Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Outstanding Resort!!

The resort was exceptional in all areas. The service and staff were friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed all of the different restaurants and buffet themes. There was always a abundance of food and variety. We so much enjoyed our walks around the beautiful grounds and of course along the beach! The resort was very clean and our rooms were lovely!! Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: very pleasant resort to vacation at

the hotel was very nice, had a hard time getting clean towelsand face cloths, had to call everyday to get them, but other than that everything was good. Pool was very nice and clean. did not like the fact that at night you had to walk outside to go to the entertainment.

Bahia Principe Escape Runaway Bay: Paradise

My first trip with my kids and wanted to make a memorable experience and this resort made this happen we where treated wonderful and had a lot of fun. From the staff to the food, rooms made are trip amazing and we will diffidently would love to go back there. Thanks for everything

What a memorable vacation! Wonderful hotel and I had the time of my life here, it was a great experience for me. I had so much happiness in experiencing the DR for the first time and it was an amazing experience for me, I think that my consequent vacations will be in DR and most likely this hotel because I just loved it. The gardens were beautiful and you could see that they were very well maintained as well. My room had the garden view which is beautiful and it was also very spacious, it was well cleaned and everything was in place, all equipment and amenities worked perfectly. I loved all the restaurants in the building, all the foods I ate there were nice and varieties were available even for the pickiest eater. There are lots of activities especially during the day if you are interested in being part of any of them. The animation team worked hard to make sure that the guests were entertained as well as putting up new different shows every night and that was a nice effort. The beach is fabulous and the staff here make your stay worthwhile because they are really lovely people.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Heaven on Earth

Everything to due regarding this resort was excellent. Food in the ala cartes was amazing. Buffet was a little small but I am sure that was due to the AMBAR being a smaller resort. Awesome beach.Would definitely return.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Loved this place

Everything from the huge clean rooms, beautifully kept grounds, clean private beach and great food selection made this a true 5 star resort. Location is perfect for long walks in either direction along the beach. Entertainment at night was alright, typical of any resort in the Caribbean.

We loved our recent stay at the Bahia Principe Esmeralda in Punta Cana. The staff were always attentive and we enjoyed all the activities and restaurants available to us. A perfect family getaway for us!

Stayed at this hotel during our winter getaway, and what a getaway it was. After explaining what I was looking for in a vacation, and more importantly what I wasn't looking for, my Trip Central agent highly recommended the Bahia Principe Luxury Esmeralda. Were we ever glad we took her advice!!! From the front desk staff, bartenders, waiters etc., right to the grounds keepers, everyone was so amazingly friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful and spacious, there were always chairs and sun huts available, and it was patrolled by security to ensure just that, which in our opinion was worth a ton!! The food was simply wonderful, samosas for breakfast to start the day off, caviar in the buffet, every course spelled class and luxury all the way, then top that off with amazing a-la-carte restaurants. Take the leap folks, be pampered, you won't regret it!!

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: We loved this resort, stayed for 2 weeks

We stayed for 2 weeks and could have stayed longer, food was good, staff really friendly and accommodations were good. This resort is on the cusp of GREAT, renovations are scheduled and upgrades in the works. I am very anxious to go back and see what they have done, it was already an amazing resort.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Great Resort, Great location

Everything about this resort is great. The rooms are large and clean. The beach is great with lots of shade provided by Palapas on the beach. Good drink service on the bearch as well. The swimming area is very nice but not good for body surfing. The pool is very nice as well. Lot's of louge chairs available is you get to the pool early. The nightly entertainment is pretty good as well. Lots to do at this hotel. If you like scuba diving you have to go to the caribean side as the water is rough on this side. However, i dove the wreck in front of the hotel and it is a good dive, just too rough! Sailing is OK as well but you cannot go out past the reif.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Excellent Resort!

We stayed at the end of May 2014 and it was beautiful. The beach was extremely clean. We ate at several different a la carter and some were better than others. Breakfast buffet was great. Fresh omelettes made to order and samosas! Housekeeping staff was a little rude and stingy with the mini-bar. We had to call the front desk for items we were supposed to receive. Overall it was a great time, very relaxing.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort !

This was our first time doing a 10days vacations and we have no regrets. The resort is so big (including Akumal and Tulum) that you don't get bored. The check-in was efficient and fast. The room was very clean and my son's bed was already made which was appreciated. We enjoy walking but if you don't/can't, there are plenty of "carts" going around all the time. Again very efficient. The beach is not only a long sandy beach but some portions are, other are more "wavy", other are for snorekling and [... read more] safe for kids. I would say something for all taste. The 4 restaurants we have tried were very good with great service especially the Gourmet and Arlequin. So many variety because you can use the 3 resorts facilities. Since we went at the end of June , the weather was hot and the air conditionning in our room was barely sufficient. The ceiling fan made a difference but could have been cooler. Another small negative point is that I didn't like the fact that we had to pay $5 US/day to use the safety box in our room. It's the first time we had to pay and we travel once or twice a year. But we would go back because the overall stay was great.

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Great and beautiful Hotel

My wife and I were looking for a cozy and quiet destination to relax, and after some vast research ended up here and we were not disappointed. The views of the beach and the mountains from our room were magnificent, the food was great, the outings were unforgettable and the staff were extremely friendly. The only thing was that the beach was so-so because it was small and the fact that it was at the bottom of the resort (you have to take the elevator) we spent most of the time at the pools on to [... read more]p. Go to see the Salto del Limon (waterfalls in the forest) and order some papaya with lemon (they dont usually offer it but if you ask for it they will give you some with a smile) We would definitely come back to this country.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Great resort

This hotel is family friendly, with a nice shallow area in their pool for young children and a short trolley ride to their water park area. It's perfectly located near the beach and has wonderful options for a la carte and buffet meals. If you get bored of the ones on the resort there are many to choose from elsewhere on the other Bahia resorts. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. A suggestion would be to book on your first day for the rest of the week, in order to ensure you get a table at a convenient time.

Cayo Levantado Resort: Wonderful, clean, beautiful, exceptional resort.

This hotel was immaculate. The cleanliness, the service, the staff, the food, the entertainment, the pools, beach ... all in all wonderful. I would definitely go again and have been recommending it to my friends and famiy.

Just like other GBP resorts I've been to, the grounds were beautiful and well taken care of. The room was a really good size but not as modern as other parts of the resort but clean with a nice bathroom. I found the room to be a bit dark as well even though we had a large patio/balcony. It's too bad there are no other windows. The beach was decent-there's a dock in the water where they do zumba and other activities. There's also a man made barg in the water that people often sat on. It looked ki [... read more]nd of slimy and gross to me so we never went on it. There was not much seaweed at all. A la carte restaurants were good overall and buffet had a good amount of variety. We were there for 2 weeks in November and it rained for 3 straight days the first few days. I'm glad we were there long enough to enjoy the sun after that for over a week. When it rains there's not much to do and the lobby gets full of smokers which being a non smoker was totally unappealing to me and my husband. Overall good resort.

Bahia Principe Grand Bavaro: Great resort!

The food was delicious, the rooms were alright, can't complain, the resort was well kept. The beach was not the clearest of waters, and it's not a place for those looking for luxury. We really enjoyed our stay, except for the topless tanners, I had two young boys with me.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort!

Went here with our family in mid June and had a wonderful time! The staff was great, food was great and facilities were super nice. The resort is huge and with access to all 3 of them you really get a little bit of everything! We stayed in the Coba, we really like it there. The hotel rooms were very large (not that you will be spending much time in there anyway). Only issue we had was that our remote control in our room didn't work and they never came to fix the problem after asking many times.  [... read more]There seeme to be a leak coming from the airconditioner but it was very slight an since we were never really in the room anyway, we didn't care very much. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and recommend it to anyone, especially families!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: 3 stars resort

No wifi, small beach, bad alcohol, the pool are great... It was ok, no more then that, everything was ok, nothing was amazing, I will not recommend it to my friends... 1 and a half hour from the airport!!
