Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Beautiful Resort

Stayed at the Bahia Akumal section June 22nd-29th, 2014. Third time at this resort, but first time in the late part of June. Room, food, grounds were all up par. Two problems that really affected my vacation. The pool water was very warm and none of the restaurants except the "Oasis" were airconditioned. This made it very uncomfortable for me as the only excape from the heat was the ocean or back in our room. Food and drink very good. Friendly people especially at bar. Good entertainment every night. Plenty activities during the day. The resort is big and very clean. Very nice long pathway to walk at night. Delicious Lobstoer dish at one of the A La Carte

Bahia Principe Explore Tulum: Great Resort!

Big resort with plenty of space to wander and take in the sights. If you don't feel like walking...there are trolleys every few minutes, never a long wait. Lots of different restaurants with friendly service. Buffet was huge, stations for Mexican, Italian, Sushi, Vegetarian...you name it...something for everyone! Inexpensive excursions will add to your vacation. Try swimming with the sea turtles, visiting cenotes and the Tulum ruins. We would definitely return!

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Perfect resort

The grounds were beautifully maintained, staff were helpful and food was wonderful. We spend most of our time at the beach as it was so lovely. No complaints at all. We fully plan to return again, and highly recommend it.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Best Vacation Ever!!!

This resort was so relaxing, grounds were beautiful, staff were exceptional. Dining was amazing .... Omar looked after our needs everyday, it was a pleasure going to the main buffet just to see his smiling face!! This resort was clean and was very easy to get around on the buggies. This would be a resort I would definately recommend to anyone and would go back for sure. Gotta love Mexico <3

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Amazing resort

What to say but Great, personnel, food, beach, we where there for 2 weeks in April 2014 and we will return in August. The resort is big, get a map this will help. Thanks to our waiters they are all great. We loved Esmeralda.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: huge resort,

enjoyed the resort over all.... al a carte food was over the top...the resort was huge in size lots of walking areas.... if you like a massage you must get one here....it was the best I have ever had....

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Won't being going back!

Grounds are beautiful but rooms and restaurants need some TLC. We happen to be there at the same time ast 1500 university students which was not enjoyable. They more less took over the resort and when travelling with young children, there are certain things you would not want them exposed to. Rude, abnoxious behaviour everywhere. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: very big !!!

I found the resort too big.rooms were ok, food was good, service was very good. Grounds were kept nice and manicured. The snorkeling was great! Wish they had drink service on beach as que que was long at times and quality of liquor was jit and miss. It's a long drive from Cancun.

Nice resort! Lovely beach but you need to go very early to get a chair. We enjoyed ourselves even though we had little bugs in our room. The staff quickly changed our room as soon as they were aware of the situation. Would go back!

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great resort!!!

This was our second visit to this resort. Staff are always willing to accommodate most requests, food is awesome, lots of selection!! Jerk centre by the beach has the most delicious chicken and all traditional accompaniments and the chef...well he sings and calls when the chicken is ready!!! Rooms are all spacious and nicely decorated....our jacuzzi didn't work, but we always had hot water and great pressure, fabulous view from our balcony. Bathrooms are everywhere and bars too!!! Wonderful drinks, plenty of activities....careful of the timeshare people, but if you date, than make sure you get your bag of goodies, towels, sunglasses, jerk sauce, rum, cups etc....saves a ton on souvenir shopping!! They have a shopping centre as well, pretty good prices for typical souvenir stuff....you can haggle prices too!! I'd go back for a third time if the price was right....this place hasn't let us down yet....thanks to our agent Nicole at tripcentral for pointing this place out to us our first time around...made it easy to choose this place for a second time!!

Very easy to find your way around. Rooms were clean with very good maid service. Grounds were well maintained. Very good food at buffets & al la carte restaurants. Very friendly & helpful staff. Very good service.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Beautiful, clean, amazing resort

This hotel had the best drinks, the best buffet, and a beautiful beach with a lot of snorkeling. The servers were very nice, but could not communicate very well with us because they only speak Spanish.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Great Honeymoon

Great Honeymoon. Food and staff were wonderful. Beach was great! Did not get bothered for time shares. The only thing that could be improved was the night life. We are not night life kind of people so did not really mind. It was a fabulous vacation !

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Exceptional.

If I could afford it I'd live here. Great facilities and service. White sandy beach. Warm water. A choice of good restaurants. Walkable and a convenient shuttle service. Close to Tulum, but I didn't leave the resort on this trip!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Beautiful resort

Everything at this resort was perfect, the rooms, the food, the pools and service. We went with a big group but the check in was done very quickly. It was our first time at an adults only resort and we loved it. We will definitely be going back there again.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Beautiful resort

This complex is absolutely beautiful, so clean and constant care is given to the grounds and buildings! The beach is awesome as well, plenty of palapas and chairs. The pool water was warm which is most enjoyable.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Dream vacation

Well I just simply liked everything. I've been on several Caribbean and Europe resorts but never been on a place where incredible nature, amazing people and awesome services are so well balanced. And not to forget Mamma Juana. :) I just dream to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary at Grand Bahia Principe El Portillo. Thank you.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: excellent resort

beautiful resort with wonderful staff always smiling and eager to help you out if needed. the grounds and buildings are clean ,there is lots of walking,which is fine by me and my wife. we mainly dined in the buffets which had a wide assortment of food to suit everyones taste.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Great resort

My friend and I, both in our 30's, stayed at the Esmeralda and it was an awesome time. The shuttle comes often, the rooms were always clean and very large, the food was amazing and the sports bar and disco were always a great time. I would recommend this resort to anyone.
