Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Spectacular Resport

This hotel met all my expectations. From the staff to the food and the grounds. The staff were so friendly and professional. Our room was cleaned and stocked twice a day. They offered 24h service and this was a plus for those late night munchies. The grounds and the beach was well maintained. If you are looking for an adult only and luxorious resort, Hyatt Zilara is the place to stay!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Five Pus Resort-Hyatt Zilara

The resort was within 20 minutes of the airport which was excellent- The bus guide was humorous and gave some interesting points of interest enroute! We were greeted with smiles and momosas to drink and were into our suite within an hour of arriving. The suite was beautiful and well appointed, the bed was very comfortable, the patio was large and had a love seat on it with a beautiful view of the ocean and the resort. The pools were absolutely beautiful and the higher level infinity pool having connecting channels to some of the swim out suites adding so much character. The beaches were very clean with different areas to swim in. The ocean water temperature was very warm. The life guard Dante at the ocean gazebo was very pleasant and helpful. The snorkling area was limited to seeing a few small fish by the gazebo in the shallow water.The small catamarans were alot of fun!! The customer service was friendly and efficient- top notch! The beach butler service was excellent frequently asking us if they could bring us drinks. There was always food available from poolside and beach side bars( pizzas, jerk chicken, burgers...) to the buffets and the a la cartes. We especially enjoyed the Italian and French restaurants! Unfortunately at the Asian (Japanese ) a la carte we felt extremely rushed and the dinner was very fragmented. We mentioned this to our server Nera at the Horizons restaurant at breakfast. We were contacted by the manager of the Asian restaurant that evening addressing our concerns and tried to rectify it.Our recommendation would be to have tables of four to allow for variable guest arrivals and food delivery. Additionally the work out facilities were top notch. We would highly recommend this resort to all others!!

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Beautiful resort on private beach.

Location, outside town is perfect for relaxing away from the hustle & bustle of tourists, but still close enough for easy access to down town by taxi. The trip takes only a few minutes and experiencing the local history and culture well worth the time. Taxi drivers are very friendly and helpful. We took the evening sunset cruise from the Marina, loved the sail and views if the coastline, especially the mountains, then watched the sun set on the water-just lovely! We loved being in the warm ocean and strolling the beautiful white sandy the beach. Wonderful attentive staff attend to all your needs. The adult only infinity pool was our choice for relaxing, but the two other pools were always lively for the fun loving active holidaymakers! We were treated twice to turtles laying their eggs on the beach. Overall a great vacation spot with lots of options to suit different personalities.

Hyatt Zilara Cancun: Great Resort but....

What was great: The hotel is beautiful. The staff were awesome - very welcoming and obviously trained in both hospitality and diplomacy. What was horrible: Food safety was brutal. We went to the buffet and staff were handling raw meat and cooked product and other items with the same tongs cross contaminating everything with the bloody tongs!! Not cool. I complained about this to a manager who agreed with me but no corrective action followed. Sigh. Additionally, the ice cream scoop we [... read more]ll was turned off allowing bacteria to culture on the standing water. I turned on the small tap and the same manager I spoke to earlier turned the tap off!! Ugh This is just what I witnessed as a guest. Turned me right off eating there. I can only imagine what goes on in he kitchen. Yikes! The Unfortunate: The beach was all seaweed and not suitable for swimming. The Awesome: Large sea turtles can be witnessed at night laying eggs. The turtle tracks in the sand were beautiful too. The eggs are gathered and stored safely until they hatch. Unless the food safety standards are upgraded l would unfortunately, NOT recommend the Hyatt Zilara. Too bad, it really is lovely otherwise.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Awesome resort.

The resort was perfect. Very clean. The hotel staff were some of the friendliest people we have met. They were very polite, professional and accommodating. The food was excellent and the waiting staff were very attentive. There are three pools to choose from, the common very large pool, the children's pool and the adult pool. Drinks and food were served at your lounge chairs. Room service was also included and available 24 hours. Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Love this place!

I love everything about this resort! There is something for everyone. The food is delicious and with fantastic variety. The hotel rooms are lovely - very roomy and clean. I love how everything is included - its amazing:)

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Outstanding Ziva!

Everything about this resort exceeded our expectations. The design and layout is very well planned. The food in particular was excellent. The Steak and Asian restaurants were our favourites. Will definitely plan to go back.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Couldn’t fault it

Fantastic grounds, room, food, service, pool, entertainment, beach... Couldn’t find a flaw anywhere! Great resort - we’d like to visit again. The jerk chicken barbecue was by far our favourite place to go daily.

Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos: Outstanding Family Resort

One of the best resort experiences possible at Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. A short twenty minute drive from the airport gets you to this beautiful resort. Ocean views are incredible. The footprint is not too big and is manageable even with little children. Modern design and beautiful facilities. Pools are incredible and huge. There is a kiddie pool that's perfect for small ones, and an adult only pool area that is an oasis of peace with its own bar and food venue. Nice big beach but ocean is too dange [... read more]rous for swimming here. Food is outstanding at all the different venues. No reservations needed! Rooms are large and comfy. The Ziva suites get you proximity to the kiddie pool, two rooms, two baths and some have awesome views from the master bedroom. Service everywhere is outstanding and staff are incredibly professional. Absolutely recommend this one!

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Amazing Resort

We thought the resort was amazing and everything about the resort was outstanding. The staff could not do enough and the grounds and room was everything we thought it would be. I would recommend this resort to my friends and family. If I could, I would book again for another week. Overall, it was outstanding and relaxing.

Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall: Top Notch Resort (except for the beach)!

This was our first introduction to an all-inclusive resort. This was the honeymoon we never took 23 years ago. While there were a few hiccups along the way overall this was a fantastic vacation. We loved everything about this resort except the beach. There was lots of choice in terms of restaurants and type of dining you wanted. We loved the Choicez Buffet Restaurant (which we ate almost every day for breakfast and lunch). We tried almost every specialty restaurant. Each and everyone of them were delicious and service was for the most part excellent at all of them. Servers were kind and very professional. We had a swim up suite and it was unbelievable. We stayed in room 4108 and I do believe it was the best location in the Zilara Resort. We had direct sunlight from 6:30 am to 1:00 pm. So if you are a sun worshiper then this is the room to get. The room was also incredibly beautiful, cozy, clean and spacious. The fitness centers and programs we would classify as state of the art. Did a few spin classes too and the instructors were entertaining and classy. Great workouts!! We would say that the night life was a bit low key. Not a lot of entertainment but that's okay if you like a more quiet environment in the evenings. Pools were incredible so they did make up for the less then appealing beach experience. If you have a preference for a beach over a pool then this might not be the right place for you. The beach itself was stunning, but the bottom of the swimming areas were very rocky and unless you have water shoes, you risk getting nasty cuts on your feet. There was also a considerable amount of seaweed washing up into the swimming area. So not a great beach experience. Aside from that, this was an amazing resort. Very clean, good music, good eats, very kind and professional staff. If the beach was nicer I might consider a second visit. Price point.....a bit on the expensive side but worth doing once. We booked this vacation almost a year in advance. Not a reflection of the resort but when we originally booked our vacation package with Trip Central, it was based on the flight times (arriving mid-morning and departing mid morning). Shortly after booking, our flights were changed by exactly 12 hours later in the day on both sides of our vacation (the maximum time change an airline is permitted to make apparently). As a result, we lost a full day at a very expensive resort and in addition, ended up having to pay for an extra day (at $30 US per hour) as our check out time was 6 hours before our departure for the airport. When we called to inquire and express our disappointment in losing a day on the resort, we basically got the run around and told there was nothing they could do for us, unless we wanted to change airlines, which meant dishing out yet another $1000 plus for another airline. Overall we did love the vacation but there were some issues along the way that were frustrating and disappointing and will need to consider for future travel.

Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Perfection

We stayed at the Hyatt ziva Cancun turquoise tower for 7 days. The unique location in the hotel zone is the one of the main reasons I booked here for our honeymoon. As guest in the turquoise tower, the hotel provide complimentry shuttle service from the airport. Upon arrival to the hotel, we met our Butler, Joel, he turned our honeymoon into something magical with all kinds of surprises. The level of service he provided exceeded all expectations. The restaurant and bar have elevated designs, but I feel like the food can be improved as they are a bit plain. All in all, this is a amazing hotel and I would recommend it to all my friends

Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta: Our Favorite resort in PVR.

Just returned February 19th after a week in our Favorite resort. This was our 6th time there and was not disappointed. Shauna from Trip Central took care of booking our room and flight with WestJet....all we had to do was go and relax. We always meet people that have been returning 15,16 and up to 19 times to this resort. Why? Best beach in PVR, All Staff and restaurants are awesome. Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Paradise!

Amazing resort! I have no negative feedback. We had great weather, we had the best vacation ever! Grounds were immaculate. Rooms were spacious and everything was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Food was amazing! My 11 year old loved the buffet, Bitez and poolside food - he liked that eating didn't cut into his pool time! When not doing an excursion off the resort, we were at the pool having drinks, participating in trivia or dance classes. Everyone from housekeeping, room service that delivered my morning coffee (and a fist bump!), the chef that made my morning omelettes, and the bartenders that gave me a different drink every time I said, "Surprise me!" They are amazing and our trip wouldn't have been the same without them! Special shout out to the entertainment crew who had us laughing all week - Antoneil, Omar, Rick, Crystal...so great! Can't wait to return :)

Hyatt Ziva Cancun: Great Vacation!

Our family enjoyed this resort very much! Everything is a step above a typical all-inclusive resort. Loved the fact that there were no reservations needed for restaurants, no bracelets we had to wear. Service was top notch and everyone seemed happy to work at the resort. Beaches were lovely and we enjoyed the free water sports almost every day such as paddle boards and kayaks. Food was great in every restaurant.

everybody at the Hotel were amazing so friendly treated me great not one issue did I have with anybody at this Hotel best every and I will go twice back this year for sure loved it the food was amazing the people were also amazing as was all of the staff they new I traveled alone so were great with me could not do enough for me

This was our second visit to Hyatt Ziva in 3 years. We are over the moon pleased with Hyatt Ziva, it’s services, staff, and above all, exemplary customer service! Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall: Destination Wedding in Jamaica

This was a fantastic property in my opinion. We were in a junior suite. Rooms recently renovated and very nice. Beautiful bathrooms. Staff were all amazing! Was rare to find someone serving without a great big smile. The entertainment crew were the best I've ever encountered. We were a group of 20 and they spent quite a bit of time hanging out. Food was good, lots of selection. Only downfall here was inability to make reservations. We were a large group and wanted to eat together. [... read more] Wedding planning at this hotel is exceptional. I didn't worry about a thing. The beach area is very small. I'm a beach fan so I was a big disappointed when the flags were up a few days (no swimming allowed due to waves), but better safe than sorry. I went for a family wedding and was not disappointed in the resort choice. The bride gushed about the service of the wedding coordinator and that every detail was looked after before she could even think about it. The food and snacks were well curated, especially at the dessert spot, Bitez, where there were unlimited tasty treats. The French restaurant, Petit Paris, was excellent and I highly recommend the lamb! All of the staff were exceptional.
