Barcelo Maya Beach Resort: Amazìng place! Best resort ever!

Hotel meets all my expectations! Very clean and comfy. I would go back again! Pools are spectacular! Beach s superb....and bar everywhere is totally amazing! People that works in the resort are very accomodating and friendly.

The hotel was exceptionally clean The workers really take pride in there jobs from the grounds keepers,Maids,The Entertainment Teams,The servers from Breakfast to Lunch Dinner at the Buffet warm wonderful staff The El la Cartes were Mmm Good Great service All the food was delicious tasteful

Allegro Playacar: Wonderful week, Great Resort.

Thanks Debbie for suggesting the Allegro Playacar. Beautiful setting, first class resort, great staff. We would highly recommend it . Great beach, close to the Playacar Plaza and a $7 cab ride to 5th.Ave. Took one tour to Talum/Coba, cenote swim and Mayan village booked thru Air Transat rep. really first class. Thanks again.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Beautiful

This resort is huge. The food was great. A lot of selection and many places to choose for your dining needs. We found the pool water cold, especially the infinity pool. It would be nice to have at least one heated pool for the off season vacationers. The grounds are very well kept and manicured. The room was clean, no water issues and the maid did a fantastic job in cleaning our room. We were disappointed in the night time entertainment. Although the pole dancer was amazing! This was our 2nd time at this Resort, 1st time was 13 years ago. We couldn't believe all the fantastic changes. Keep up the good work. You may see us again in the future!

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: Great resort!

The grounds are very lush and it was great to see Caoti every day, deer and some iguana. Service and drinks were excellent as was the food. The steak a la carte was really good. The beach is disappointing but the quiet pool made up for that. Buildings 6,7 and 8 were close to the quiet pool and there is a restaurant right there as well. Beware of Circle One timeshare people. They are a bit much when you first arrive.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: No longer a great resort: 3rd time was not a charm.

This place has become another typical loud & obnoxious Cancun resort. This is our 3rd and last stay here. We used to be loyal patrons while this was a family-oriented hotel but it looks like the management is now opting for attracting a different (read: loud and drunk) type of crowd as well. Here are the positives and negatives. Positives: - Staff. Waiters, cooks, maids, landscapers etc working at this resort are lovely, hard working people and they deserve & appreciate every tip you give t [... read more]hem. - the grounds are beautiful & and the food is delicious. However, this is Mexico and there are a lot of beautiful resorts with delicious food. Negatives: - No longer a family friendly place! My children should not be seeing drunk people screaming 'shots' at 4pm in the afternoon (or at any other time). - Inconsiderate wedding parties! We got no sleep because we had a misfortune of being placed next to a wedding party who decided to spill out in the corridor in front of our hotel room & then continue with loud music until early morning hours. - Loud music is now everywhere. In our previous stays we enjoyed the quiet house music at the main pool & the serenity of the beach and the other pools. No longer the case. Overall, I can no longer recommend the place. Which is a real shame, given what a great place it used to be.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an

We had a great time at this resort. Its our second time even better stay. Would like to return as I love this hotel. As the service is so excellent. Check in to room service to entertainment amd meals. Thank you Manuel from the dining room. Excellent service

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Wonderful Resort

The hotel grounds and buildings are kept extremely clean. Lots of selection for meals and service was friendly and attentive (server always seemed to know when I needed my coffee refilled) Beaches are clean and lovely. We always felt safe at the resort

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Perfect resort for Rest and Relaxation

Extremely well kept grounds, amazing service, quiet and respectful environment, delicious food, nice entertainment with the option to go to the other sister resorts which are a short shuttle ride. But definately not somewhere you want to go to party. Most clientele are adults in their late 40’s and older. A bit far from airport at 1hr45min drive. Had the penthouse with rooftop jacuzzi and used it everyday!!

Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort!

We just got back from our week long stay at Royalton in Mayan Riviera. It was incredible! We have 2 young children and we cannot say enough good things - food was incredible, room was clean and comfortable, the whole resort was immaculate! Would recommend and stay again in an instant!

Le Reve Hotel and Spa: Great time

We had a lovely room with a back yard and a hammock. The food was amazing. No buffets here!! Everything is ordered off a menu! It was a nice small resort. The staff were very attentive. We would definitely go back.

Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Lovely resort

Facilities, grounds, activities and beach are all fantastic. Service levels are second to none with an obvious culture to please the guests. The pools are wonderful too with something for everyone. Dining is 5-star without a doubt, including the buffets. I would not recommend booking Building 1 or 2; these rooms are small with no privacy to bathroom. Platinum Yucatan Princess: Best restaurants we’ve seen so far on an all inclusive

Service: we were impressed with how friendly the staff constantly was. Buffets: food was excellent and high end options like tbone steaks cooked to order were common. Drip Coffee was good. A la cartes: no reservation needed at any of the 4 locations. Every location was excellent both in quality and service. The food was the caliber of high end restaurants in North America. Presentation of plates was excellent. Pools: were really uncrowded and did not need to reserve chairs. Cement sid [... read more]ewalks are rough... the top layer is disentagrating. There was a quiet pool and a party one. Chairs were of high quality. Some cushioned canopy beds are available at certain locations and easy to find one without reserving. Beach: it has been hit hard by a hurricane and not a great place to swim. The beach is extremely long however and can be walked. Chairs are abondant. Little grill by the beach has great food options and the cook was great and friendly. Lots of birds around which is a little annoying. Entertainment: there’s always something going on. We didn’t attend much of the nightly stuff. We found some of the entertainment annoying at the party pool but it’s not hard to go somewhere else. Lunch: kind of limited. I wished they had a larger option at the Rodeo grill location. The regular buffet is pretty good. We also tried the lunch buffet at the Princess Riviera resort next door and that was large with lots of options but service was poor. Grounds: gorgeous and extremely clean and well maintained. Built in 2013. Maintenance: prompt to fix problems. Our room was upgraded upon arrival to a king bed with jacousi on balcony room in building 3. Gorgeous! We would have no issue returning to this location. We were sad to leave.

Platinum Yucatan Princess: Excellent resort

Very nice resort. Would definitely go back. Excellent food and quality alcohol brands. Very hard working staff and very friendly. Tightly contained site so not too far to walk to any amenity or restaurant or beach or pool. Only complaint is the Internet reception was spotty in our hotel room.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Beautiful Barcelo Colonial

This is at the top of our list of amazing resorts. The hotel is beautiful with everything you would want or need. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Pools are huge and an amazing pool area for kids.

Grand Riviera Princess: Amazing! Very Big, But Lots of Options

Jan 18 Feb 1 2018 Beautiful Resort, with great restaurants, lots of options for beach and pool We upgraded to Platinum, and beach are is wonderful, although water is rocky, dirty with algae and some garbage washing in.. Beach bar is usually quite lined up, and with only 1 washroom at beach, makes for long lineups for women at least! Wondering wait staff are very good! Lupita was wonderful! Rooms are OK, This resort is very large, and does have regular trolley service throughout resort.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Great relaxing vacation

Food and variety was awesome Coffee shop vanialla latte was out of this world! Great relaxing holiday would recommend. this resort for families, groups and couples The grounds were well maintained. Staff friendly and helpful. Nothings really to complain about at this resort.

Bel Air Collection Xpu-Ha Riviera Maya: Stunning nature, could be so much more

The staff were fantastic. The natural beauty of this resort is unparalleled. That being said, the resort is chronically underfunded and under supported. There was a large influx of people one of the nights when we were there and we ended up waiting about 20 minutes to get a table for dinner and never ended up being served by a waiter. We just went to the buffet and helped ourselves. The bartender turned me away when I tried to get a drink. Poor guy was completely swamped. Hyatt Zilara Riviera Maya: A Little disappointing

Over all Secrets Capri is a good resort. We were a little dissipointed with our stay due to several factors. I felt for the most part that we were treated well, but compared to Dreams ( which we stayed at last year) There was a certain level of indifference especially when it came to our room.
