Totally impressed!

Beautiful and clean ... very friendly staff. A little pricey but definitely worth spending the extra $. Went there with my best friend who was wheelchair bound at the time and we were well taken care of.

Bellagio check out disaster

The resort was big and beautiful but when it came time to check out I was extremely disappointed. I was in a conference for work and we had to check out by noon so we requested a later check out which was given but only for another hour. My husband cleared out our room while I was busy at my conference and at 2pm our internet access was cut off leaving us both without wifi service and not being able to contact one another. We purchased our plan as a package flight and hotel I would expect more f [... read more]rom such a large hotel. Our flight did not leave until 11:30 that evening. I think there should be more consideration to the customers as I felt that they really didn't care about our business because the next couple were already there. I am not planning on ever returning even if our conference is there I will stay at another hotel where the service is more customer oriented.
