Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Incredible resort!

Five starts for this resort and we would go back in a minute. The hotel was beautiful, staff was incredibly friendly and the food was amazing. Only ding would be that it was hard to find the restaurants, maybe suggest a tour or distributing a map when you get there. Amazing, definitely recommend this resort!

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Great value

I really enjoyed my vacation. I had an ocean view room on the first floor with a patio that takes you steps to the beach. The hotel has had some recent renovations which made it look really modern. Loved my room! Only complaint was that some of the staff seemed lazy and I had some stains on sheets and towels.

We really enjoyed our stay at Melia. Staff were all helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Meals at restaurants were tasty. Grounds were beautiful. Will definitely return. Lots of renovations being done.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Good value, nice beach

We were a group of 16 on a 3 day getaway. The 2 al la Carter restaurants (Cilantro & Nikki) we went to accommodated us amazing. The staff were professional and fun. The beach was small but lovely white sand with turquoise water. The bars and buffet offered a generous enough selection (for an all inclusive) and it was very easy to hop on a local Jitney and visit downtown. A great, reasonably priced getaway with comfy rooms!

The Level at Melia Caribe: A big disappointment

The room was beautiful. The beaches were beautiful. That’s about the only good thing of our trip. The food was terrible. The worst Iv had in the Caribbean. Our travel agent claimed it was the best she’s ever had. Guess I should recommend some places to her. The people non stop harass you to buy stuff. We avoided the beach because they constantly tried to sell us drugs and knick nacks. We did a dune buggy excursion which was basically a single file slow follow the leader to three different sp [... read more]ots where they try to sell you more stuff. It honestly felt like the whole resort revolves around trying to force the traveller to doll out as much cash for garbage as possible. The staff will spite you with poor service if you don’t tip on basically everything. I definitely would not come back.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Great Resort!

Very clean, excellent service (probably the best we have had in all of Mexico and we have visited Mexico over 15 times in the past 14 years). My only complaint would be regarding the entertainment. They constantly had an annoying slow music in the background no matter where you went by the pool. Not enough entertainment by the pool area. At night, the shows were good but there were not enough seats for people to sit so made it really difficult to enjoy. Specially since we have a 7 year old and she was too short to be able to watch and we had to pick her up to see anything. We finally just gave up watching the shows. Kids club was amazing. The girls were so good with the kids and had amazing programs for kids to participate in. All in all we had a really good time.

Paradisus Playa del Carmen: Wow wow wow! Jaw dropping experience!

We just returned from this resort two days ago. This was the best resort I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to Cancun, Dominican and Cuba. Pros: Beach, lots of chairs, the workers always found chairs from somewhere no matter what time you arrived. Shout out to Carlos for always finding chairs for people and Carlos our beach waiter for always getting us drinks. You would finish a drink and Carlos would already have another to put down for you. It was to the right of the flag at the main bridge to the beach. Room, I can’t say enough, we had a butler in our 1 bedroom master suite who made our dinner reservations. We had a fridge fully re-stocked daily with pop, water, beer, juice, milk, cereal bars, chips, m&ms and Oreos. Soaker tub inside and a jacuzzi for 2 outside on our balcony. King size bed just like home in our bedroom. Don’t worry about bringing anything but your clothes, they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, manicure set, suntan lotion 50spf, bug repellent, hand cream, body lotion, and the list goes on. Plenty of clean towels always. The room and resort was always spotless. Restaurants/food, 6 star gourmet food! You name it you can get it here, and it’s a-m-a-z-I-n-g. Everything is. I had steak better than The Keg. Our favourite was lapalapa. The buffet we only ate at for breakfast, there are so many restaurants here some you need a reservation others no. Bars, lots of places to get a drink, lots of nightclubs but we weren’t really interested in this but did check out a few. One thing missing is a bar near the front with a lobby especially when you arrive or waiting to leave at checkout. Service, amazing service they could teach other resorts how to treat guests. You feel like every worker you meet is genuinely happy to greet you. They always ask if you have any allergies before ordering, get your drinks for you at the beach and around the pools and so much more. This trip was just my husband and I to celebrate my 50th birthday. They had a bottle of wine and cheese plate the day before my birthday and on my birthday a large balloon character, bottle of champagne on ice and birthday cake for me! Cons: check in and check out was very disorganized and needs to be corrected as it’s the first and last impression one has of the resort. We landed at 730pm but it was 11:15 before we were checked in. The bus ride was only 45 minutes from the airport but it took a long time for the bus to leave the airport and drop off people at two other resorts before us and 2 families were dropped off at Paradisus la esmarelda. We arrived at the front of the resort but we needed to go to family concerige check in and were told to wait at the front a golf cart would take us next, but no they took the 2 other families before us so we walked to checkin. A very long day made even longer unnecessarily by this disorganization at checkin. Of course all the restaurants were closed by 11:00 so our only option was room service which was fine but it took till 1:30 am to get the food! Check out was the worst ever, we called for them to get our luggage and left to checkout. We had requested hospitality suite use at the end of the day as we were at the resort till 6pm. When I went to use the suite at 4pm I was told whoever made a mistake and booked us for the next day! Fortunately we did get to use it but for a shorter time period. Our luggage was missing from the front so we had to track it down and my husband believes they never bothered to get it from the room which is pretty frustrating when you are ready to leave the resort. Next year we plan to return to this resort with our 3 daughters. We did not do any excursions, instead we rented a car which was very easy to do and get around, we drove down into Tulum to the ruins, Grand Cenote and stopped at Akumal Beach to swim with turtles. I will try and book at Paradisus other locations in future. We were very happy with our travel agents recommendation! If you book here you will not be disappointed!

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: That's Okay

It was good my stay at the Melia. It was too much noise cause by the construction or re-construction of the swimming pool and some rooms. Nice food and nice beach. Main swimming pool under re-construction.

Paradisus Punta Cana: very good resort

beaches we're amazing, the hotel suites we're good but some of them needed some work the lobby bar and all the restaurants are really amazing The Bona restaurant was really good all the staff were friendly

Paradisus Punta Cana: Great resort!

The resort was very nice and well kept. The rooms were spacious and only a few per building which was very nice. The food was excellent, both at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants, the Grill was our favourite!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Great Facilities; mediocre food

We stayed here two times in 2016/17 and really liked it. This time, however, while the grounds and facilities continued to be very good, the food was not hugely enjoyable. Several restaurants were closed during the week we stayed; so, most of the time we had to eat in the main cafeteria. Although the roast pork and the roast leg of veal were good, most of the other days the food was not enjoyable. Service personnel were very pleasant and helpful. Paradisus Punta Cana: Awesome resort

Resort was amazing, rooms were kept clean. Service was amazing especially at the swim up bar Marcelo one of the bartenders was amazing and so sweet and also made awesome drinks. Resort wasn’t to big and your close to everything which was nice. The beach was beautiful. We really had no complaints we had an amazing time!

My husband and I just recently got back from our honeymoon at Paradisus La Perla. I can't rave enough about this resort. The service was amazing, the food was the best I've had at any resort I've ever been to, and the resort was incredibly clean and well maintained. We had a maintenance issue with our room and they were incredibly quick and amazing to get us switched into a better room. The only downside I would say is that I didn't feel there was a lot of night life activities (and the activiti [... read more]es they have weren't well advertised). I would 100% recommend this resort and we both said we want to go back!!

Paradisus La Perla Adults Only Riviera Maya: Paradisus is truly paradise

The resort was simply amazing! The food was extraordinary and the staff were exemplary. Royal service is worth every penny. The room was awesome and the adults only pool was warm like bath water. I would definitely recommend this resort.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Run down Resort

The Pool was filthy and slimy the 1st day we were there and closed the next day for cleaning......Not sure how it was ever allowed to get that disgusting. There was a hallway walking down to the pool that there were no working lights. There was also a water leak or flood in the main hallway walking toward the front lobby and it was wet for 3 days while we were there. Not impressed with Resort at all

Paradisus Cancun: Very relaxing, spa-like experience

Room service is great. Mattresses were too sift and air conditioner was blowing on us at night but size of rooms is good, and it was cleaned and checked twice a day. We were greeted with very nice bottle of tequila and fruit. Another day we got a nice bottle of champagne as a surprise. Overall environment is very relaxing . Service in restaurants is great, staff is amazing everywhere and very attentive to all your needs, and you are always greeted as a friend-feels like management really cares about guest experience. This comfort feeling doesnt leave you since you get off the van and till you leave. Food could be better quality but you get huge variety and can always find good for every taste. Amazing view of the beach , right at the door step. One of the longest beach area amongst hotels in the same areas. Lots of cabanas. Very windy with waves but water is turquoise and clean .Water in pools was very cold especially in kids pool. Pools are all deep. Overall very relaxing and good experience. We stayed in one of the best Paradisus Reserve in Punta Cana but guest service experience there wasn't even close to Paradisus Cancun..

Melia Orlando Hotel at Celebration: Very comfortable suites!

We were pleasantly surprised with the suite's layout. The hotel grounds were well kept and beautiful. Very good location for a Disney vacation, close to parks. Couple of things that could be improved: Water pressure in the shower was too low Some minimum supplies in the kitchenette would be welcome: soap, sponge, packets of salt, pepper and butter

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Malia Caribe Tropical

We enjoyed our stay tremendously, the room , the food, the entertainment,the excursions,the beach etc....it was all great . The only problem we had was the airports, but we managed to get it all straightened out thanks to our representative Rodriguz, he was a great help.And thanks to Tanya Smith at trip central in Bedford who booked the resort for us.

Melia Braco Village: Really nice Small Resort

We thought the grounds were very well kept, the service by the staff with whom we had dealings were outstanding. This was our second visit to this resort. The weather was not as nice as we would have hoped, but even during rain storms, we loved being there! All was great!

Melia Braco Village: Great Resort

We have been at the Melia Braco Village from Nov 4th to Nov 11th. It is a great resort for those who likes quiet, cozy places. Everything was very good, starting from booking with TripCentral, food, room, staff, entertainment, ocean. We were not disappointed and looking forward to return next year. Irina and Vassiliy
