Amazing May vacation

This is the second time we have been to this resort and I am 100% sure that we will be back again. There is not one thing I could complain about- all of the staff are friendly and courteous. Breakfast: Great buffets with ample choice or walk down to the Poseidon restaurant to eat with an ocean view and a more personalized service. Lunch: Poolside jerk chicken and hotdogs - you don’t have to move far if you don’t want to. Alternatively you can move to the buffets for a wider sel [... read more]ection. Dinner: Where do I start - between the À la cart and buffets you will never go hungry - our favourite is the Italian where the paste is good and I actually had a better steak there than the steak restaurant!! Evening entertainment: Continuous, fun for all age groups. Poolside entertainment: “POP” - People of Palladium - never a dull day with this team about - plenty of poolside games to keep you busy if you wish or just sit back and enjoy the atmosphere. Water sports: Total Waterports is the business at the beach “Sunset Cove” - traditional activities, kayaking, catamaran, paddle boarding and snorkeling ($20 deposit required for snorkeling). There is also Scuba Diving with PADI certified instructors. Weather: Most days were perfect for myself - 30c however you can expect rain between May and September and boy when it rains it rains hard. A shout out to a few of the staff: Samuel at Total Watersports- thanks for keep my son and I safe during our dive and the patience you gave to my son when his nerves were getting the best of him. Jean at the main bar in the evening - you looked after us every night exactly as you did two years ago when we were at the resort. LaToya at the Italian restaurant - very pleasant, clearly explained the menu and choices - great personality and conversations. Kemar (probably spelt wrong) entertainer “POP” - only been at the Palladium for approximately 4 months but is a great entertainer with quirky games and a fun sense of humour.

Remarkable Resort.

The hotel was amazing, staff is great. I already recommended 5 friends to come. I will be back soon. I’m amazed. I also got the chance to DJ at the club on the resort and it was great. 10/10 for everyone

Amazing!!!

Great resort....food was great, everyone there was phenomenal, and very friendly. Rooms were clean, grounds were clean. All in all we had an amazing time, so much to see and do. The kids had a great time.

Grand palladium

The resort was beautiful we stayed in 2519 and they were having problems with sewer the smell was very intense inside and out if you walked by outside you could smell the stink was not enjoyable was very disappointing over all stay was good would not want to ever go through that again my son got married it was beautiful though

Very Big Resort

Everything was very nice about this resort except for the following: 1.shuttle service was very poor. 2. I was told that there would be distilled water for my CPAP machine on the resort to buy but there wasn’t and the staff was not very helpful in helping me try to get some off the resort, which was very disappointing!

Beautiful resort , great staff!!

What a beautiful resort , staff are always friendly and accomadating ! Went for a wedding and the gazebo location couldn't have been more breath taking. Thank you for the great stay and memories ! -Kelsey Cass

Beautiful Resort

This resort was beautiful complete with all the amenities The service was excellent, the staff was excellent and the food was incredible. Would we go back - absolutely. I would recommend this resort to everyone - if you have children then it is a plus resort to go to - lots of entertainment day and night.

Beautiful beach top notch food

The resort itself was wonderful, the beaches are beautiful. Very relaxing time away. The food was to die for. I can’t stress this enough. The best food I’ve ever had on an all inclusive. Ever. My only real complaints are that the shower was plugged with black hair before we got to our room. The hair was removed eventually but the shower was still plugged so we couldn’t use it and had to use the tub.

OK Resort

The resort seemed a little dated. Not one paper towel dispenser worked Seemed like if you didn't leave the maid a daily tip she didn't do as nice a job, no toilet paper or Kleenex after a cleaning one day Overall clean, friendly staff The pool and beaches were nice

Great family friendly resort

This was a beautiful resort, we've been to many but the hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness of the grounds and room, and the activities left us having to prioritize what we would do first. The kids club in particular was absolutely amazing, the staff there were so involved and sweet with the children and had a practice hour and performance for the kids every night that our kids were absolutely thrilled to participate in, the water slide provided hours of entertainment, the foam party, reg [... read more]gae dance parties, water spinning and so much more meant fun, total relaxation, and memories for a lifetime

Nice resort !! Great people!!

Nice hotel !! Lots of beaches and great food ....... beachfront jerk hut is great lunch !! Air Canada reps were great to help with anything we asked. Would recommend this hotel foresure. Slot machines didn’t pay out lol

Best resort ever!

The hotel was massive! So much to see and do on the property one week was not enough time to see and do it all! The two resorts in one truly feels like one very large resort! The beaches were clean and it’s the first time I’ve been south and not come home with sand flea bites! A true testament to the well kept beaches! I had a very decent nights sleep without back ache!! The food was spectacularly prepared and all restaurants and buffet’s were fully stocked and fresh! Staff were friendly and helpful each and everyday! It was our first time at this resort and we were all very impressed! We would return there! The grand pool is indeed grand it was never crowded because the size of the pool is massive and holds many! The infinity bar entertainment in the evenings was the best! The live singers were professional and their genre was diverse! Sunset cove was a gem. We found it day 4 and enjoyed it for two days!! My daughter got married there and the team of planners and set up staff were awesome! Our whole experience was pleasant and memorable! We all had a relaxing vacation after the wedding was over. Wonderful to have a vacation along with the wedding! The shuttles were prompt and available to take us everywhere we wanted in the property when walking wasn’t an option! There were NO vendor selling wares on the beaches!!! This was a surprise! A pleasant one because when I go to the beach I want to relax not be pestered to shop.

Grand Palladium resort, Jamaica

Grand palladium is very good resort with over one thousand rooms. They have two sections, grand palladium Jamaica and grand palladium lady Hamilton which is new and has better rooms. Rooms are very big and comfortable with all facilities. we enjoyed food served in 7 restaurants, Italian, Mexican, Indian, Asian, seafood and more, food was very good. Also enjoyed all bars with different types of Jamaican drinks and coconut water. every night, entertainment programs were entertaining Also lot [... read more]s of activities during whole day, Sunset cove beach and Las Brisas beach are very good to swim and relax They have biggest swimming pool to enjoy, also pool for kids. All staff were very good and helpful. we enjoyed our seven days vacation very much and will go again in same resort.

Very nice trip

Exceptional staff. Good food. Good beds. Entertainment when wanted, quiet and relaxing when wanted. Rooms were a bit musty smelling but clean and well looked after. The exceptional staff in all areas of the resort were what made our trip most memorable! I travelled with my 85 yr old mother and the care and attention she was given could not be beat. Very family friendly.

Beautiful Resort

The staff are super friendly; the resort is big, but they have a shuttle service to get you around the grounds that you can request at any time; rooms are kept clean and fresh; bed is very comfortable; there are a few beach options around the resort and all are great; pools are clean and beautiful; swim-up bar is a nice touch; there are many restaurant options and the food at all of them is fantastic; the Lotus Restaurant is amazing where the chefs cook right in front of you and sing/entertain a [... read more]s they cook (they juggle spatulas!); excursion options are great as well for those looking to get off the resort for a bit; destination-weddings here are beautiful and they have back-up options if the weather doesn't cooperate

Great Resort!

We had a room in building 26, room was clean, near everything, beautiful view of pool and beach. Great staff, food and drinks! Steak house was my favorite. The only down fall is the beach. It's small and rocky! Bring a floaty and water shoes!

Amazing

This was an amazing trip for my son and I .our first time at the grand palladium and definatly not out last. My sister and her family have been here 3 times . We were on a family trip the constrained 11 of us . 9 adults 3 kids are 2,3,&5. Such a kids friendly place .shows were great .foid was fabulous. We all came back a little heavier lol. Highly recommend going .staff was delightful Can't wait to go back

Amazing Resort

This hotel is one of my all time favorites, the food is phenomenal, the drinks are delicious, the atmosphere is relaxed, and the laboring staff is what makes this place so special.Unfortunately, I cant say the same for the management running the front desk. As a fourth time repeater, I was expecting some VIP amenities ex: a nicer room with ocean view, not put at the back of the resort facing the main road, the only VIP amenities we got to use was for making reservations at dinner. Unfortunately  [... read more]they did not seem to care, I emailed the resort 2 months prior to going with a few requests that clearly we not met. Like I said its the laboring staff (pool boys, the guys filling up the fridges, and the gardeners that make this place so special!

Awesome people

Over all the hotel was lovely. The rooms were not amazing, but all the restaurants, pools, bar, bathrooms and other public places were amazing! The best part of the hotel experience was the staff. They were friendly, helpful and really made my stay easy.

Great service, good food, OK snorkeling

Everyone was so friendly at the resort, we became good friends with many people. Snorkeling was good - the reef is quite small, but plenty of fish, urchins, eels, and other marine life. I highly recommend the A La Carte restaurants and late-night entertainment. Sunscreen prices were obscene, bring your own ($28 USD for a tiny bottle?).
