We were very pleased with our room. Very Clean and had some pretty cool animals on our bed everyday😊 The resort looks even more amazing since they completed the renovations at the big pool. Staff were very friendly! This was our second time at this resort and it was just as great the second time around.

Hard Rock Hotel Cancun: 100% Service awesome atmosphere!!!

Service- The best we have had yet! Principe, Roger, Lorenzo were fantastic and treated us like royalty and had our cabana and everything we needed each day without asking! Just all around impressed with the staff on this resort! The spa massage and hair was also fantastic and well priced very well done with staff! Wide variety of food too for an all inclusive resort! Entertainment and atmosphere- This place is also 100% for entertainment at the pool they have all sorts of fun activities like trivia and drinking competitions which I did not experience personally but it is loud enough you can hear the great variety of awesome music on the beach as well! If you like to party the daytime entertainment is at the pool and if you like to relax and be quiet the beach is perfect and if you have kids and family it is great for that too! We dont drink but we love the fun environment!! The nighttime entertainment is average it isnt cirque de soleil they provide what they can so take it or leave it it wasnt why we went there it is just an extra if you enjoy that stuff anyway Food- This was not the highlight however with the excellent service that was provided it made up for the lack of taste in the food.. that being said the food was very americanized so it was always edible unlike some of the places we have visited in the past the fries and burgers, pizza, pasta etc... was just like eating at a regular canadian or american chain. This isnt a place to to if you expect fine dining experiences you will not get that here you get average food and fun in the sun all day with amazing service great drinks and we drank all virgin drinks and we didnt have to specify anything they were the most creative with making refreshing drinks all day for us! Well done Beach- Not much to say here..... soft white sand and crystal clear blue green bathtub warm water with fun waves to play in! Life cant get any better or beautiful this is our favorite beach!! Overall I give this hotel a 5 star because the price is awesome for the quality of service you get and the views from the rooms on the pool side are all ocean and pool views which was perfect for us! The few things we werent crazy about were easily looked past because we consider the price we paid and to us the room views combined with the service and average food that was most certainly edible by all means and the daytime energetic and upbeat environment was exactly what we were looking for and they executed! Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Was great activities. Great staff .. . However food and other things could be reviewed

Overall I was pretty happy with the resort. There were a few things that stuck out that I was not happy with. 1. Housekeeping was not done on a daily basis. I was told that to leave tips so I would get better service for housekeeping, I am a single Grandma who had a nephew and Grandson with her I was saving money for excursions and other local vendors. I felt that I should not have to tip the housekeeping it is all inclusive. There was times within the twelve days state, that we did not have our [... read more] beds or clean towels or even a housekeeper enter the room. 2. Same as above for tipping, when going to the restaurants, even if it was Buffet. I tip a few times, but try to save money for excursions and vendors for souvenirs. When we did not tip our faces were recognized, well at least this is what I felt, that the service was not there. There was a few times that we had to wait for a drink of water for well over a half hour, and the place was not busy. or even to be greeted. 3. The food was repetitive even throughout the separate buffets. However there was days for special events. Such as Mexican, international,. Overall the food was pretty good. 4. The staff were immensely friendly and professional, 5. Lots of pools, lots of beach space, not overcrowded, great events throughout the day. 6. Very central location, could walk down to Market, walked uptown to bank, walk Uptown to grocery store, and short cab trips or Shuttle trips to excursions. 7. Transat representatives were not clear on Excursion cost. I'm not sure if this was a communication barrier, or not all information was divulged prior to paying in full. With sign up and pay for the Excursion. And then was told had to pay for a cab anything over three people, and other fees such as porting and ecetera. it was explained to us when we went to the Royal swim with the dolphins and the zip lining and water slides that we would have free food and beverages. This was not the case. Only adults received coupons for free food and beverage, as children under 12 were free, lucky we had money on us to buy food and beverages. In addition we are also lucky we had money on us because we were told we could have the cab ride home for free because we paid the first one going there but this was not the case they would only take three people and then they'd have to give us another taxi in which we had to pay. 8. The shows were Grande, always something new entertainment kept you on the edge of your seat had you got laughing. 9. Very well cultured Gardens and area well-groomed and clean grounds. 10. Overall I would provide the stay a 7 out of 10

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Third time going back to RDC

We stayed Oceanfront. The A/C needs to be updated but they did give us a fan to help us sleep. The room was clean and well maintained during our stay. Checking in was quick and some helped us take our luggage to our room. The food was good but the bacon needed to be a bit more Cooked. We eat at all the restaurants and the best was the Rodizeo this time. We loved eating at the piccolo that was another good time since we eat there 3 times. Loved the lady making my sandwiches. Can’t wait to come back.

JOIA Paraiso by Iberostar: Top Notch Resort

Best resort by far. The food was excellent. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The beach was beautiful. No complaints about anything . I would definitely recommend it without hesitation. Perfect size hotel

Haven Riviera Cancun: Near perfection

The whole properly is immaculate and beautiful from the furnishings throughout to the landscaping. The staff are attentive and the serenity club will have you feeling like queens and kings. All meals were very good to amazingly good. The quiet pool plays relaxing music while the more active pool will have you dancing in the water. Last day here for us and already planning our return.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Grand Bahia Akumal

The resort is huge. I wish that the beach was bigger especially for Akumal area. There is a construction, so be prepared to hear it by the pool and beach. Buffet food is the same e every day. Gourmet restaurants are just so so. Good entertainment. Snorkelling is not the best.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: fantastic

best resort stay we have ever had, the service and the resort itself were awesome. best room we have ever stayed in big beautiful and clean. never had such good service before ever. never waited long for a drink or anything.

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Amazing resort and amenities!

Excellent concierges! Semeh , Victor aNd Angelo were wonderful and friendly, they checked on us everyday and gave us many options and activities! The weather was perfect everyday. Checking in and checking out was smooth and the Airtransat staff was very informative and always available!

Grand Decameron Complex Bucerias Trademark: Great place, lots of variety, close to Bucerias

Blocl 1' oceanfront was great location. Food was good, room was clean, plenty of choive in pools. Limimg up at 7 am to book an a la carte restaurant was no fun. Bring pesos for tipping. Internet kicks out after 30 min and to resign in again.

Sunset Plaza Beach Resort & Spa: Perfect vacation !!

Absolutley love this resort!! The service is impeccable.. every staff that we encountered were awesome super friendly and helpful. They get to know you by name and treat you like family. The rooms are clean and the food is great. A nice selection of food at all times of the day or night. I have no hesitation in recommending this resort!! I will return!!

Bahia Principe Explore Akumal: Wonderful time!

The grounds are beautifully kept. The staff work so hard to keep everything clean. You never see any garbage laying around. Since this is my third time at this resort I can really notice a lot of cutbacks. Our room was fine except for trying to regulate the air conditioner. I can’t believe that the bar at the infinity pool kept running out of rum.

Hard Rock Hotel Riviera Maya: Amazing Vacation!

Fantastic for family! The resort is gorgeous and very clean. The food is outstanding, I felt sorry for the room-service personnel as my teens abused the 24 hour delivery quite a lot. We have a few food allergies, they printed cards to present at restaurant and made the process easy for us. The service is fantastic I wish I could remember all there names. The staff at Frida, Le Petit Couchon, and Woodward were exceptional... and Mr. Boy by the pool and zipline.

Iberostar Selection Playa Mita: Perfect getaway

I loved this hotel. The staff was wonderful and accommodating. The resort itself was wonderfully upkept, its clear that the staff work relentlessly to provide thier travelers with a clean enviroment. The beach is exactly what you hope. Crave that moonlit romantic walk? It feels like you are on your own private beach. I honestly can't say enough positive things. Thank you!!

Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Amazing Resort

Lovely resort loaded with great options. Food, drinks, staff and entertainment were all amazing. We had a very nice time with friends and would use this resort again if we decide to travel to Mexico again. Very impressed with all the resorts we had access to. Buffets, a la carte dining rooms were awesome. Only thing that we did through Air Transat was the shopping at the jewellery store and in some town which we do not recommend due to shady people. Bahia Principe Escape Sian Ka'an: Great Resort

We had a wonderful experience at this resort, from the food to the service everything was great. The only complaint was the shopping trip we took that was suggested by our Air Transat advisor. We were harassed and offered cocaine and other drugs while out shopping on their 5th avenue. It was quite distressing. The shopping experience felt sketchy from the get go. My advice to travelers.... stay on the resort it was absolutely beautiful.

Barcelo Maya Caribe: Think twice

My first experience at an all-inclusive. Probably my last time too. The resort is nice and spacious. The rooms have good beds that are comfortably. Food is good. Although limited. No alcohol until 12 Noon. Limited beer in the room fridge. I thought that being by the pool enjoying the sunshine that I could get a drink or two without having to walk to get it! No light snacks for the evening. Made things challenging, our daughter is living with type 1 diabetes and requires snacks. Akumal Bay Beach and Spa Resort: A model resort

The grounds are well kept and very clean, room is spacious and beautiful ocean views, staffs are fantastic, they truly care with a smile on their face, the beach is nice and wide. Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Almost perfect

We really loved our stay at grand sirenis. The rooms were large and clean and the bathrooms were incredible. The drinks were done with love. Good quality and real ingredients. The lazy river was a major plus too. The location is awesome as we were able to go to the ruins and cenotes on our own within a half hour. The spa was also very nice. We recommend if you stay here to try the water circuit. I say the experience was almost perfect for the following reasons. The night time became repetitive and a little boring if you don’t want to go to the night entertainment or if you want to do something after the show there are no further activities other than the disco which sat empty except for a few kids. Even the sports bar had only 2 pool tables and they were always busy. They really need to have something else going on in terms of adult activity seeing as the pools and beach are no longer an option after 6. Either way we had a great time during the day. One thing I will note about the hotel that left us with a bad taste in our mouths was they kept leaving us notes on our door for a free gift. First it was an additional a la carte reservation which we ignored then a spa water circuit. The note said it was in exchange for 1hr and a half of our time. The concierge told us it was because they were celebrating their 10 years and it was strictly a promotional thing. So we thought, can’t hurt. 1 1/2 hrs ofmlistening to them talk and we get a spa circuit. I’m warning you. Whatever you do. Don’t accept any gifts from them. It’s not worth it. We received two phone calls from the concierge making sure we would show up... we were met by a sales man who had breakfast with us and tried to find out everything he could about us, our income, the types of travelers we were.... he showed us the presidential suites and started talking to us about a membership plan. The man was trying to sell us a timeshare. He took us to a room where other salesmen were working on other guests and after 3 hours we began to ask when it would be over. We wanted to enjoy the limited time we had left in the sun. He ignored the question. Then salesmen started standing up and announcing that their guests just bought memberships and the room started clapping. It felt gross to be honest. So we turned to him and told him that we weren’t interested and never were. We were promised a gift for listening to a 90min presentation and they already had us for 3 hours. So he nodded to a man across the room to take over. We told the next guy that we appreciated their efforts but we weren’t their demographic. He ignored the comment and started showing us things and saying “but I guess this isn’t for you because you don’t like Nice things”. So after the fourth time he said that sentence we stopped him and asked him what exactly he was trying to do. “When someone says no you must respect that. Now please let us out.” Then he got aggressive with us and started asking “yeah? Well then why did you come here? Why did you come to this resort if you hate it so much? If you’re so above it? Fine! Presentation over! It’s over!” But then he nodded to a third person who now took his place and wanted a quick word. We repeated that we wanted to be released now because it’s gone on too long and we didnt agree to do this for three hours, and we were not interested in their timeshare. She looked at us and said she worked directly for the owner and she needed to finish her part so just bare with it just a while longer... after, we had never been more relieved to be released from something, and couldn’t believe the extent of pushy, not to mention the sales tactic of offending our personal travel choices to “show us the light”...I am still angry about it. We came back to our room to find a third note under our door letting us know that if we “changed our mind about joining the family they’d still be there” ... ugh. I wish we hadn’t witnessed this or our thoughts would be “perfect place..And we highly recommend it”, but they showed us their motivations and weren’t even gracious about it. So point being is to enjoy it for what it is and do not accept gifts from the resort

Occidental Tucancun: Beautiful resort

We really enjoyed our trip. We upgraded to the premium ocean front suite which was amazing! Beautiful beach, great pools, especially the relax pool. The massage at the spa was fantastic. What made the entire trip was the excellent staff, everyone that worked at the resort always greeted you with a smile.
