Ocean Riviera Paradise: Nice resort

Nice hotel very clean room the foods was good ,we enjoy the staff especialy Omar at the Daisy junior suites bar always had a smile to serve us ,also the lady at the ice cream bar always look happy serving ice cream to the peoples.We enjoyed the monkeys on the site .

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great food, big resort

Food at all A la Carte restaurants tried was absolutely delicious with courteous staff. Food at buffet also good. Drinks average. Infinity pool for Adults only very relaxing. Rooms clean however a bit noisy if located near the lobby. Beautiful beach

Royalton Hideaway Riviera Cancun: Beautiful Resort, Don't Book with Sunwing

We stayed at this resort as a couple (newly engaged) in mid January 2018. The resort itself was amazing - food was top notch, service very professional and courteous, and the rooms / pools magnificent. I will surely come back again and stay in Hideaway again, though likely as part of Diamond Club to get a few extra perks such as the day beds at the beach. We even received "surprise" room service of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries one afternoon! Every disappointment we had during this vacation were caused by Sunwing....First our flight was delayed both ways - I realize delays may happen but we never received any indication that there would be delays or any explanation as to why they occurred. The resort is only 20 minutes away from the airport and us along with 3 other people had a small van to share on the way there. By this point we are all hungry / thirsty since the flight had been delayed about an hour. The driver of the van took us to a completely wrong resort (Royal Hideaway instead of Hideaway at the Royalton) which ended up costing us over 2 hours by the time we got there and drove all the way back. The driver still had the audacity to ask for a tip after all of this... On the trip back to the airport we were on a huge bus that was filled to the brim weith screaming children and stopped at multiple resorts. I would recommend for people to arrange their own transportation and fly with a different airline, but to definitely come to this hotel!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Two Bars Down

Just arrived home from one week stay at Luxury Akumal, Gran Bahia Principe Mexico. We have a group of 6 and really enjoy this resort which is why it was our 8th visit. The main reason we like the Akumal section is the beach area with beach bar...... sun, sand, beer. For some reason management decided they would close the beach bar that week (01/17/18) and therefore the beach area received minimal if any service which sucked. In addition the inland Jacuzzi pool bar (Bar Chit), which was very clos [... read more]e to our room quarters was also closed for the week. That makes Two bars down out of the 4 available for the area which really sucked. No one at the resort knew why these bars were shut down as they were open the week previous, curios indeed. On the good side I probably drank half as much as I usually do, NOT. If these bars are not to be open then it should be advertised as such which it currently is not.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Excellent Yet Again

We love this resort. This was our 7th trip there. We have been to many of the other 5* resorts along the Mayan Riviera and this one is still our favorite. Good food, Good service, Good accommodations, Good beach, Good pools. We will return

Riu Palace Riviera Maya: Exceptional Stay!

Our stay at the Riu Palace Riviera hotel was wonderful. The hotel has a colonial style, and one feels they are in a 5 star grand European hotel. First and foremost, the hotel staff were fabulous. From the maids who cleaned our rooms, to the front desk crew, groundskeepers and restaurant waiters and waitresses, all were so friendly, hard working and attentive to the guests. Grand Palladium Kantenah: My favorite all inclusive resort to date

This was our 4th visit to the Grand Palladium on the Mayan Riviera.....3rd stay on the Kantenah side. The grounds are huge and well kept with extensive walkways throughout the property.... We really enjoy being able to walk for kilometres through all the natural vegetation.... Mangrove swamps and "jungle" and there no shortage of wheels to get you from A to B if you don't like to walk. Y [... read more]ou can snorkel, kyak, windsurf etc. The entertainment staff always have activities planned - rain or sunshine and besides a nightly show there is live music and fun themed party nights. There are so many choices of excellent restaurants..... ( no reservations required) and lots of bars, so no excuse to ever have an empty glass. The staff are so friendly and will go out of their way to help you and to make your vacation a memorable one....a big thank you to the entire Palladium team. This trip I'd like to make special mention of Jonathan who manned one of the nightly liquor tasting tables near the colonial lobby who made us some wonderful drinks and entertained us with his tricks and singing and had us stopping by every night to try something new. I think this resort is a great place for anyone.... couples, family, groups, weddings.

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Amazing resort!

Had the best week ever at Barcelo! Definitely the biggest resort I’ve ever stayed at. The food was amazing, drinks were great, staff was friendly. My friend got married at the Barcelo palace and it was stunning!! Only complaint would be that the rooms smell so musty but that’s hard to control because it’s so humid and the one lady at guest services was very rude!! We were booking our a la cart dinners and she wasn’t very helpful or friendly.

Le Reve Hotel and Spa: Excellent all around Resort

Staff were extremely professional and they made you feel like part of a large famileeee!! Grand Palladium Kantenah: Fourth Time at this great place

The preservation of natural areas with boardwalks passing through is wonderful. The water moats around the restaurant are gorgeous. The food is great. I love the no reservation needed policy for the restaurants. The beach is beautiful. The staff are outstanding.

Iberostar Waves Quetzal: Fantastic resort

This hotel was amazing, rooms are roomy and spotless. The staff are wonderful. Grounds are so beautiful, spa was amazing. Youseff at guest services made our holiday! He was so courteous, polite and knowledgeable. He always had a great smile and willing to help. We had superior rooms so we were close to the ocean. This resort has the best beach on the strip by far. I would definitely return to this resort!

Dreams Aventuras Riviera Maya: Relaxing times at Puerto Aventuras

Friendly staff makes you feel at home and taken care of. Nice setting where everything is within a 3 minutes walk from your bedroom. Good food quality and variety. A few special events keeps some novelty. Could update some facilities, especially kids and sport equipment and infrastructure. Great for families with very young kids.

Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: A nice stay

The resort was very nice and visually pleasing! The rooms need a bit of maintanance but they do just nicely. The food and drinks were great, overall very good service. Shout out to Obed who was very helpful and friendly. The only downfall is the beach, but you can always go to a nicer beach not to far off the resort.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Resort ticks all the boxes!

The Akumal Bay Beach and Wellness Resort exceeded our expectations - service, meals, rooms, landscaping, resort layout beach and more were excellent. We visited the resort the first time last week to attend my nephew's wedding. We had a wonderful time at the well appointed hotel. It has all the amenities you would want for a beach vacation. We will be back to enjoy this resort again!

Barcelo Maya Colonial: Great resort!

We went for a wedding and absolutely loved it! Beautiful scenery, beautiful location, nice staff, good food and a decent beach. They claimed to offer free wi fi and throw was not the case. And the beach was a bit rocky.

There were very few people who could speak English. Too bad if you had an issue no one understood what you wanted. Face wash clothes were not provided even when you asked for one. Specialty restaurants were excellent but the buffet did not meet our expectations. There is no restaurant that serves breakfast other than buffet.

Catalonia Yucatan: Loved this resort

This resort is a bit dated but what they may lack in high end finishes they make up for in service, food and entertainment. We had a small issue with the room and they took care of it immediately and moved us to a new room. When we came back from dinner we found a bottle of champagne and a fruit plate in our room. The food at the alacarte's was amazing. I do not have one bad thing to say about this resort. Had a wonderful time and are considering going back next year.

Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: Beautiful and Exceptional Resort

What an absolutely beautiful resort! We were attending our friends' wedding in Mexico at this resort and truly it was a wonderful experience! It is a smaller resort but we loved that it was easy to find our friends and it gave the whole wedding a very nice and cozy feel. The food is great! The service is great! And the resort is beautiful! We would definitely consider revisiting this resort!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Perfect Holiday

As always the Bahia Príncipe stay was perfect. Wonderful beach and great food and the best part no Mosquitos! The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly. My favorite resort. Thanks to Alfie D’Uva our wonderful trip entail agent. Will be back next year.

Ocean Coral Riviera Cancun: Returned for the 3rd time

Grounds: lush and well groomed. Rooms: very spacious,large balconies. Dining: exceptional. Service: very responsive to any issues and no language issues,pleasant employees. Beach: nice long beach for swims and walks.
