Royalton Splash Punta Cana: WILL COME AGAIN

This resort was amazing. Service was good, staff was amazing....and a special shout out to Robinson and Elby who worked at the pool bar during the week we were there with a group of 12 adults. Amazing servers!

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Excellent Resort

Beautiful loocation, spacious room but a few anomalies: 1. In most days there were no beach towels available after 3 or so in the afternoon. 2. The food was delicious in the buffet and all restaurants, but I ordered Rigatoni Siciliani in the Vespa restaurant and it came only with sliced peppers. The menu stated that eggplant and zucchini would also be included. In fact, as an Italian I know that the main ingredient in the Sicilian dish is eggplant! 3. Often yogurt ordered in our room was not [... read more] accompanied with a spoon. In the buffet, espresso orderedwith sugar, often did not come with a spoon. Same with cereal. When we did ask for spoons it took some time to get receive them. What gives with the lack of spoons? Minor inconvenience, but bothersome nonetheless! 4. The time between ordering and receiving a dish in the specialty restaurants was unacceptably long even when there were not a lot of people dining.

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Okay

Pros: amazing beach and the best staff. Cons: resort needs some repairs, the rooms need to be cleaned and found many bugs in the bathroom, the resort sprays pesticides every morning and evening at 6. Not sure what it is, but smells like burnt diesel fuel. As far as the food, you should know there is not a buffet and choices are limited. I went because of the beach and staff

Royalton Hicacos Resort and Spa: Amazing beach and waterfront

Overall, We spent a fantastic week. There were some amazing areas that we enjoyed. The staff are friendly and amazing. However, there are many services to improve. The resort is a bit outdated and to get the superior rooms, they ridiculously charge you per person per night significant US dollars. The food was of limited quality and repeated every day with the same choices! The beach service for food and breakfast is very basic and limited and not a 5-star hotel. Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Fantastic staff

Incredible staff - yoga instructors Chely and J Carlo helped this first time ever yoga student. I enjoyed 11 consecutive lessons. Ramona took great care of our family of 7 (including our 93 year old Dad) on the beach every day. She was a definite highlight of our vacation. Ruben gave my Dad lots of attention which he so enjoyed. Loved watching the vibe team dance. Front desk and concierge people were very helpful. Rooms cleaned beautifully every day. The entire resort was kept very clean always. [... read more] Buffet had lots of good options, again staff was very attentive. Other restaurants were mediocre in quality and service. Enjoyed several entertainment shows.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Very nice resort.

Allareas were clean, safe and very welcoming. All staff went above and beyond the normal to help with anything that you needed or wanted. Everyone tried to make sure to accommodate our group of 7 at all times.

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic time, hotel gave us a free upgrade to a rooftop terrace suit, the staff were friendly and helpful, they worked very hard to keep the place immaculate, the food was amazing with lots of choices The location from airport very close, the beach is fantastic, tge sargassum seaweed is beyond control of hotel but they try there best

Royalton Hideaway Blue Waters: Do NOT go to this Resort

The hotel rooms were horrible. Ours had so many problems with broken items. Our balcony door was jammed on an angle and couldn't close or lock! The shows at night were so loud and went late, so we couldn't fall sleep because we couldn't close the door. Our shower hose leaked most of the water so there was not enough water pressure to use it. Our hair dryer was broken. Our fridge wouldn't get cold. Our safe gave us a lot of trouble. A quarter of our curtains were not attached at the top and just [... read more] drooped down so the bright sun would shine in in the morning. The paint job in the room was terrible in so many spots. It looked horrible. I have photos but unfortunately they can't be posted here. Also, the room was the smallest hotel room I have ever had and it was quite a shock. Also, it was not Oceanview as the patio door is on an angle so that when you look out all you see is the patio. To see the ocean, you need to go onto the balcony and be in the far corner. The resort is closing permanently April 30th and they do not intend to spend anything on repairs or upgrades. This was not posted on Royalton's website nor did my travel agent know. They are building a new resort to replace in on the other side of Blue Waters which will open in 2025.

Royalton Bavaro Resort and Spa: Amazing week!

Beautiful grounds. Clean rooms and food was amazing. Ate fish and salads all week with no concern for getting sick. Our butler Angel was great at taking care of all our needs. Highly recommend diamond club for the extra perks of a butler, access to flow rider and the water park at Royalton splash.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Overall ok

The hotel it self is nice. Do not get a mangrove facing room if you want to enjoy you balcony, the smell is not nice. Beds are super comfy. Buffett has been one of the best we have had. Drinks are premium. Beach is nice but had a lot of seaweed. If you’re a beach person like me it’s not the beach for you. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. The staff were incredible and friendly.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Incredible

The resort gave us everything we were looking for as a vacation destination. It has something for everyone in our family. The amenities were great with incredible customer service from all the staff. We would fully recommend this resort without hesitation.

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Pleasantly surprised

The Royalton chic had a bit of everything for everyone. The pool area was a big huge party but also had yoga in the am The beach has beautiful soft sand and can walk or run for a long time. The waves were rough for the past couple weeks. Being the Atlantic I can see that The diamond club rooms were very spacious and in my opinion a MUST I don’t think I would like the resort as much. Excellent staff who were more than accomodating Most restaurants good except Tex/Mex Major issue: These resorts need to be more mindful of people with physical challenges - no bars in showers; no rubber mats for shower floor; few rooms with raised toilet seats

Royalton Hideaway Saint Lucia: Amazing resort!

The staff was so amazing- always helpful and happy. It was a wonderful 2 weeks. As a person with mobility issues, I have a few suggestions: 1. Install high-rise toilets in the rooms- they were available in all of the common washrooms. It made a remarkable difference to my comfort and movement. 2. Install bars in the shower. The floor becomes slippery with the soap and I did slip a few times even though I tried to be very careful. 3. I would have loved to get in the hot tubs outside but witho [... read more]ut a railing to get up the steps, I was unable to make use of that. I observed many other older visitors who had mobility problems as well as me so I am sure they experienced the same problems. You have a beautiful resort that I have already recommended to several friends who travel in the winter, but those few improvements would make a world of difference. Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Amazing resort

First time in Royalton Cayo Santa Maria resort and definitely not last. Relaxing,smaller resort, very clean. The beautiful beach,white sand, turquoise water(no loud music on the beach),lots of palapas. Me and my husband walk for miles every day, enjoy the one of the best beaches in the Caribbean. Our room was lovely we had the swim up. The restaurants were great as well and the whole place was super The service and entertainment was great and the booking with our agent was simple and very helpful overall it was a really great experience

Royalton CHIC Punta Cana: Fun party resort!

This hotel has decent rooms. Bathrooms have smaller areas and no exterior door to close off from the room. Rooms are well maintained. Staff are excellent. From front desk to entertainment. Areas are clean and in good repair. Food is good quality, no lines and no reservations needed. Beach was grated daily. Awesome music and entertainment miring and night.

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Great resort!

The Hideaway at Royalton was an amazing resort! The food was delicious and staff members were very professional and friendly. The resort was always very clean and our room service was excellent. The nightly entertainment exceeded my expectations. We enjoyed the fact that there was a “party” pool and another “quiet” pool if you wanted to relax. Royalton Cayo Santa Maria: Outstanding from start to finish

Royalton Cayo Santa Maria Absolutely stellar service from start to finish. Our butlers Michel and Omar went out of their way to accommodate our group of seven. Food was great with lots of options. Beachside quesadillas and burgers were a big hit and attendants and servers were abundant with cold drinks and loungers. One of the best beaches in the world, in my opinion. People need to understand that they are in Cuba and not everything we take for granted is available there. I have to give a big shout out to the unbelievably hard working staff from the groundskeepers and maintenance staff to the servers, chefs and bartenders who keep the party going The entertainment was excellent with a variety of extremely talented musicians and performers who delighted everyone in attendance. Excellent resort and I highly recommended it.

Royalton Splash Punta Cana: Lots of up charges

Resort was great. My only complaint was the frequent attempt to upcharge while there. If you stay at splash you have access to other resort but some restaurants were an additional charge 49$ US per person. We were not aware of this at time of booking as it only said stay at 1play at 2. We were aware before going. There were also people going around talking to kids about activities such as escape room for additional charge. You walk up to bar with all this alcohol displayed and everything you ask for they are trying to charge you. I've never been to an all inclusive where I was constantly being asked to pay for add ons.
