Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Lovely resort

The resort was lovely, great restaurants and amazing food. The beach was fantastic, clean and breath taking. The staff had issues smiling, they usually seemed unhappy to be there, no matter what time of day. The room was clean and comfortable, however our tub didn't work and they placed us far from our party of 10.

The Royal at Atlantis: Great trio

The grounds at this resort are great. Perfect for travelling with children! The resort is quite large so lots of walking but the shuttle buses made an easy ride when the kids are too tired. Rooms in beach tower dated but everything was clean. The hospitality rooms close at 5pm which doesn't work for a late flight. Staff was kind and helpful. Food in most restaurants is average and buffet is the same every day.

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: nice resort

The resort was really nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. there were a lot of activities to get people involved: cooking, dancing etc. The buffet had excellent food. The rooms were cleaned every day. The only complaint is the water in the pool was cold.

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Loved This Resort

We loved this resort. The food had a selection and was very good. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathrooms needed abit of updating, but overall we were happy. We did some excursions with Nexxus. If your going to leave the resort that's the best way since we found taxis there very expensive. The beach was beautiful. Blue water and white sand. Viva Viva, ole ole.

Melia Nassau Beach Resort: Great Resort

The grounds were very well kept and clean. Many pools with beautiful waterfalls was a nice touch. The Food was awesome. The only complaint I would have is there was some construction noise coming from the far side of the building but u could hear it while walking on beach. The food at Buffet in morning wasn't always hot either but was still warm enough.

Breezes Bahamas: Amazing Trip

It seemed that our vacation was starting off with a two hour delay of our flight which we ended up arriving at the hotel at 12:30 am. We were tired so decided to just turn in for the night. The room was clean fresh and newly renovated and also a beach view which we had requested and pleasantly surprised we got. The beds were so comfortable we missed our sunwing briefing which was no big deal because we have been to Nassau 4 times. The breakfast buffet was very good . What an amazing experience. Staff were all super friendly. We were a bit hesitant about going in Feb cause we were told that it would be a bit cool but weather was very nice and hot. Would we go back. That is a definite yes. Thank you O' Neil for helping us book the Breezes. I would rate this hotel a solid 4 star if not better..

Riu Palace Paradise Island: Needs some updates but still a great time!

This hotel is in need of a bit of TLC but we still had a blast. Ocean views out of every room, excellent air conditioning, AMAZING food, great service. Believe me, you'll love it. Great price for a decent hotel. I believe there are construction plans for this yeah, can't wait to see what they do! 10/10 would visit again!

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Enjoyable Holiday

This resort more than met our expectations. Beautiful beach, large variety of food, friendly and welcoming staff. My only negative feedback would be the hour long check in. Perhaps when expecting a bus load of new guests, all available staff should help in getting the guests checked in quickly. There were only 2 girls at first then about half an hour into our wait, another 2 girls were added. Should of had about 6 right from the beginning! Sandals Emerald Bay: A wonderful spot!

A short ride from the airport, this is in a quiet location with handy golf course. We paid for Butler service in order to have the reduced golf rates as my husband wanted to play every day. The accommodation was among the nicest we've enjoyed after visiting over 28 five star all inclusive's. Having our breakfast brought to our balcony each morning by one of our two butlers was a treat. Garth or Jackson then saved a cabana by the Quiet Pool (there is another larger pool which is more active with  [... read more]swim up bar), left a cooler stashed with my preferred beverages and checked on me late morning, sometimes bringing snacks and more refreshments. The cabanas, offering good shade, were always nabbed first so that was one less thing to do or worry about. There aren't a lot of places for dinner like some all inclusive's but our favourite was the Barefoot on the Beach (go for the rum soaked cake for dessert) and the Parisienne where it was possible to nab one of the few tables set up outside if you time it right. Why eat indoors when you can eat under the stars in such beautiful weather? One night they offered a special Martini Bar near the Parisienne which was fun.The golf course was good (be prepared to lose a lot of balls) and there are really nice tennis courts. We'd definitely return.

Rooms are good food delicious beach I love it and the service are good ,location are perfect and the activities and intertaiment are very nice we had lots of fun I recommend it to everybody to come and spend vacation here

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Excellent Resort, I'd go back!

When we arrived our room wasn't ready as check in is 3 o'clock (as per most hotels). We waited in line to check in and were given bracelets so we could go to the bar and enjoy our day till check in time. I actually prefer this, since majority of our plane stayed here we got to meet everyone on the 1st day. We got our room no problem, it was clean and exactly what was expected. I will say, they only provide one small bottle of water for the room, and don't replenish it again, so bring down a  [... read more]large water bottle with you which you can fill up by the bar, or at the buffet. I love that they do not use disposable plastic cups, and have hard acrylic ones that are larger and reusable. The bartenders were amazing, they remember what you are drinking, and after the first day, I didn’t even have to say anything my drink was prepared when they saw me walking to the bar. The resort itself is small but it has everything you need; it also has a day care (at extra cost I’m assuming). The entertainment staff really do a great job trying to get everyone to participate, we especially liked Danika. Bring warmer clothes, there was a cool front coming from the States, and it was chilly. I didn’t bring a warmer sweater with me and you can’t buy a sweater on the resort. Bring a warm change of clothes just in case, it is their winter time. I found all the staff extremely friendly and always willing to assist with anything. The three A-La-Cart restaurants were great. The Bamboo was the least liked by our group, but I still found it to be good, so book all three. Your morning meeting is at 9:30 the following morning but if you get in early, I suggest you book the restaurant the same day you arrive once you get a room number (that way you can pick and choose your times and days). We did 4 day trips: The caves, the glass bottom boat, the city tour and the bonfire. Hands down my favourite trip was the Glass Bottom Boat, what an experience!!! From seeing tens of sharks feeding frenzy to K-Rod and his awesome antics (he was a great host on the boat) afterwards you should check out his cousin Deli’s place, he’ll take you right to it! I had a total blast at the Bonfire as well. The other two were okay in my opinion but I would not pass up the boat tour. When it rains be very careful as the outside tiles get VERY slippery. Try to bring a pair of shoes with some grip in case of rain. All in all we had an excellent time. This resort is technically only a 3.5 star, but comparable, if not better than some 5 star resorts I’ve been to in Cuba and Dominican. I would go back to resort in heartbeat and would recommend this resort to the closest of friends.

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: something always runs out, once the 1 bottle per day is empty you are out of luck.

you want honest, here it is, 3 star max --- we were a family of 3, great for a family, it is all-inclusive until the morning refill of supplies is done, then you are out of luck. I paid for ocean view and didn't get it when I got there. I argued for 2 hrs with 3 different people and finally I got my room. ****************Entertainment was excellent, pool and ocean were very nice. I give the food a 5 out of 10. Staff was pleasant. Pick and choose which dishes are clean and add the dirty one to the pile everyone makes. Water in shower cant keep a steady temperature, kids be careful. If I return I will try another place for sure. We got a good deal so I didn't expect too much.

Viva Wyndham Fortuna Beach: Great resort for families

Friendly staff, good food. Clean rooms and lots to do. Pool was very cold but beach was ahhhmazing. My daughter enjoyed the kids club and the staff were fantastic with kids. A la caRte restaurants were delicious.

The Royal at Atlantis: Amazing Resort

This is a great resort for people of all ages. There is so much to do and see that you can stay busy without ever leaving. The staff are all great, everything is always clean and the food is amazing. The water park has something for everyone!

Sandals Royal Bahamian: 5th Anniversary Celebration

The hotel is very beautiful. Most of the staff are new. The quality of the service is not at the Sandals standard yet but I believe they will get there. The upper management and staff that have years under their belt are well trained. The food, rooms and everything else are all amazing. The pools was cold because the weather is cool there now. If you have any concerns please use the internal website sabdals.blazeloop.com and management will rectify your problem right away. It really works.

The Royal at Atlantis: Perfect paradise

My sister and I had a fabulous time at the atlantis. Room was great cascino was great staff were great. But the weather was not. We had a great holiday! The cascino was a great option when the weather was not the best. The aquarium was the most beautiful fish I have ever seen.

Sandals Royal Bahamian: Beautiful resort!

The rooms were modern, large and very clean. The gardens were well kept. There was a variety of options for places to relax and ample space any time of day to find your preferred spot. The food is always excellent as is the hospitality.

Sandals Emerald Bay: Beautiful romantic getaway

This resort is absolutely beautiful and very clean!! The staff is so sweet and helpful! Very quiet resort, great for romance. Only issue was the sand flees. Make sure to bring after bite as deet will not work 100%.

The Royal at Atlantis: Atlantis

Visited Atlantis from Dec 5th to Dec 15th 2016, we booked through trip central which we were very happy with the service and would book again with them. The resort was beautiful! The grounds are clean and the staff was very friendly. Our room was alittle dated, but clean. The beach was awesome and we enjoy every day of our family vacation. Everyone we encountered on the island was friendly and happy to assist if you had any questions or concerns. The food is alittle over priced but we didn't min [... read more]e, The water park is gorgeous and so much fun! We will revisit in the future as its a dream vacation!

Sandals Emerald Bay: A Slice of Paradise

Just spent seven nights from Jan 22-29 and I have to say this place is beautiful and spectacular in every way. The grounds were stunning and meticulously maintained. The staff were all so polite. I don't think there was ever an employee that walked past us that didn't make some sort of greeting. It always felt genuine. The food was delicious at every restaurant we tried. I find I over do it when the option to over do it is there. The room we stayed in might have been one of the recently updated ones. It was spacious, clean and furnished nicely. Loved the view of the ocean. One of the most amazing parts about this place is the beach! It is so beautiful. All I can say is wow! The water is so clear and the many shades of blue is breathtaking. The sand is raked every day. The sand flies are brutal in the early morning and sundown, but that would be expected, so wear protection. The swimming pool is really nice and huge. We never had a problem finding chairs, but if you want some of the "prime seating" you definitely have to be up early to mark the chairs. The golf course was stunning. I am not a golfer but went with my boyfriend just to admire the views of the last 9 holes. It's worth it just for that. If you're there you have to do the swimming with the pigs excursion. It's worth the money and there's so much more than swimming with pigs. I did the half day tour from 8:30-1:00 and it was just enough adventure. If you're thinking of staying here don't hesitate it's worth it.
