Bahia Principe Escape Bouganville: Beautiful resort

The grounds were beautiful..well kept. The food was good..and great service..The Best was they finally are making The Ceasar!!!. The staff were all very friendly..our room was great. And well stocked every day.

Bahia Principe Explore Punta Cana: Beautiful Amazing Resort!

Thank you to Grand Bahia Principe Punta Cana for our amazing vacation!!! The resort was beautiful, the beach incredible, the pools fantastic, our room was clean comfortable and amazing as welll. The staff at this resort were so friendly, helpful and made our stay happy and safe. The food at this resort was FANTASTIC!!! Their buffets were always fresh and full with lots of choices! Ocean Blue and Sand: Nice resort

Overall we were happy with the resort. The layout was nice other than the quiet pool should have been further from the party pool. Party pool was very loud in the afternoon! Our view from the third floor in building nine was great. I could see both pools and the waves at the beach. The room was nothing fancy but very clean and housekeeping was great and fridge was always well stocked. The food was really good. I pick this resort because it said no spring break groups as we were going on a couples trip without our three teenagers. Well half of Michigan, Minnesota and Deleware were there on spring break and obviously part of large groups. I must say everyone was well behaved and very nice and polite, but it wasn't exactly the atmosphere we were going for. We also paid extra for the sapphire club with air transat. The direct transfer between the hotel and airport was great and worked as it should. We did not get a welcome drink or cool towel. We did not get our resort credits. I had to ask for them the next day when I realized they were not in the room and we got in late. I also had to ask for our slippers and robes and beach towels which were supposed to be in the room. We didn't receive these for another day. Three days into our trip I decided to use the nice jacuzzi tub after a long excursion only to find that there was no plug for the tub. I asked twice at the front desk for a plug but never did get one so I missed out on that feature. I would also suggest that the resort look into a dedicated room service menu. It was very hard to understand the person who answered the phone and twice tried to tell me what was avaliable that day. We just went with the cheeseburgers. The beach is in a very rough state. I was prepared for that by the reviews I read before going but it was really worst than I imagined it would be. Not a big deal for us but if the beach is important to you than this is not the resort for you. The vendors that are allowed onsite during certain days were very aggressive, not as much in other shopping areas, but I really did not appreciate being grabbed and pulled towards a table and not being able to even glance at on object without the vendor trying to bargain with me. I really would have bought more if I had been given time to browse. The drinks were good and the sun was shining so overall it was a good trip. I might stay again if I got a really great deal on the hotel.

The staff and service was great and the resort was always clean and the food was good.The washrooms did not flush in the lobby or pool area very well and the Vendors were there 3 nights and were very demanding.But over all we had a great time and really liked this resort. Thank You.

Majestic Colonial Punta Cana Beach Resort: Amazing Resort!

My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying at the Majestic Colonial for a week and this resort met and surpassed all of our expectations. I would say this is one of the only resorts I have stayed at where you can leave your belongings on the beach and go for lunch and not have to worry about them. There is a good mix of age groups that stay at this resort with adult only pools and family pools, so whether you are a family or an adult couple this resort will meet your needs! Ocean El Faro: Beautiful resort

This was an amazing well designed resort. The food was outstanding many options from Italian to steakhouse even the buffet had unlimited options. The grounds were beautiful, clean large rooms, the pools wonderful, lazy river was fun, staff very friendly and so many drinks options with brand name alcohol. We travel twice a year and this was one of the nicest hotels we have visited.

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar: Awesome Resort

Had a really great time here. Everything was amazing; the food, the cleanliness, the hospitality, the beach, the rooms. We can't say enough positive things about this resort. The activities were fun, the staff was always pleasant, other than one bartender at the pool that always seemed annoyed at me for ordering frozen drinks. Other than that I Highly recommend this resort.

JOIA Bavaro by Iberostar: Best resort we've been too!

This hotel is immaculate. Everything is so clean, the staff is always helpful, the grounds are beautiful, the beach is amazing. We have only positive things to say about this resort. The food is out of this world. The buffet is as good as the a la cartes. Our butler went above and beyond to make our stay one we will always remember.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Great resort

Resort was very clean in general, sadly tourist dont help it. Good room, great people, funny, always ready to help. food was good but buffet are boring at one point... activities sold at the hotel are not that expensive, but REALLY fun!

Sunscape Coco Punta Cana: Amazing Resort! Paradise!

The resort was wonderful. We stayed in the Adult Only section, and it was worth the upgrade. The staff are helpful and friendly, the room was clean and efficient. The pools were clean and plentiful. So many of them - and so many bars too. The food was really good and the buffets had a lot of selection. Some of the restaurants required some fees: had to pay for lobster and premium cut steaks for example. All restaurants required a reservation and you can only book one day in advance. The beac [... read more]h was ~okay. It had a lot of seaweed. There were workers working all day to remove it, but it wasn't a clean beach because of this. I didn't swim on the beach at all. And the vendors (the public guys trying to sell their wares and services) were all over the beach and really annoying. But the beach had a lot of beds and far enough removed from the vendors, if you got the chance to get a bed (that too was difficult), then the vendors weren't so bad.

Cofresi Palm Beach and Spa Resort: Really great resort

It was our first all inclusive resort experience and we were very pleased with the place and everything! Rooms are ok, bed sheets and towels are clean, excellent room service, really great pool and good looking resort! Sea is a bit wavy but overall it was a great week !! ☺️ We did had some trouble with the food but I think we just have fragile stomach... Excellence El Carmen: Good time but was it Excellent?

hi, we have been travelling many years to all inclusive resorts and have been at the El Carmen when it first opened and again this past week. The resort itself is lovely, clean, spacious. Many restaurants to choose - food and service was a hit and miss. Service - hit and miss. We experienced great service one day and then no service at all the next - very inconsistent. Not a deal breaker for a return visit as long as I know what to expect. Front desk very nice and was able to accommodate r [... read more]oom request. I would recommend a swim out room. Do not choose building 6 as it is very noisy due to proximity to the nightly entertainment. Pool bar service is hit and miss, mainly a miss.. be ready to walk to the bar to get yourself a drink or go to the swim up. The sports bar has fries, wings, onion rings and burgers and has the best food. There is a food truck that is open from 6pm to midnight for burgers, fajitas, chili, fries and natchos.... they were yummy and a good snack to take back to the room. Room service was quick and food not bad - that was a success. We have been to Excellence Playa Mujeres, Mayan Riveria and Punta Cana. This resort although beautiful is in need of a few tweeks in order to be considered truly Excellent.

This property is by far the nicest we have ever stayed at, and we travel often. The grounds and beach are immaculate, service unparalleled. Food and drink outstanding. Just wish I was still there!

Bahia Principe Escape Aquamarine: Amazing Resort

This was the best resort I have ever experienced, from the wonderful, clean well appointed room, to the staff always looking after you. The food was delicious and the ambiance even in the buffet was incredible. The “Adult Only” was definitely what I needed to totally relax and feel pampered. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone making a trip to Punta Cana! You will not be disappointed!

The Reserve at Paradisus Punta Cana: Amazing resort

Jacuzzi in the room was not clean so we never used it. Food: buffet was ok but the main restaurant like the grill, bana was garbage. Drinks: they use too much sugar and ice in drinks, they put coke in beer. For sure not a 5 star hotel. Staff service was good and fast

The Eurostars Grand Cayacoa: Grand Bahia cayacoa

I stayed at this resort with my partner and overall we had a great time. Cons: buffet restaurant and entertainment weren’t the greatest and there are a lot of stairs at this resort. We stayed in a villa which made it much further away from everything but they also have shuttles running if you’re interested. Pros: great a la Carte restaurants, beautiful views, lots to do and many different areas and things to explore at this resort. I would recommend this resort.

Grand Sirenis Tropical Suites: Outstanding resort

This was our first trip ever to a tropical resort. I must say that this was an outstanding resort. The service was wonderful. Everything was in its place and clean. The food was amazing, the variety was never ending. The grounds are beautiful. The beaches had enough lounge chairs. Everyone who worked there was very pleasant and always had a smile. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the grounds were spotless the beach was beautiful, the drinks were plentiful and the food was excellent. There were several options for restaurants to book reservations for but the buffet offered delicious fresh options at every meal, and the service was warm and friendly

Excellence El Carmen: Romantic getaway

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. We had an amazing vacation and I loved our two story roof top with plunge pool suite. Incredibly private, I could enjoy sunbathing topless and what a breathtaking view! The food was ok, some good some bad but we never went hungry. And the liquor was top shelf.
