Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Wonderful Vacation!

A beautiful, relaxing, and quiet kid-free zone. Excellent vacation spot, I hope to return in the future. I would have rated 5 stars for service, however when we arrived the resort beach towels were not in our room. It took several days to get them. Many promises were made to have them 'in our room in 10 minutes' that didn't happen. We were glad that we had brought a couple of our own for 'extras'. Otherwise the service was wonderful.

Bahia Principe Explore Esmeralda: Luxury at every turn, pure relaxation

Loved our beautiful large spotless room, all public areas are fresh and relaxing, the resort lends itself to happy gathering of patrons, easy quick transport throughout the resort, gorgeous beach and lively pool areas, food was very good, plentiful, the staff are quiet, friendly, quick to smile, airport is casual, pick this resort if you want rest, sun, totally satisfied!

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Awesome resort.

This resort had great rooms, fantastic food, lots to do, very clean pools and grounds, friendly staff and overall very well run resort. This was out second visit to the resort and will go again. Mexico also has great excursions.

Bahia Principe Grand San Juan: Very Good!

VERY clean resort. The workers never stopped cleaning. They claimed it was 24 hr drinks, but after a certain hour you could only get beer and wine. Didn't care for that. The beach was awful. Full of sea weed and we saw sea urchins in the shallow water. The venders were very annoying. Overall good resort and have recommended it to friends!

Cayo Levantado Resort: The only word to describe GBPCL is PARADISE!!!

There is only one negative thing about this resort, and if this is the only thing I can find to complain about then.... The pools are COLD!!!! HAHA The rooms are clean, comfortable and bar fridge well stocked. The buffet is "the" best we've ever eaten at. The beach was lovely (not the long crystal clear like, punta cana) The people would do anything for you. The views are breathtaking. The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Lovely resort

We went with friends to this resort in Jan. The weather was beautiful,very warm. We ate at all the a la carte restaurants and found the them to be good. The seafood one has mainly all seafood choices, so if someone in your group does not like seafood do not go there. Our rooms were really big and cleaned daily.You take an elevator to the beach, but it is no problem,nice beach. This has been the nicest place we have stayed in D.R.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Lovely resort

This resort was an amazing place. Just whT we were looking for. It is a big resort but I do enjoy walking so that did not bother us. And when you needed it, shuttles ran all the time from one end of the resort to the other

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Very Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel with good to great food. My only negative is that it was hard to find beach loungers if you did not get your towel out early on the beach. Also, because it is a very large place, we found the daily activities harder to locate. Entertainment at the hotel was very good and the beach was very nice.

Bahia Principe Explore El Portillo: Fantastic resort

The food was really good. Lots of variety and it changes every night. The rooms were spacious but the beds were really hard. None of the rooms have ocean view but are not far from the beach. The staff was very friendly and the resort was kept sparkly clean. I woulf definitely recommend and definitely will go again.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Great resort

My boyfriend and I went to te grand Bahia with our family it was a very big resort. We were use to a smaller one before we went to Catalonia royal Bavaro which we loved. This one was still nice. We found it didn't have the luxury like our other one but we got a good deal. It was still a good resort for the price that we had. I just wasn't a big fan of the big resort but it was still a good time.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Romantic Getaway

The "Don Pedro" restaurant for our last night in celebration of our 31st Wedding Anniversary will always be a treasured memory! An absolutely fantastic resort on the Mayan Riviera. We will most definitely visit again, and recommend to our friends.

Bahia Principe Explore Jamaica: Great Resort for couples and families

My Wife and I were at this resort in Oct 2013. This is a great resort and we are contemplating our return this fall to this resort or another one in Jamaica. During our two week stay at this resort, the only 2 complaints that we have is the steak restaurant and the bartenders at the outside patio on the main hotel level. We found that the people who managed this restaurant were rude and the food mediocre. The bartenders at the outside main bar were less than friendly. We tipped the maid daily as well as numerous other places around the resort. Bring lots of US dollars for tipping although the hotel is supposed to be all inclusive. We only went once to the evening outdoor show which we found Ok. We went with Golden Club and these people cannot do enough for you to resolve any complaints. There is also free internet at the Golden Club. The people selling time share or whatever they are selling are a pain and a nuisance. The hotel can be accessed from anywhere on the 3rd level and is great when it is raining. You can get to anywhere on this level and there are elevators for your use. No need to walk up stairs unless one really wants to. All in all, this is a great resort and one should be unafraid to stay at this resort. The beach area in rocky and there are lots of chairs and umbrellas for everyone.

The resort was breath taking. Food was amazing. Staff very friendly. Great family resort. We had an amazing time. Definitely a resort I would come back to. The tours were excellent. Was always something to do even if you wanted to just stay at the resort and relax

This resort was amazing , My boyfriend and I stayed for one week and it was perfect went to the perfect time , the resort wasn't crowded and the staff were excellent ! The food was awesome ... I my self am a pickey eater and found something yummy to eat everyday. The weather was great and te beach was fantastic , this was my 4th time to this resort and i plan on returning in the next coming years . Thank you Bahia Principe for a fantastic vacation !

Very clean hotel the staff is very friendly clean beach very clean resort would recommend it any time well go back for sure a place to relax and enjoy all day always something to do places to visit and a lot of activities.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort

Smaller resort and nice and quiet. However, you have access to the other 3 large resorts. With access to the other 3 resorts you can choose from among 12 a 'la carte restaurants. You also have a private beach area. Service was great and they upgraded us to there penthouse room which has a second story with a private hot tub. Also has a good golf course on the property.

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Awesome resort and awesome golf!

My buddy and I travelled in May/14. The rooms, restaurants, pools, bars and beach area were all top notch. 5 star all the way. Anything we requested was a simple pleasure for the staff. I have no problem recommending this resort. I would definitly return. Thanks Sian Ka'an! Bob

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Amazing resort. Excellent service

Not only was the weather great, but the staff were very polite and made the stay that more enjoyable. Made you feel welcomed and relaxed. The entertainment was amazing. Not only would I come back, but many of my friends and family are planing on going.

I really enjoy this resort. Love the poll area and not to big. food is good and rooms are clean. I take vacations by myself and really enjoy the peace and quiet of this resort. I would recommend it to anyone.

Bahia Principe Escape Ambar: Gorgeous grounds, lots to do, amazing service

This hotel was absolutely lovely; we stayed the end of March and it was busy but we never had issues finding seats at the pool or on the beach. Food was excellent, our favourite was the Japanese restaurant. We're both in our mid 20's and I would say this resort typically attracts an older crowd, which made it nice and quiet; a really relaxing retreat, though we did spend some time at Bavaro and found it to be more lively. For us Ambar offered the perfect balance between relaxing and exploring. O [... read more]ur air canada representative was fantastic and we were able to book our excursions through him as opposed to the resort. We truly enjoyed our trip and will definitely be back! The beach is beautiful, and clean. We found the room spacious, clean, and our air conditioner was great! Staff was amazing and went out of their way to assist us in anyway they could. One of my favourite all inclusive experiences.
