Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: very clean resort

Do not go there for tbe wine. Otherwise resort was amazing, clean and staff was amazing. Did not restock fridge as was advertised, but otherwise everything was very clean. What else do you want. must stock chardonnay.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort

We just finished telling our daughter and her friends about the resort. It was one of the best experiences we have had. The bus service, hotel, food, room, pool, everything was amazing, staff. Thank you for your services. It was a dream worth waiting for, our first honeymoon experience, although we didn't share this with anyone. My husband and I have been married 27 years, this was the first honeymoon we had. We most definitely are thinking of going back some day.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Fantastic Time!

Resort was at max capacity and the staff could still manage to please everyone. Rooms were very nice, modern look, everything worked, free wifi in the room. We went to the beach most days there is always carts available to take you where you need to go, we also never had a single dinner in the buffet we ate in the a la cartes every night, booking was tight but they managed. It is a long drive from the airport but its all along one highway so the transfer is relatively painless. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort!

We have no complaints about this resort. Staff we're great and we're right on top of things. My only personal preference was I prefer music by the pools and in the restaurants. Have one pool be the quiet pool. None of the pools we went to had any music. Besides that it was lovely!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Fantastic resort

The resort was extremely clean. It is a larger resort however the trollies run so frequent that it's not an issue going back and forth. The food was very good. The room was spacious and clean. Entertainment was fun for both adults and children. The employees were always pleasant. Highly recommend for anyone to attend.

Stayed at the Ambar 2,new and very very nice. Rooms are huge, pool quiet, beach a 10 minute walk from our room. Excellent a la cartes and buffets. Staff friendly and attentive. All around great resort!

Cayo Levantado Resort: Best resort

This was our 3rd time staying at this resort. We hadn't been in three years and they had made improvements to the Internet which was excellent. Could use in the room and around the pool if needed.. We have been to this Resort 3 times & it needs some help as far as the safety, maintenance, rooms need a refresher looking dated & worn. Food was ok at the A-La-Carte's Buffets all the same Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Bland & Boring!

Amazing resort. I would certainly return. The food at the buffet restaurant was extraordinary, a lot of selection for vegetarians. Staff all friendly and helpful. Clean. Good entertainment. Nice beach.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: A true 4.6-Star resort tries really hard to be 5.

The resort has a 5-star at the gate. From the hardware, service and the way the management manages the hotel. It is a true 4.6-star resort. The services are very friendly from almost all staffs except those who are the front desk. They feel they are the masters of the resort and anyone else brings the problems to them. The local Mayan people made the difference in a very positive way - make us feel welcom. The food is very good in buffert and some speciality restaurants comparing with other 4.5- [... read more]star to 4.9-star resorts. The cookers are very skillful in all food counters except the Mexico food counter - most often there is no cooked food on the counter or the cooker even disappears for long long time. Another big issue reported to the management in writting but never heard anything back is that the fresh juice counter staff drinks from the serving jar and then refill the juice. It is a very unique way to refill the juice. Room is clean except the number of towers provided is different everyday and only 2 of 4 lights working in the room. In general it is a true 4.6-star resort and the management works hard to make it 5-star.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Not Adults only or Luxury during Construction

Re: Booking #QLQQYZ Geddes We booked our vacation at the Luxury Bahia Principe Adults only hotel for our 5th Anniversary. We are half way through our trip and we are VERY disappointed that we paid extra for the "Luxury" and "adults only" experience only to learn this is NOT what we are getting! First of all there is construction right in front of our room. So from 9-6 every day including weekends they run heavy machinery. Second, the adults area pool is surrounded by rooms booked with family's [... read more]. So kids sitting on the balconies are heard yelling. It is also beside the hammering heavy machinery ALL DAY, so no peace and quiet there at all. Forces us to use the regular pools loaded with kids or the beach area. Again, the "adults only" section is a small area in between kids on the beach. So you hear screaming kids there too! The regular booked guests of the hotel may use our adults only buffet provided it's no kids. Our butler we tried to use one for a romantic bath. Scheduled for 9:30 to be ready when we came back in after dinner. She shows up at 10:00 pm to start it. It takes over 15 minutes to fill. I told her sorry it's too late we are heading to bed. She offers to leave the scented oil to burn. Forgot matches. Says I'll be right back. 15 minutes later. Just not acceptable when we wanted not to be interrupted. So I'm questioning what did we pay extra for??!!! There is no benefit except the adults only pool which is at this time, the worst place to be due to the construction. We thought about going to the front desk to move our room until we spoke to another couple who did that already, for the same reason, and they spent two days going back and forth to the front desk only to end up in a room with no air condition and frig issues plus not as nice a room. We are not going to waste our valuable time on vacation to be further disappointed. Our vacation time is very limited due to our jobs, and we paid the most for this trip than any other trip we have taken. We have booked five star on our wedding (Dreams property) and again that same year without our kids to an adults only majestic elegance both in Punta Cana. This hotel should not be sold as Luxury or adults only at this time. Until the construction is completed this is definitely NOT an upgrade worth paying for! In fact it should be majorly discounted. We are expecting Air Canada vacations to come up with some kind of reimbursement for this serious fail and even misleading sell of this property. People should be told before they go. All areas were very clean, grounds very nice. Awesome service . Rooms cleaned, towels supplied and Refrigeraters stocked daily. Public wasrooms very clean. Beach service for the bar was awesome. I will return.

we have stayed at the royal golden side of this resort in the past years we tried ambar time the resort is amazing the people are friendly always ready to get you what ever you need to make your stay comfortable the resort is cleaned and is always maintained Juan who served us our mimosa every morning with a greeting and a big smile. the food was very good and always a big selection well decorated. 4th trip there, but still exceeded expectations. Room, grounds, food, service impeccable, as always. Only drawback is the beach. It's very rocky, and the water available for swimming is shallow. Need to go off resort to swim/snorkel.

The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The entire facility looked clean. I was really impressed with the decore and beautiful surrounding vegetation. Find dining truly was fine dining. The private beach was excellent. A wonderful experience.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: expect a 4 star resort caliber

Resort in overall was nice. I found the rooms were always nice and clean. Food in overall could have been better. During lunch at the beach, I found that food was not replenished fast enough, and many times they would run out of Jerk Chicken or there were huge line ups to get the chicken. The ala carte diners were nicely presented and tasty. I found the night shows were just ok. We really enjoyed the nightly specialty drinks, they always made some really nice drinks.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Great deal!

Folks working the resort were nothing short of WONDERFUL. We hung out at the different pools (from active to quiet) as well as visited the beach area. Food was very good at the three ala cartes whereas the buffet (as far as buffets go) was excellent. Grouper every day in every way!
