax and have a drink . Entertainment in the evening with music and activities for the children.I enjoyed my stay. I will return.

Riu Montego Bay: Great Resort

This Resort was just wonderful, the food, entertainment, room cleanliness and the staff overall. We stayed in Bldg. #1 on 2nd floor and enjoyed our view as well. We will certainly come back. The grounds and pools are well maintained , public washrooms kept clean throughout the day.

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Excellent resort

The site is kept very good, food excellent we try buffet and all the à la carte, yes we had to wait at 2 à la carte but not a big deal we are in vacation so we had a drink ( we had a buzzer very handy). The staff very professional and very nice. House keeping excellent. We will go again and recommend

Riu Palace Cabo San Lucas: Close to Perfect

Riu Palace is immaculately clean. The staff take pride in their Jobs in all departments. Always smiling. Was also here in October 2022 & it WAS Perfect. They have moved most evening events next door to the Santa Fe. Way younger crowd & "dancing" sure isn't what it used to be. All food is phenomenal & choices galore! Totally go back again & again. Riu Vallarta: Very good resort

The grounds are very beautiful Lots of mature trees and bushes. The pools were clean and warm Food was excellent at the buffet and Al a cartes. Shout out to Abel the pool bartender was very friendly and would mix whatever you asked for. The rooms were a good size and clean but the air conditioning didn’t work that well . The only complaints was that there could be more washrooms for the people at the pools
