Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Amazing resort

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There choice of food was endless. Even the most picky eaters will find something to satisfy their hunger. The staff were friendly and always very helpful. Our first trip to an all inclusive and we will defiantly come back to this one.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful resort , but no air conditioning

We had a room that had room with a malfuncting air conditioning problem, they wouldn't move us and so we laid on top of our sheets until we passed out! We had a basket of fruit delivered , but our "crazy" maid threw it out!

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Expecting better...

Having been to Dominican before I knew what to expect. I've stayed in different areas and knew Punta Cana was my favorite. The food was good, no complaints. The service was great, never in need for anything. The grounds were well kept. My issues were with the room itself. Red ants everywhere. I mean we soaked Kleenex in OFF bug spray and plugged the cracks in the walls to stop them from wandering in. The AC was functional but so loud, it scared us when it would turn on. You'd have thought someth [... read more]ing was breaking. We had upgraded to Royal Golden and though it was closer to the beach, I don't feel like it was worth the upgrade. The lack of space on the beach and around the pools made for an adventure trying to find available chairs every morning...regardless of how early you went looking. If I were to go back to this resort, I'd skip Royal Golden and go straight to the Esmeralda site. Definitely worth the upgrade. Only way I'd come back. Expectations... Didn't meet mine but having traveled with someone who'd never been to a resort before they were quite happy with everything.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: 2nd time even better than the first.

We returned for a second time to Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an. We had previously emailed Claudia for room preference & dinner reservations. All requests were met. All the staff are amazing, they all went out of their way to make our vacation special. Food was amazing, especially the buffet. Great adults only resort. Really appreciated the bar service on the beach. We have made Sian Ka'an our yearly vacation destination.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Very nice

The resort is very nice. The food tasted good and there was a good selection of food. The rooms were clean and very nice. A few hot water problems, but as long as you weren't to picky about shower time it wasn't a big deal. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Because had nearly enough spots for everyone to sit, but the sand was nothing special. Nothing was close so I wouldn't suggest it for people who don't like to walk. The water was good to play in especially on the far left beach. We felt safe at the resort and nothing got stolen. If you have the money I'd suggest you book a private shuttle, Just worth it! Overal it was a really good experience

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Very good resort

The rooms were larger than expected and were cleaned regularly. Food was good and staff were very polite and accommodating. The grounds were well kept. Had a thoroughly enjoyable time and would certainly revisit.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Very comfortable resort on wide safe beach.

Beautiful grounds and very comfortable accommodations in well equipped rooms. Great central pool and very good choice of restaurants. Buffets featured excellent food variety. Staff and service was outstanding.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Perfect spring getaway

First time in Jamaica this past March at the Grand Bahia Principe and wouldn't change a thing about this experience! From the shuttle ride to the poolside bars and even the store vendors, the service was impeccable! The quality and variety of food was endless and rooms were always clean. Only one complaint but minor in my opinion; the bell men upon arrival to the resort were MIA and I ended up dragging our luggage to our room. Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Beautiful Jamaica

Overall we were pleased with our stay. However I would not return for a few reasons. The man made beach was very disappointing and the rooms (especially the bathrooms) were run down. The staff were awesome and friendly. I would definitely go back to Jamaica, just not this particular resort.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: amazing experience, gorgeous resort, polite staff

Clean, clean, clean. Choices of places to eat abundant! Food excellent. Beach was fun (activities) and clean, picturesque, rooms big. Liked that we could go from one resort to another. Great tram service. Can't say enough about this vaca. Will go back for sure!

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Great resort!

Great resort, great food, amazing parties! Perfect for students. I wouldn't recommend it for a family as it seems to be more catered towards a young crowd. I really enjoyed my stay at Bahia Principe and would definitely come back.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Jamaican Excellence!

Great Jamaican hospitality, This resort offer amazing location, good beaches and delicious food. Although property is huge in size yet very well maintained and managed. Superior drinks selection and cleanliness around is added bonus. Must visit places are Water Falls, Luminous lake and Ricks cafe in Negril.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: 2nd Honeymoon

Great time, good food, nice beach and glorious Jamica. We have stayed at the Bahia Resorts 4 times now and each experince was excellent. Keep up the good work! The hotel is beautiful and we were happy with the Don Paublo service. We are looking forward to reterning in the fall

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Great resort

The resort was very nice and very big! The beach a akumal was nice fun looking down and seeing fish swimming in the water . Food was good, service was great and the margaritas were excellent . I would go back again

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Great time!

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The washrooms could use some work. The toilets often flooded and the showers were always backed up. The maids were really great though and I still had a wonderful time.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Great resort!

Staff are incredible! Food is amazing. Absolutely beautiful! Only downfall is all the stairs from top to bottom. Love that they had taxi carts though to make getting around easier if needed. Would go back. The only thing I didn't like was the push for timeshare.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Not Really a 4/1/2 Hotel

This was our second visit there and I feel it is loosing ground overall.We request a block of the hotel where we wished to stay . The hotel did exactly the opposite of our wishes.Then told us that the room we wanted was an up grade.According to the website this was not so.The large beach they have was nice but has very sharp hidden rocks in the water. The food overall was good .But very very aware of a group who will try to sell you something. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: great adult only resort

Lovely hotel with helpful staff and wonderful food. If you want to be near the ocean this is not the resort to stay. 10 min little train ride to beach and then once there no place to sit, no chairs and wall to wall people. If you want a quiet resort with good pools and great service then you will enjoy this resort.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Spring break fun!

We had an amazing time at Gran bahia back in February 2014. There were 4 of us traveling for spring break. The rooms were clean, enough space, nice size balcony. The food was awesome! We could all find something we wanted every meal. Beach was fantastic and pools were clean and large.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Heaven on earth resort!

The view from our room was absolutely amazing!! The food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the water at the beach was breathtaking, the pool was also very nice! I would strongly recommmend staying on the luxury side. It was peaceful and beautiful!! The only thing I would recommend improving is the butler services which were poor. I do not know who was our assigned butler during our stay on this resort and it was challenging to get things brought up to our room (ex. drinks, food).
