Iberostar Waves Cozumel: Beautiful resort

Family Vacation January 20, 2020 . It was the most beautiful resort @ Iberstar The staff where friendly , The rooms where amazing very clean and fresh, if we needed anything there was always a staff on site. The flamingos and Peacocks where so entertaining, The Buffets where huge and so many choices to choose from the presentation was fabulous desserts where amazing. Cooks did a fantastic job! I would take my family back again we all had a fantastic vacation. I would recommend this beautiful resort

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Now Sapphire

The hotel was very clean, staff extremely friendly and food excellent. It was a great place to go for a wedding. The surrounding area was beautiful and the locals were very nice. The weather was great, sunny almost every day.

Catalonia Playa Maroma: Best beach ever!

We loved this resort with its pristine pool, best beach ever and amazing buffet and a la carte restaurants. A few of the negatives which weren’t deal breakers for us were the room was very tired and worn, the AC wasn’t able to cool the room adequately, and the pool bar doesn’t open until 11 am lol. All in all, we loved it.

Sandos Cancun: Great Resort

We went for 7 days to this resort. It is great for couples, not recommended to come with children. Food was very good, big selection of restaurants, rooms are nice and cozy maybe lacking a bit of lights in them. Staff is very nice and friendly and always willing to help. The pool areas are very beautiful as well as the beach. The resort does have different night activities planned out each day, but it still seems like its lacking some entertainment during the day.

The Fives Beach Hotel and Residences Playa Del Carmen: Amazing!

We just got back from a 5 day stay at this resort and we couldn’t have been happier! The food was amazing, we loved the Thai restaurant especially, such a great variety of restaurants, we didn’t have time to try them all. The buffet food was the best I’ve even had at resorts as well. The grounds were pristine, clean & gorgeous! The staff were lovely and we never had anything but exceptional service! I would definitely come back!

Occidental at Xcaret Destination: Wonderful resort

Resort was beautifully lush, lots of palm trees and other foliage everywhere and paths throughout the forestry. Monkeys, iguanas, deer, agouti’s all over. You really feel you are one with nature. Along with this lushness also comes extra mosquitoes at dusk and some insect bites but use repellant in evening and all is good. Rooms were very nice and immaculately clean every day. Buffet restaurant was very good and 5 a la carte restaurants were also great especially El Pescador seafood restaurant. Highly recommend this resort.

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Above Average Service

As return customers to the Dreams chain we were excited to visit despite some less than positive reviews. Turns out some of the negativity was warranted. Keeping in mind this is the oldest resort in the dreams chain most drawbacks were made up for with exemplary service and attention to detail. This resort is definitely showing its age as the rooms are musty and in poor shape but very clean. Giuliano with the VIP Club was amazing as well, so helpful. It turned out to be a great vacation with the help of these key people, they more than made up for any shortcomings the hotel had. Would I return here probably not unless the pricing was adjusted to reflect the state of the resort. My bottom line here is that the resort needs a very strong investment by the AM Group or to be sold off to another chain.

Sandos Playacar Beach Resort: Good stay

The beach was amazing, definitely a selling feature of the resort. Nice pools, few different options. The food was ok/good, definitely not great. The room was nice, we stayed in the adult only section which I’d definitely recommend if you’re travelling without children. I wish there would have been more day time entertainment. Evening entertainment was hit and miss.

Zel Cozumel: Enjoyable

We enjoyed our stay at the Melia in Cozumel Mexico. Pros- ocean front rooms, beautiful white sand beach. No need to get up early to save a lounger as they have lots. Lots of shade Friendly helpful staff Location close to the airport and town Cons food in buffet needs to be hotter. Quality of food met the 3.5 star standard Rooms need a dresser

Riu Palace Baja California: Average

Food was really bad. Same good everyday for seven days. This is not a RIU standard. Drinks were a three start dating Facility is great . Clean. Staff was doing their best. Management was not around to see. Not that what we were used to with a RIU.

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great resort and staff!

The resort was great! The staff was friendly and attentive. Rooms were clean and good size. Food was good, lots of variety with a la carte, but make sure you ask about online booking fills up fast! A!

Dreams Sapphire Resort and Spa: Beautiful resort, fantastic trip!

Now Sapphire is a beautiful resort, that we will definitely visit again. The grounds are very nice and well kept. Beach is beautiful! Room was nice, very standard - we stayed in a Tropical View King bedroom. What takes this place to another level is the staff; everyone is amazing, accommodating, and extremely friendly. At the end of the stay, we were asked our favourite employee, and there really are too many to name.

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Fantastic Resort

We stayed at the Royalton Suites in Cancun and really enjoyed the facility and services. We arrived very late and were able to order room service upon our arrival on our room television 24 hours a day. The resort also has 5 a la carte restaurants that were really good—especially the Mexican and Asian offerings. We dined at each at least three times and every dish we ordered were excellent. The evening entertainment offered a Queen, Micheal Jackson, and Bruno Mars show that we really enj [... read more]oyed. In fact, you did not have to leave the resort to fully enjoy your trip. The resort is safe and well protected yet only a bus ride from the town centre where we bought some souvenirs for friends and families. Overall, I would fully recommend this friends and anyone wanting to enjoy a relaxing time under the sun in this friendly and upscale resort. I will keep my eyes peeled for special pricing here>

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Wonderful Resort

A beautifully kept and sprawling family/adults only resort. This resort incorporates everything one requires to have a great stay. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff pleasant and accommodating. Our hope is return again.

Riu Vallarta: Perfect resort!

The full renovation to this resort is wonderful! The rooms are modern and energy efficient, there is plenty of space for all the guests, we never felt crowded, or felt like we had to wait too long for anything. The serving staff were very courteous and helpful, and deserve more tips than we saw being left! Love the new a la carte system! Put your name down, take a pager, and go have a drink and watch the dinner time entertainment. There is always space at the beach or around the 4 pools, and ple [... read more]nty of shade or sun options. The new pool bar takes perfect advantage of the sunset view, and it’s hard to leave! Like any other all inclusive I’ve been to, I wish the house wine selection was a little better. Would definitely recommend this resort to friends and family.

Ocean Riviera Paradise: Clean & Great Food

Thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing week. The resort was well laid out with pool options for everyone's wishes.The rooms were up to date, clean, daily stocked fridge and had the most comfortable mattress. The food was very good and with several restaurant options in addition to the buffet, with only one a la carte that required a booking, the Japanese teppanyaki due to 'show' times. The only shortfall was the arrival package that should have had a full colour facility map (received a black & white c [... read more]opy that was so reproduced that it was unclear) and towel cards. Even when we discovered the need for towel cards at the pool, we had to trek back to the front desk only to wait for the towel hut to bring some up to the front desk for distribution. All in all, I would definitely entertain a re-visit to this resort!!

Riu Palace Costa Mujeres: Had a Great Time!

Our group of 7 adults had a great time at this resort last week. The food was fantastic. We found the staff to be friendly and accommodating. Despite being a large group we were able to get into most of the al a carte restaurants with very little wait. The beach is amazing - lots of trees and shade and plenty of distance to walk. It was never a problem to get a beach chair.

Buenaventura Grand Hotel and Great Moments: A perfect Holiday

I booked the Beau Aventura Grand for myself and two friends. Chose it for location,and the good food reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel is a nice small size,but lots of beach chairs, great pools. Beds comfy and clean. All in all we had a wonderful stay

I recently stayed at Golden Parnassus Resort & Spa in Cancun Mexico for my 30th birthday. I was so insanely happy with this resort and heres why: The Staff: absolutely amazing! they take the time to get to know you, are always so friendly, and quick to get you whatever you need. Hotel: very clean! and hotel cleaning staff had our room spotless everyday. The Beach: perfect! white clean sand, no seaweed, and you can walk out for quite a distance into shallow water. lots of different types of rentals on the beach as well if you like to seadoo or paraglide. I would highly recommend this resort to someone travelling to cancun!
