THIS IS AN EXCELLENT RESORT WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH ALL THE SERVICES PROVIDED THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD AND THE SERVERS ARE ALL POLITE AND HELPFUL THE GROUNDS ARE WELL KEPT AND THE ROOMS ARE ALWAYS CLEANED

Royalton CHIC Cancun: Royalton Cancun

We decided on the Royalton Cancun Suites because of the exceptional treatment we received at the Royalton Blue Waters Jamaica Diamond Club earlier in the year when we treated my family , kids and grandkids . The Royalton Cancun did not disappoint . We had a group of 10 , all Diamond Club and all had a great time. If there's a criticism , it would be the Cancun Royalton charges for the beach cabanas which from an upgraded perspective is totally unacceptable. At no time in Jamaica did we pay for [... read more] a beach cabana! The butler service in Cancun was very good and extremely helpful. The food was terrific and the variety would please most vacationers. They still have some communications glitches they need to work out, however, all in all a wonderful birthday vacation!

Sandos Caracol Nature Resort and Water Park: Wonderful resort! Great service.

Just got back and had a great time! Wonderful food and the best atmosphere. Hard to pick any faults. Every person who works here is quite lovely. Watch out for the timeshare guys in the main building. Big time waster. Avoid them and all is great.

Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Great resort

The resort was big but immaculate. The food was fresh everyday and staff were terrific. There was always activities to keep us busy. The only negative was the long drive from the airport to the resort

Iberostar Selection Paraiso Lindo: Great resort

We had a great trip the resort was fantastic the food was good service was top notch it is a very large resort so lots to see and lots of walking over all great place Enjoyed the pool bar to much lol

Royalton CHIC Cancun: This Resort needs to iron out some serious kinks

The hotel is very nice. When we first arrived we saw our butler & then never seen him after that. No communication whatsoever. The food was just OK at all the restaurants except for the buffets. They were the best. At all the restaurants we ordered but most of the time never got all that we ordered. Lack of communication between our order taker, the waiter & the cook. Some of the bartenders need to learn how to make good drinks. Hopefully that particular resort will eventually get better because [... read more] the grounds & beach are stunning. The waiters outside work very hard & they had good entertainment at night both outside & in the hotel.

Iberostar Waves Paraiso Beach: Amazing Resort!! 5 🌟

This resort is by far the best resort I have ever stayed at. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful! The rooms are beautiful and the cleaning staff is incredible. There are workers always cleaning the resort and the service is fantastic. The beach was a little crowded at times but that's to be expected. The pool is not as busy for the amount of people on the resort so it makes up for the beach. The pool is BEAUTIFUL and huge with 3 swim up bars. There is always some type of entertainment a [... read more]t the pool or the beach and the night time entertainment at the theatre is amazing!! The entertainment staff are incredibly talented. The restaurants are never crowded and the food is SO good!!! I didn't bring my child with me but they have a bunch of stuff to do for kids so next time I am definetly bringing him with me! They also have a shopping centre on site with an amazing mexican taco restaurant! I would recommend this resort to anyone looking. It says it is a 4/4.5 star but it actually is a 5 in my opinion. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Better the 1st time !

Hello, This was our 2nd time at The Royalton Riveria Cancun..the hotel and grounds are beautiful, the service and quality of food however has gone downhill. Our second night we went to Hunter Steak house..food was cold and had to ask 3 times for a drink, Dined at Armadillo an hour later got violently ill .. throwing up and diarrhea. Scoops coffee bar was excellent, room service great, and martini bar was good except they cannot make a decent margarita if their life depended on it. Royalton Riviera Cancun Resort and Spa: Amazing Resort... definitely five star!

Was upgraded for free because we were celebrating our two year anniversary! Room was absolutely amazing! Jacuzzi in our room .. huge patio with ocean views and another Jacuzzi on the patio. two TV's with 24 hour room service!

Excellence Playa Mujeres: Excellent resort

Awesome everything from service to food. Would definitely recommend. Would definitely return. The grounds were well kept the entertainment was excellent. We ate at most of the restaurants and enjoyed.

Dreams Jade Resort and Spa: Very good resort!

We stayed at this resort last week and had a great time. Definitely more of a family vibe rather than party but that is what we were going for. The staff at the buffet, restaurant and bars remembered our drink orders (whether it be my green tea at breakfast or my daughters shirley temple at lunch) and were always super friendly. Also, the first resort that I have been to that carried our plates from the buffet to the table. Definitely recommend the Italian restaurant for dinner. Occidental Cozumel: Fantastic holiday!!!

Occidental Cozumel did not disappoint!! From the beautiful grounds to the amazing staff this resort was definitely worth the extra few bucks we paid. Cozumel is a favourite destination of ours and once again the island has set itself apart for an amazing downtown core and beautiful places to eat and visit like Coconuts. Santos at the adult pool won our vote for best customer service throughout the week. We will definitely be back!!!

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Still Amazing

Back for sixth year over the same ten days, resort as always is beautifully kept, staff is above and beyond, food is good & rooms are excellent. That being said, there were signs of cutbacks this year, less staff, no newspaper delivery to room, no Distilled water (for CPAC) supplied for the first time, single reception desk in lobby of Building 70 vs two in the past, single hostess at breakfast causing either a wait or people taking their own table. Blue Bay Grand Esmeralda: 5th time

First off this was our fifth time at Blue Bay we absolutely love it. They have completely redone the large pool at the ocean fantastik job.They are in the process of redoing the small pool and I cant wait to see the job finished when we return. Food was great room clean as always.Service outstanding as always. We cannot wait to return in november 2020. Never disappoints

The grounds was clean and the room as well. They had a variety of good food at the buffet. The service was good and the staff was friendly. They had a lot of different activity. The beach was clean and warm. The pool bar was great.

Allegro Playacar: Great time at Allegro Playacar

Great location and of the best beaches we have ever been to. The hotel is small (which was one of the reasons why we chose it), plenty of chairs and space near beach and pools. Beach and sea are amazing. Rooms are small, but have all necessary amenities (coffee-maker, vanity mirror, iron) and are clean. Shower roof was leaking when it rained. Food was tasty and well-cooked. Bahia Principe Explore Coba: Fourth Trip and as pleased as before.

Our expectations were met in all aspects. The friendly faces of the Bell Boys, the waiters, and waitresses were prompt to meet our needs. The entertainment was great. The food was very substantial, plentiful. hot, and prepared well. The drinks were mixed well and enjoyed. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower water sometimes not as hot as we like at home and sometimes hotter. This is not a complaint as a cool shower in the afternoon felt great. The time share reps didn't hassle us like at other resorts.They were kind to accept our not interested reply when we were approached by them.

Grand Oasis Cancun: GREAT VACATION!

After booking we were a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews from recent guests. We upgraded to the Pyramid, so it would include many of the items that were not included (based on the complaints) ie: many bars, drinks, restaurants, private locations, etc. I'd highly recommend it! The resort is very large and has many activities. So many, we weren't able to take them all in. Everything was laid out very well and maintained above average. We had a couple of little problem [... read more]s, but the front desk was very helpful and we assume that the complaints we read about on the reviews were due to poor opening conversations in how they wanted things addressed. The bar staff was great/fun, the servers were awesome as well. Drinks were great! Food was decent, but some restaurants better than others. I'm not a fan of returning to the same location more than once, because there is so much to see in the world, but this was one of the first resorts that I would actually consider returning too! Definitely a great bang for the buck!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort!

This resort was tucked away in a jungle and a perfect experience if you are looking for a quiet getaway. Staff are super helpful and food is good. Having access to the other resorts gives lots of options for dinners and entertainment. Beach is pristine, clear water where you can see fishes swimming and only a trolley ride away. Everything was outstanding in every way except the online app for booking restaurant reservations.
