Melia Buenavista: Great Experience!

This resort is fantastic! The staff definitely made the difference! It is a small intimate resort. This was definitely a vacation where we completely relaxed. The grounds are beautiful, the food is fantastic and the staff is amazing! They really cater to you and make you feel special. Very friendly, accommodating, and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. Melia Peninsula Varadero: W

We visited the Sol Melia Peninsula Varadero in March of 2014. One of the first great things about this hotel is the short distance from the airport. Then when you arrive on the grounds the gardens are beautiful. We were greeted by friendly staff and were checked into our room quickly. Our room was clean and the mini fridge was well stocked! As we toured the grounds the staff seemed friendly and eager to please. The pools were all very clean and quiet during the day. A great place to read a book  [... read more]and just relax. The beach was awesome with plenty of chairs to accommodate everyone. This is where the fun is happening! Music, dancing , volleyball...it's all here. The buffets were good. We especially loved the omelet station and the pasta bar. The A la Carte restaurants were easy to book and the food tasted amazing. We would recommend the Japanese restaurant for sure. Great experience and even better food! The entertainment was good. The bar service in the front lobby area was great. The staff was all very attentive and helpful. My only recommendation is that you exchange your money at the airport or in town at the bank. The line up to exchange your money was sometimes long and the exchange was a bit higher. What an awesome resort... can't wait to come back to Cuba!!

Sol Cayo Santa Maria: Terrible resort

This hotel was absolutely disgusting, the food was horrible, rooms AC did not work, staff was not friendly or efficient, would never go back, waste of money. The only thing nice was the beach. Thats all

Zel Cozumel: SO VERY PLEASED!

What a beautiful location. This hotel came highly recommended by our financial planner and she was 'right on the money'. Clean, open to the ocean, WHITE, soft sand. Fabulous view from our quiet 11th story suite. Food was not outstanding - but it met our needs. One of the biggest 'sell' points for us was the 10 minute proximity to the International Airport - none of that frustrating 2-3 hour 'stop at every hotel' ride. We stayed at the adult side of the resort - good choice for us.

Paradisus Princesa Del Mar: spontaneous vacay * success. Ready 4 my next trip!

Beach is quite a walk from the room. This resort is quieter. Ud hear music only whn theres beach aerobics.or pool aerobics. I say this is perfect for a more mature crowd. No drunks or rowdy crowds. The pool is clean and well maintained.you will only geTa pool lounge chair if u reserve early morn otherwise. No good seat for u. The RESTAURANT :TIP: do reservationas soon as u arÅ•ived. most times .they say its fully booked but when you walk pass there's lots of empty seat. You can always try ur luc [... read more]k . Walk in and ask if theres slot. Usually they accomodate n slot u in. FRench the classiest experience.Buffet was decent and filling. Mexican is the best .the staff were helpful and always happy. Japanese quite a show.must visit . Drinks are substandard . All no brands.. its very diluted. But no complain. its all u can drink . The SHOWS: its very goood . Well chosen and very entertaining. The majic show and the cuban show are the best. The ROOMS are clean and spacious. Somewhat stale smell at first..the furniture need an upgrade ..all older style. Were overlooking a tennis court. Nothing grandeur. The extra tours are a must . Unless ur content staying in the hotel with your partner all day just eating n sitting by pool or inside bedroòm. This hotel is almost at the end of strip so ud be first to be pick up n last drop off. The GYM . They basically have everything. U can work out and feel less guilty eating. Its a pleasant stay overall. If u like younger party crowd. Ud find this place tooo quiet .if u like peaceful 7 days . you're in the right place

Melia Marina Varadero: Best place to stay in Cuba!

Went here for a girls trip and we had an amazing time! Everyone at the resort was very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we neeed. The beach is gorgeous and you can walk forever along it. It's also very easy and safe to go into Varadero.

Melia Cayo Coco: Entertainment outstanding!

I found this resort to be better than most. The entertainment at night was fabulous. The bands that were playing are worth paying to see. They are phenomenal. The beaches are beautiful white sand and warm water. The staff is so friendly and there is always something to do. Don't hesitate, make your reservation now.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: A paradise

Beautiful, clean rooms. Grounds were well kept and gorgeous. Loved to walk the paths around the resort. Staff attentive and friendly. Especially liked the entertainment at night, professional and diverse talent.

Melia Las Dunas: Great resort!

Overall the resort was amazing. There were some faults - like the resort was so large we never saw half of it. My advise for the first day: get a map and explore - take advantage of everything the resort has to offer! Great entertainment and the beach was beautiful!

Melia Caribe Beach Resort: Loved this Resort!

Travelled to the Melia Caribe with my wife, sister, daughter and her husband. When we arrived we were placed all in different areas. A very special Thank You to Radaifi Garcia for changing us all to the same villa in the Level. It was amazing. We were close to the VIP lounge which was great for meeting up before or after dinner, the staff were great. The service in the Level was second to none, Anything you wanted, you got. Great service at the beach. It was my daughter and sister's first time  [... read more]to Punta Cana and I know they were just amazed by the service and beauty of The Melia Caribe. Makes it all so much more enjoyable! The resort is huge, but take the time to walk around and see all the resort, it's beautiful . Have been to many resorts in Punta Cana, but for service, beauty and cleanliness, I have to say I think this resort is the best by far. Would definitely return! Special thanks to Radaifi and Hector!

Melia Cayo Santa Maria: Horrible - upgraded as this hotel is so run down.

We were so excited for our vacation and that all ended when we arrived at this resort. My family had visited this resort every year for several years and use to love it. I has previously stayed at Las Dunas which I would suggest over this place. We were upgraded to another resort after pointing out the very obvious run down rooms, philthy dining room and lack of general maintenance. Lots of fees for alcohol that isn't their basics such as Corona, other resorts include these it is suppose to be " [... read more]all inclusive". I would suggest staying some where else unless they have upgraded the resort.

Paradisus Rio De Oro: AMAZING!!!!!!!

My wife and I absolutely loves this resort!! The layout was very easy to navigate and the beach was Beautiful with Great snorkelling just off the beach. The food was the best we have had at over 15 other resorts. And the entertainment was wonderfull. But the best part of all was the staff... they were all so friendly and so eager to please with no feeling at all that they were doing it for tips. What can I say.....The Paradisus Rio De Oro.....was AMAZING!!!!!!!

Melia Cayo Coco: Always a pleasure at the Melia

This was not our first time at the Melia Cayo Coco so that alone tells you that we enjoy this resort. Because it is adults only it is a quieter, relaxing destination. The food is the best we have ever had in Cuba and we have stayed in several other resorts in other locations in Cuba. The rooms are not overly luxurious but clean, what you need, and comfortable. This time we backed onto the tennis courts which we would not accept again as we found the lights of the courts bothersome. We always req [... read more]uest a second floor room, which we have always been given. You can walk forever in either direction along the beach and feel safe. You are permitted to stop and enjoy 2 other resorts along your walks as they are affiliated with the Melia. But really it is the staff we feel are the greatest asset to the resort. They are warm, friendly and helpful. They will always try to meet with a request you might make.

Tryp Cayo Coco: amazing resort!

our family with 2 teenagers stayed at the Trp Cayo Coco during march break 2014. we all had an amazing time! beautiful beach, amazing staff, and great food! the room was not fancy but spacious and clean. we will certainly return!

Melia Cayo Santa Maria: Lovely smaller sized resort.

With the most beautiful natural white sand beach, this lovely resort was the perfect antidote for the miserable winter weather we had this year. The rooms and the grounds were very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating in every way. There was always plenty of choices for food at every meal, so no one should go hungry, save for the pickiest of eaters. Best of all, it was tremendous value for the money! I would definitely stay here again!

Starfish Cayo Largo: nice hotel

this was a nice hotel, with a beautiful beach.good service with nice white sand and torquoise glimmering water.food was ok, with a little variety to appeal to most tastes to please the majority.staff were helpful.

Sol Palmeras: Perfect vacation

The property is very well kept. The beach was very clean and there was plenty of seats! The food was the best I've had at any resort in Cuba and the staff was extremely kind and helpful! I would recommend this resort to anyone considering visiting Cuba!

Hotel Camino del Mar: Amazing resort

Had an amazing time. The staff was Amazing and made the stay memerable ! Thank you to Ary, julienne and especially Gerald who made this stay amazing ! Would highly recommend this hotel. The beaches are a beautiful site. !!

Melia Las Dunas: Very nice resort

This is an awesome place to relax (with no internet)! There are enough activities to enjoy and party all the time if you wish. The beach is breathtaking! They also have fair choices for dining. I'd go back!

Melia Cayo Coco: Good hotel

The hotel has beautiful scenery, grounds are nice, staff is friendly, however the hotel is getting old and at my recent visit they start cutting down on: selection of food is not as good as 2 years ago, towers are coarse and sometimes plates are dirty. The rooms are clean but need a major upgrade. The entertainment is excellent
