Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Good times at the Royalton

Overall a great experience for a family of four - kids 14 and 8 (didn't use kids/teen club) in a modern resort close to the Cancun airport. Pools were great - a few different options and all heated. Beach - sand was beautiful, water was hit and miss due to being murky on most days. Excellent service all around - did have an issue with our original "ocean view" room which lacked "ocean view" in building nine but this was resolved quickly and ended up in building 7 facing the pool which was a b [... read more]it noisy at night until about 11pm. Great experience at Zen and Taj (Indian). Would have been nice to have some other lunch options - other than Nibbles/burgers and the buffet (pizza place and food truck wasn't open every day).

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Amazing Resort

This resort is beautiful. The staff are so friendly and kind. Everything is very clean and tidy. The a la carte restaurants and the shows were outstanding. We had an amazing time, will definitely recommend this resort.

Allegro Cozumel: Great stay at Allegro

We really enjoyed our family trip January 25 - Feb 1, 2020. The resort is fantastic with great pools, beach and the ocean was very warm and swimable. The entertainment team of Juanini, Arbey and Cristian were fun and ran great shows at night for kids and adults alike. The shows were excellent. The food was slightly average at times, but overall very satisfactory. Wifi was not included which we missed when booking, so that was slightly disappointing, but liberating to not be on our phones al [... read more]l the time too. There was a good mix of families and couples and we met a number of return visitors. Would definitely consider a return trip!

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: Family Vacation at Panama Jack Cancun

My family and I, along with friends of ours spent a week at Panama Jack Cancun. The service was top notch. Every single employee was friendly and went above and beyond. We have done a lot of travelling and it did not take long for us to feel right at home. Popcorn and drinks are provided before all the shows start which we found to be a nice touch. Moon Palace Cancun: Fun time but my bill was wrong

We had a fun time and we like the resort but: This is George Kiriakidis from Mike Rowland’s group. Please note that after checking my Visa statement, I have been charged multiple times for the golf carts. I was staying in room 7218 with Mr Ed Doyle. Our total bill should have been $410 US and it was split in two between us. Ed got charged $210 which is correct I got charged $210 two times ( incorrect ) I also got charged another four times $84 for a total of $336 US ( in [... read more]correct ). Can you please help me reverse the all those extra charges?

Ocean Coral and Turquesa: Great Time at Ocean Coral

We loved our stay at OCT! Very kid friendly with a lot activities and toys. Pools were nice. Beach was beautiful with seaweed cleaned out regularly. Buffet had nice variety. Loved the outdoor Italian a la carte (steak and tortellini were SOO good). Friendly staff. Our son had to see Dr. Diaz at the resort’s clinic and he was very helpful and attentive. He even came to our room to check on us. We’ve been to a number of resorts and this one did not disappoint. Sunscape Sabor Cozumel: Great Diving Great People Good Resort

We had a Pool view Suite room 3623, room was large and very comfortable. The restaurants where good, we liked the Italian and the Mexican always found something to eat. I think the food is the weakest point of the resort as the buffet is small. The beach is nice white sand but it stops at the water, then the reef starts you will need water shoes or very good sandals to get in the water very rocky. For us this was not a set back as the reef is protected so they can't add sand, the diving and [... read more] snorkeling is great. This was our fourth time to the Sunscape Sabor - Secrets resort. The people are the main reason we return to Sunscape Sabor, Victoria (beach service) is the best always made sure my beer was full after a couple of morning dives. Like everything in life you get what you pay for if you want a higher end stay, then stay at the Secrets. If you want good value for your money and you are vacationing to dive and snorkel then stay at the Sunscape Sabor. We will be returning for sure!!

El Cozumeleno Beach: Amazing

This resort was amazing right from the front desk to the ocean.The food was good the pools could of been a bit warmer.The rooms were big clean and the best is the south tower.You are very close to everything.we didn't have to get up at 6.30 to save chairs or make reservations for dinner a matter of fact one day we made them at 3pm.

Riu Flamingos: Awesome resort

We love staying at the RIU JALISCO our 3rd time been there.Beautiful beach and nice walk to Bucerias. The staff are very nice and they're like family to us now special thanks to our waiters CALEB, MARCOS, ALONSO but most of all to IVAN SALAZAR and JOVANY for making my husband's birthday a memorable one. We always enjoyed the buffet which they have different theme everynight. Tropicana Hotel: Favourite hotel in PV

We've stayed at the Trop a number of times, and have had good experiences. The central location near the action of old town can't be beat. Rooms are basic, but clean and most have great ocean views. Staff is generally friendly and helpful. Great pool with views of the water.

Riu Flamingos: Still a great resort

This is my 3rd visit to the Riu Jalisco. The resort has been updated a little in the lobby and on the grounds but the rooms looked the same as before. I still enjoyed the food and found the buffet and especially the Asian restaurant delicious and fresh. The restaurant on the beach has been updated and the buffet is now enclosed in glass and the birds can no longer enter . (something I found VERY unhygienic in past visits). However. the birds do surround the tables and above in the fans etc. and  [... read more]will swoop down and grab food as soon as you get up. I think this is common in all the resorts as I have seen the same thing at the Riu Vallarta etc. The problem is further exasperated as I have seen people feeding them from their plates. All in all a friendly and fun resort located about 25 Kms from downtown Puerto Vallarta.

Hotel Xcaret Mexico: Unbelievable!!!

This place is unreal... ultimate in fine dining, place is amazing.. relax on the beach, eat in a restaurant underground in caves, hit up many out of this world excursions and push your fears to the limits... This is the place for everyone young to old don't matter you'll enjoy every minute... TRS Coral: Quiet TRS Coral

Really Clean hotel, staff is very polite and happy. But too quiet at night not enough music and ambiance Nice restaurant but hard to reserve. Sometimes it’s close when u wanna go. Sometimes it’s open but full. Love the alcool and the food tough

Dreams Tulum Resort and Spa: Great Resort

We had a beautiful suite with a great view of the garden. Bed was super comfy. The spa and gym were good. The beach was well kept. Staff were very attentive. There was some maintenance that needs to be done but nothing major. Close to a lot of excursions. I would go back

Las Brisas Huatulco: Las Brisas Huatulco amazing resort

The report is on an amazing location and it has a very good maintain garden. All the staff is friendly and doing a great job. There are a lot of agreement facilities. There are three beaches and the water on the ocean is calm without big waves good for swimming. Room is clean, food is very good testy. Every evening entertainment is well done by a good team.

Catalonia Riviera Maya: Winter Getaway 2020!

Had an amazing time at this resort! Rooms were modern, staff very friendly and food was good. Recommend booking privileged so you get the upgraded room, access to the restaurant B Loved for lunch and breakfast so you don’t have to eat at the buffet and 5 a la cartes instead of 4. The beach was good enough not the best beach I have seen but it was perfect for my 6 year old as it is a little cove that has barriers to keep big waves away! Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Amazing resort ,awesome beach and staff that were always willing to please.

The Riu palace Costa Mujeres was amazing , the resort was very modern ,and clean ,food was good ,something to suit everyone’s taste. The liquor was all top shell and bar staff always willing to please. The added bonus of having service on the beach was a nice surprise. Speaking of beach ,it was spectacular, beautiful soft white sand and level grounds, sand was firm enough at the waters edge to walk easily .Water was warm and little to no seaweed. The only downfall some may find is the distance from excursions, but for us it wasn’t an issue since we were content staying put and enjoying the resort. For us the big issue is the flight times out of Ottawa heading south, typically always late arrivals and brutal return departures....having to be out of your room early then not flying out until late evening and landing in Ottawa at 3 in the morning . Feels like you really only have 5 days at 5he resort and came home exhausted. Hope Sunwing will look into better times for us flying from Ottawa.

Riu Flamingos: Good resort

The hotel is clean and accommodations are decent. The food was tasty and well prepared. The beach was amazing and great for long walks. Lots of room at the pools if you’re a pool person. Only suggestion for improvement is the line ups especially at the bars both day and night. Had a great holiday.

Barcelo Maya Riviera: Awesome time

The time we spent at Barcelo Maya Riviera was to recuperate and relax. The welcome in and reception was very pleasant and quick. A room change was effected quickly. The grounds a large and spacious, in fact the largest resort we have ever been at. The room was fantastic and very spacious. The breakfast and lunch buffet was outstanding. The food options were beyond our imagination in type and variety. The A la Cartes were of the highest standard and the service at the Riviera Maya was beyond repr [... read more]oach. The sommelier, Anna, is quite informative and approachable. However I feel she is not being employed in an effective manner. I suggest a “Dinner with Anna” be promoted. In any of the restaurants a meal for a select number of guests be formulated by the chef with Anna picking local wines to compliment it. She would explain the selections and pairings, which could lead to people trying wines from the list.

Barcelo Puerto Vallarta: Wonderful getaway!

Beautiful setting perfect distance away from busy Puerto Vallarta! Hotel staff amazing and always smiling and trying to do their best to make our stay great! Food really good. Steakhouse and pizza was the best I’ve ever had! Rooms huge and every room had ocean view. Pool and activities fantastic! Beach nice, waves challenging! Whales jumping, shows at night were great! All in all a great place to stay!
