Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos: Excellent Stay

Food was at the top compared to other resorts I have been at. Very clean grounds / rooms. Staff very friendly and the resort was pretty low key with respect to noise. I did like the intimate evening entertainment of guitar players / singers by the fire pit versus the big show productions. Would definitely come back.

Blue Diamond Luxury Boutique Hotel: Incredible Luxury!

We just came back from Blue Diamond Resort and had a lovely time. The grounds are beautiful. A ton of wildlife...peacocks, a type of raccoon and monkeys! The rooms are absolutely gorgeous and huge. The mini fridge is stocked everyday. The food is ordered by menu for every meal which we loved. The food is fresh, varied and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Catalonia Riviera Maya: Stunning Resort

Absolutely beautiful place to vacation. The staff were friendly and helpful. We were thrilled with the cleanliness and décor of our room. (romance privilege) The only recommendation that I could make is to have umbrellas on the terrace so that people above could not see the plunge pool. Every time we filled the pool, the people upstairs would look over to see what we were doing. It did not put a damper on our romance, but they may have seen more than they bargained for. Buffet had much to offer and a-la-carte restaurant (B-loved) was 5 diamond quality. The location was accessible to may attractions and cenotes, with shopping near by. We look forward to our return next year!!!

TRS Coral: Cosmetically appealing but lacking many things.

I start off with the positives of this resort. Everything from grounds to rooms are beautiful and appealing. Just a gorgeous place. Lobby is so welcoming and very clean as well. Staff goes above and beyond, and work so so hard for every guest. The beach was gorgeous and seaweed was picked up every morning. The negatives now and why we wont be back. This could be because they have their own water filtration system which the bottle and serve you in your rooms, I'm not sure. Two of us took dukoral before even and the other two go to cuba often and are fine. Somehow this resort twisted our tummies. Options for alcohol were great, all top shelf liqour, but they need mixologists that know how to make original drinks. Not sugar fueled fruit drinks. We expect more from a mexican resort rated a 5 star. We may be opting to go back to the fives azul by karisma next year since the food and drinks were exceptional or a cruise.

Crown Paradise Club Cancun: Great resort for families

First time in Cancun but have visited Mexico (Mayan Riviera) several times. We were a group of five (2 adults and 3 kids: 9, 8 and 2). We enjoyed the closeness of the hotel to the airport and the beach was far better than the other places we visited in Mexico (no seaweed). Hotel was great too - all rooms had a view of the ocean and everything was easily accessible (no need to take shuttle buses or walk long distances). Buffet food was OK (better other resorts), but service all around was superb and the restaurants made up for the rest. Our favourites: Italian, Mexican, Seafood and then Steakhouse. The kids club was alright. They had waterslides and a water park. Water park had ice-cold water, so while fun in theory, kids did not go. Also not many activities there compared to other resorts. I imagine they do not bother because of the waterslides and park. Overall, great. Recommend!

Secrets The Vine Cancun: Amazing!

We travel a lot and are probably in Cancun once per year. I’m also extremely picky in choosing where I stay. I’m 28 and work running two company’s so often need to get away. We usually stay at the Paradisus, but because of the Reno’s going on we opted to try the Secrets property. I’ve always noticed it from the beach and it looks stunning but now was I blown away when actually staying here. Super clean, great service couldn’t ask for anything more. We opted to upgrade our room upon arrival (in hindsight, you don’t really need to spend on it as we felt the service was the same for both privilege and non privilege. With that being said the room that we were upgraded too was incredible. We will be back for sure, and will try to book the bigger room if available.

Barcelo Karmina: An okay resort

Room were very spacious, bed was hard. Food was mediocre, some nights it was better than others the drinks were always good Resort grounds are nice and easy to get around, the pools were nice and never had a problem finding a lounger

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Not possible to give any higher rating!

The grounds were immaculate; the rooms left nothing wanting. The restaurants are top-of-the table, and the bars have a full range of drinks...many bartenders have their own specialty drinks. Notwithstanding, the aspect that will keep us coming back is the personalized service provided by all staff. And to top it all, celebrating our anniversary, the staff provided extra personalized attention to make our time unforgettable

Secrets Huatulco: Great scenery!

Had a great vacation! We stayed in building 6 which was close to the pool. Pros: -Small airport with a/c -Short drive from the airport (approx 30 minutes) - Beautiful grounds and great view from the top of the resort - Restaurants good and no reservations needed- we never had to wait (portions are larger than they need to be) - Didn't upgrade to Premium and didn't notice a difference - Lot of beach towels available - Decent snorkeling right off the resort - Staff are very hardwor [... read more]king and friendly - Acceptable WiFi - House wines were decent Cons: - Rooms a little outdated + some wear to the pool - Pool and beach chairs are saved with towels by 6:30am - Castaways restaurant is HOT- just be prepared (food is good) - Check-in very few rooms were ready before 3 then a line forms at 3 for front desk. Note: Not ideal for those with mobility issues as there is a need to use stairs or take an elevator to get around. In most cases we opted for the stairs due to elevator wait times and capacity (only 2/3 main elevators were running during our stay). Ocean is also a good distance and slightly on a hill back to the beach chairs. Overall we enjoyed it as "different" from the Mayan.

Hyatt Vivid Playa Del Carmen: Great 4 star resort!

The resort was overall very enjoyable. Its location was prime as the city of playa del carmen was within a walking distance. The food at the buffet was the best out of any resort we have stayed at and was made with great service and quality. The beach however, was not as nice. The beach was littered with Rocks so it was impossible to go swimming in the sea. Once we gave up and went to the pool we were told that to sit in a gazebo cost 40 usd a day, this was quite unpleasant. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Good resort!

The staff was amazing,grounds were great and the food was great.Air Conditioning was very weak in the room and a little better in the eating areas.The Bahia Coba Privilege Club people are very annoying with there TIME SHARE pitch.Beware!!!!!

Camino Real Zaashila: Graet vacation

This is my fourth stay at the Camino Real Zaashli and it has never disappointed. Great food, excellent service and the views are great! The area is very safe and if you go to town a lot of good restaurants. Will definitely return !

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Luxury Bahia Principe Sian Ka'an Review

Nice place if you want to get away & relax. We like the adults only quietness. Smaller resort means you get to know more people. Beds are firm so some people may find uncomfortable. Good selection of food & drink [although most food in buffets only luke warm never hot unless freshly prepared by chefs.]. Staff work very hard. Shuttles to the beach resorts not a big deal a great way to talk to people & get to know everything about what all the resorts have to offer.

Haven Riviera Cancun: Amazing vacation

We stayed at Haven for a week recently and we would definitely go back!! The rooms were huge, beautiful, modern and super clean! The entire resort was spotless, well maintained with beautiful gardens. Both pools were big and not over crowded and usually finding a chair wasn’t a problem. The staff at the restaurants and pool were excellent! The food in all of the restaurants was very good and always a great selection at the buffet. Valentin Imperial Riviera Maya: Amazing Resort!

Great food, fantastic rooms, incredible pools and perfect beach! Staff were very friendly! We were at the resort celebrating 30th anniversary and had champagne and a special dessert in the room acknowledging the event. The bed was decorated with swans and rose petals. It was our second time at this resort and we will return again in the future.

Zel Cozumel: Excellent value resort

Beautiful site, ocean views wonderful. Room in Tower was roomy with newer walk- in shower. Staff very hard working and very concerned with providing excellent service. Food in the buffet was very good, varied and there was something for everyone. A la Carte restaurants served well presented options. Facilities kept clean and attractive. Beautiful soft sandy beach. A small resort and easy to get around. Very quiet and relaxing. Would return for another vacation.

Riu Emerald Bay: Loved the Resort

The whole family loved the resort from the location, food, ocean room, cleanliness of the resort. The staff work very hard to make you enjoy your vacation. Only complaint is the elevator service but we were you the 4th floor so we could do the stairs it was good exercise!

Riu Yucatan: Amazing beach with white sand

We stayed in the hotel three years ago and went back because the beach was amazing. The sand is clean and white. Palm trees. Customer service is top notch. The hotel needs a reno though. It is deteriorating from sun, humidity and salt very fast and showing a lot of wear and tear. The food was great.

Las Brisas Huatulco: Wonderful Week at Las Brisas

This hotel checks all the boxes .... 11 tennis courts, 4 pickleball (I need to mention Paco Hernandez, the tennis pro - fantastic guy!), a complete gym as well as yoga and pillates classes every day, 3 great swimming beaches, a walk/run path that runs from one end of the property to the other, excellent food, spacious rooms and wonderful service everywhere on the property. TRS Coral: Wonderful resort

The TRS Coral Resort, which is annexed to the Grand Palladium on the Costa Mujeres in Mexico, is simply wonderful, luxurious, at the height of its 5 stars and even more. We loved our 10-day stay with a couple of friends. The meals are excellent, but just one thing, contrary to what people say, there are no lobsters at this resort, there is only lobster. The rooms are luxurious, we had a loft suite, with whirlpool bath on the balcony and it's a huge balcony. The staff at the restaurants, the pool, the beach, the reception, the bars, our butlers Kevin and Carlos, all are excellent and always work with a smile. They go to great lengths to satisfy you. The air conditioning stopped working in our room, it was repaired very quickly, you don't need to call 10 times. So in short, this hotel is sublime and worth its 5 stars on all levels.
