Hotel Xcaret Mexico: Worth every penny!

Hotel Xcaret was one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. The room was so modern and the balcony with a hammock was an added bonus. The multiple lagoons around the resort were awesome for sitting out during the day. Along with the close access to the beach and ocean. The food options were great, Bio is a hidden gem with vegan and vegetarian options that were delicious. The staff were friendly and the turn down service was nice- with hand crafted gifts to boot! Occidental Tucancun: Great vacation

We had a great time at this resort. Food was good at buffets and a la Cartes. Lots of bars, so no line ups. Most staff were very friendly. Very clean resort. Pools were great. We could always get chairs. Awesome beach, but needs umbrellas or palapas for shade. They have none. Front desk service was very slow in every way from check in to questions. Expect to wait. Definitely recommend ocean view with balcony. Street side faces a mall and has noisy fans.

Allegro Cozumel: Allegro Cozumel Great Resort

Loved this resort. It was clean, safe and fun. Lots to do. Visit the town or explore the island. Snorkeling was excellent. Warm ocean waters. I definitely would return again. If you are travelling to Mexico for the first time I would go here

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Maya Suites: Amazing!

This resort was beautiful, our room was huge and always so clean! The buffet at the Lindo was amazing, we tried the Mexican, Italian, Japanese, and the Steak restaurants, all were amazing, the staff was great, everything was clean. I have no complaints at all. My daughter loved the wave pool. The lobby bar made the best Mai Tai. We did not use the kids camp but it looked fantastic as well. All around great vacation and we will definitely return!

Temptation Resort & Spa: Amazing Resort

Absolutely the most fun and exciting couples resort to experience! Non stop fun, sexy and entertaining vibe at a this beautiful resort! Atmosphere, rooms, food,staff and entertainment top notch! Better to be with a spouse or crowd and not go single. Not a resort for the not so open minded, shy or jealous type😉 Had a fantastic vacay and would definitely recommend this resort!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Quieter area of a bigger resort

First opinion when arriving was, this resort was too small and looking tired, and along with issues getting restaurant bookings (they were all booked up), we would have given the rating 3 out of 5. But as the week went on, we realized what a great resort this is. Apart from booking a la carte, we had no issues. Pro's, great, very helpful staff. Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Great resort!

Beautiful hotel - well maintained. Endless pool, lots of space to spread out and pick your spot. Great beach, lots of chairs and the staff do a good job of cleaning the beach each night. Good food. Great staff.

Beach Palace: Beautiful family resort

The resort is beautiful, bartender were so friendly, the staff at the front desk can be a little more friendly, had a small issue with our rooms, but the next day was fixed. Booked a tour with our credit that we received which was great, but the people that are selling the tours are not as well informed on certain things. Basically the dolphin tours, we were told no pictures were allowed and we couldn't' really see the girls hanging out with the dolphin, but you can see them, i was even able t [... read more]o zoom in my camera to catch pictures. Also, our air transit guy that we were suppose to meet the first day there to get our time of departure from the hotel never showed up and no one at the hotel knew when we could meet up again with him, so i finally went tot he front desk and asked if they had a binder with the info, and low and behold they did. The food was good, the dessert were the best i have ever had at a all inclusive resort, the entertainment staff during the day were good, the shows at now, not that great. The biggest thing i would say about this is resort is definitely a family resort, if i would have gone with adult only i would have been disappointed but we were there with two teenager and it was great!.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great trip!

We just got back from our 10 day vacation at Grand Bahia Principe Tulum. Gorgeous resort, well maintained property, lots of wildlife to observe, but the resort itself is rather large and would not recommend for those with mobility issues. Close to the beach which is a big plus but downside to the beach is the large sandbags to prevent big tides, they are a bit of an eye sore and also prevent you from swimming out very far. Biggest downfall to this resort is that the latest the bar is open is 11pm, you can take the transportation carts over to Coba which has a bar open till 1am. The resort itself has lots of shopping options with the two lobby gift shops and jewelry store as well as a bunch of vendor shops down at La Hacienda at the entrance of the resort which is a short 5 minute walk from the lobby, or you can catch one odd the transportation carts if you are unable to walk. Overall, it was a great trip and dont have many complaints regarding our stay :)

El Cozumeleno Beach: excellent service and snorkelling

we loved this resort. Would go back again. The beach is gorgeous and perfect for snorkeling. Food is good and enough selection for everyone. A la carte is excellent and menu changes every two days. The service was top notch.

Sunscape Cancun Resort and Spa: AMAZING RESORT AND INCREDIBLE STAFF

We just got back from one of our favourite resorts weve ever been too. Panama Jack Cancun is amazing. Great food, very clean, beautiful clean beach, the friendliest, and most accommodating staff i have experienced on a resort. The entertainment and shows were incredible. The entertainment crew was so amazing; Definetly the best. Jonathan (aka mario), Luigi, Tania, Raquel, Iris, Lucy, Roger just to name a few were incredible and went above and beyond to make sure our trip Was so fun and memorab [... read more]le. Also, the kids club; Camp Jack was also amazing. The staff in there were the nicest. My daughters couldnt wait to go back everyday; some days had to “beg” them to leave. All the staff made you feel at home and like family. I could honestly go on and on about this resort. I honestly dont have anything negative to say. I guess the only thing i can think of is the Air in the room was a bit dry. I HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!! Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Beautiful

The hotel is beautiful. These are very large resorts, so be prepared to walk alot. They do provide transportation to and from any where you want to go around the resort. Once you find out where the pick up locations are located. For the price this hotel is ok. Basic buffet and rooms. Pool areas are beautiful. Only access to 1 other hotel-Del Mar. The staff are amazing, very helpful. Overall Happy with experience.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Beautiful Resort

We stayed here in January 2020, the resort grounds were kept clean and beautiful. the staff were all friendly and very helpful, if needed - the rooms were very clean and walkways were always cleaned every morning The main buffet was amazing - always great food and lots of choices Service in all restaurants and buffet were quick and friendly The beach buffet was excellent also - chicken wings were amazing and never had a problem getting them. Grand Palladium Vallarta: Loved this resort!

Our room was quiet and spotless. Would have been nice to have a bigger balcony but we do prefer top floor so we’re willing to give up having 2 of us sitting out on balcony. The grounds were well kept and the restaurants along with the washrooms were very clean. One day when we were there, a restaurant we were eating in was being inspected. Good to see. Nice t [... read more]o have a choice of pools all with waiter service. Found that there was a distinct smell on bathing suit from main pool so we always rinsed at showers. A big shout out to Victor at main pool, Yesica & Antonio at theatre bar, Antonio at Mexican restaurant and Luciano at El Doraldo. Can’t say enough about Victor(pool bar), Yesica and Antonia(theatre bar). Very special people!

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Pleasant relaxing resort

The hotel was very good--not new but met all our needs. Air conditioning good. There was alit of moisture in the air that left clothes feeling damp. Entertainment every night that met each age groups needs. Restaurants very good! They were able to accommodate my daughters gluten allergy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lots oof free water sports. Beach area mod size. Enclosed in with partial barriers to control waves. I would have preferred a larger open beach.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Bring your water shoes/socks and snorkel

Everything about this hotel was excellent, plenty of activitys to keep you busy, rooms were very modern and well kept, lots of bars with many drink options, staff was very nice, rock and coral in the water at the beach so bring water socks but the snorkeling right off the beach is incredible

El Dorado Seaside Suites: Decent Vacation

The hotel was very nice. Rooms were clean and updated, we stayed at The Seaside Suites section. Food was decent, staff were friendly and went above and beyond to try and make our stay special. I was really impressed with the staff. My one major criticism is the evenings, there is no real comfortable lounge/ common area where you can enjoy a drink or two and entertainment in the evening hours after dinner. We found ourselves going to bed early every night as there was no where really to hang out  [... read more]and relax. They did have shows certain nights, but they were always in different places and accompanied by wooden chairs, often not enough for everyone watching, and definitely not a comfortable relaxing environment. This would be the one major improvement they need to make having stayed at many all inclusive resorts. Pools were clean, and overall the facilities were great.

We love this place. Everything from people,beach, surf, food, service and layout was amazing! There is something for everyone and if you would rather just rest..I cannot imagine a better place for that as well.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing place

Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal in Riviera Maya is a beautiful place to be. We can't ask for better services from the staff and the room are exquisite. Restaurant are great but some menus could be updated with a little more variation. This is our 3rd time around and it hasn't disappointed us at all.
