Beautiful resort!

My girlfriend and i had an amazing time during our 7 night stay at Majestic Elegance. Our butler, Juan was amazing and decorated our room to help us celebrate our 6 year anniversary. We will definitely be going back in the future. 10/10

We enjoyed our stay at majestic elegance, food and people were fantastic. The view was spectacular Thanks again for wonderful cleaning staff and butler Henry that made our honeymoon the best We would hope to come back as soon as we can

Beautiful resort

We stayed here 10 days and it was wonderful. Good food, beautiful beach and great service. This resort is huge and has many pools. The resort could use a little refresh but I loved it anyway. Lobby is spectacular. People are so friendly and welcoming. I will definitely go back.

Great stay

We loved the resort, if there was an issue it was trying to find food at the buffet. Especially the buffet by the beach, usually there was next to nothing when we tried to eat. I would recommend to others

Awesome place!

Our recent stay at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana was amazing Beach is great, food good and people friendly. We stayed in the Elegance Club which is worth the upgrade. Our butler was extremely helpful Will return for sure

A Really Nice Resort!

This was our first resort trip in years. the Majestic Elegance is a beautiful resort. the grand lobby and staircase when you enter, the little extras we received for upgrading to the elegance Club, (which I do recommend doing.), the beach view, the pools, the swim-up bar, etc. the rooms were beautiful however, we were on the ground level along with other friend and the rooms on the ground level had this terrible musty, moldy smell that would not go away even with the air conditioning on full.  [... read more]it was difficult to stay in the room at night to sleep. And the humidity was so bad in the room that our bed sheets and linens were always wet. one day, our room was not cleaned. but, the rooms themselves are really nice and comfortable. We had other friends stating on the second level and they did not experience these issues. So stay away from ground level rooms. With the upgrade to Elegance Club, we had private adult only beach and a Sunset room that had fresh food and drinks only for Elegance Club access open daily from 7 am - 11 pm. This was great! We had a butler as well, but he really didn't do too much for us. He was a really good guy, but we hardly ever saw him. maybe once every other day where he said hello for a couple of minutes and then gone. He did make our dinner reservations for us which was nice. the food is pretty good all in all. Selection of restaurants and buffet houses is good but the buffet was bland and not allot of selection. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Nightly entertainment was typical for a resort. We had allot of rain the week we were there so some events were cancelled. Very clean resort but the cleaning of the rooms could be more thorough. We saw items on floor all week behind the bed that was not cleaned once. We didn't complain though and if we had, I'm sure they would have made things right. Most employees are very friendly and willing to help if they can. We would recommend the Majestic Elegance for sure if you haven't been there already. And we would go back another time.

Excellent choice!

We recently returned from this resort after celebrating my wife’s birthday. This property was recommended to us by trip central and it was truly an amazing choice. Nothing is left to chance at this location and the service and quality of resort is top notch. Absolutely no concerns and will definitely return

Beautiful Resort

The resort grounds are beautiful, the rooms are spacious, food variety is perfect and really well done. The staff are super friendly and always willing to help. They work very hard all around the resort for an enjoyable stay.

Amazing Hotel for Couples!

It was one of the nicest hotel, I ever been to down south. To have a butler, on hand was great. The grounds were so breathtaking, the staff were polite, but communication was difficult as very little English was spoken. I wasn't traveling with my husband, so its not an ideal spot for single women. It was a girls trip and we were hoping to enjoy the nightly entertainment. But unfortunately, by the end of the show, most of the guest , retreated to there rooms, and the was place was emptied. T [... read more]he food was good, but not great....my favorite eating place was By the Sea at lunch, as there was so many variety of grill food to eat, with lots of salads.

Beautiful resort

The Majestic Elegance was a beautiful resort. Very clean.. Grounds well maintained. Rooms were big and the service was outstanding. No complaints. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had an enjoyable vacation.. Our Butler was always available thru What’s App and response was quick.. The beach always had lounge chairs available and staying in the adults only side, we had the luxury of Bali beds to use.. Best place to have an afternoon siesta!! I found it somewhat routine, with the same performers putting on different shows.. good effort, but wasn’t for me.

Majestic Vacation in February 2020

Our vacation at Majestic Elegance Punta Cana booked with Rachel was amazing. Thank you everyone for making our stay one of a kind. A special thanks go to Tony, Trinidad, Edwin, Maria and Sofia for an outstanding service during our stay. Walking the premises of the resort everyday was quite relaxing. The main restaurant has many stations for both vegetarians and meat lovers of wide variety-fish, lobster, shrimp, chicken, beef pork and other. Cleaning service was very accommodating and qualitative. Amazing service overall…would go back anytime 

Amazing Resort!!!

The Majestic Elegance (Club) is probably one of the best resorts we have ever been to. We loved everything about it! The staff our superb (our designated butler Guzman was a delight and the other staff Pastor, Carlos, Francis, Jose, Andres, Jennifer, Masiel, Ismael and Mary) made our stay extra special. The staff are all very courteous and made you feel very special!! We are definitely coming back to this resort!!!! A big thank you to Maya Maceka for booking this memorable trip for us!!

Magnificent Mirage

Originally we were 2 couple booked for Majestic Elegance as we were there before and loved it. Because of renovations slated at the Elegance for that time frame we were moved to the Mirage with same upgrades at Club level. Although leery at first we were very pleased and surprised at the stay we had there. It is every bit as beautiful and elegant as the Elegance and we were treated very well from the minute we got there. We had a wonderful pool view and saw some of the ocean from our huge balcony. Which consisted of a Jacuzzi tub and table chairs and love seat. The suite itself had a private sitting area with bar area as well as stocked fridge, bar stools and table, couch , tv and another eating table with nice chairs. in that area was a half bath. Then the bedroom, closets and shower along with toilet area separate and wash up area. That room had acess to patio as well. The food was wonderful at the buffet. The steak house was good and the Italian was wonderful. The Japanese was good but a bit disappointing as to other ones we have gone too. Now I will give special mention to all the wonderful people there who made our stay fabulous and most welcome. All the Bartenders but most especially Miquel and Junior at the Swim up Bar. Our lady servers at the bars Jacqueline Bares and Mayerlin. In the buffet our egg guy each morning was Alfredo who was always greeting us with a huge smile and chit chat. Our favourite waiter and waitress in the buffet was Jose Luis aka Slim Sexy and Julianna. We also had the privilege of their service at the Sea side one evening for a special night. Although we didn't participate a lot in any games we enjoyed the company of Francis, Sandi, Alfredo and Devlin at the courtyard each night or dropping by the pool to chat with us. Our Romantic evening for 4 in the Gazebo on the beach was wonderful and a bit breezy but food was spectacular and forgot to get the 2 waiters names. We also had the Jacuzzi tub filled by the butler that night with champagne chilled and rose petals everywhere. The only thing we didn't find time for was the free 55 minute massage. Although would have loved it....time just flew by. Weather was pretty perfect and the stay was wonderful..only dilemma will be now to we go there or back to Elegance...I think the guys pick Mirage, after all when we go again will be our 6 trip there so interesting to see how they top this last one.

Majestic mirage...fabulous!

This hotel was everything we wanted in a resort. Clean,friendly,beautiful ,good food and wonderful staff..we had Franklin as a butler and he was the best we've had in our travels! We will request him on our next stay..and there will be a next time for sure.

Tremendous experience

As soon as we arrived, I was extremely pleased. The entrance/lobby were luxurious and the staff made check-in a breeze. Our Butler, Frankly was very pleasant and professional, and was a great help throughout the week. Our suite was beautiful, the pool, beach, restaurants and bars were great. All staff were extremely attentive and a pleasure to be around. I would recommend this resort to anyone.

Majestic Mirage is Paradise

We didn't know what to expect as we've never stayed at the Mirage. The hotel staff from check in to check out was accommodating and everyone was so pleasant. Our room was absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are stunning....The beach is hands down the best on the strip You can't go wrong if you want to book here...acutally you should book a trip...it will be the best choice you make Majestic we'll be back :)

Amazing Resort !!

We were upgraded to Mirage , due to elegance was under renovation. We can’t say enough good about it . The people were super friendly the service was top notch ( we travel twice a year and been to many places ) the grounds were beautiful and well kept up . The rooms were spectacular. We will definitely be going back there .

Great resort - Amazing staff

We traveled to the resort in April of 2019. I have to say that the best part of the resort for us was the staff. The animation team was amazing all around but specifically Sandi/Romeo, Fifi, and Edu stood out above the rest. There were always fun activities on the go and the team was very good about ensuring people knew what was starting and when. But there was also enough room down on the beach to avoid the activities if you wanted some quiet time. We spent the majority of the day down  [... read more]at the beach in the "club" section on the "sunrise" side. The staff there were pleasant and were extremely attentive. Specifically Walquira was always there if we needed anything but the team was great as a whole as well. Our favorite bartender was definitely Rafael. He was around at the downstairs lobby bar during the evening and definitely made our evenings when waiting for dinner or after dinner. The food was pretty good throughout the resort. The A la carte restaurants were all pretty good and the Flavours buffet lunch has a grilling station for meat/fish that always had something great that could be cooked to order. There were some negatives however, the coffee in the morning was extremely inconsistent while we were there. The first day or two it was good but some days the ratio of grind to water wasn't good and one day we couldn't even drink it. Also the cleanliness of the tables at the buffets wasn't always looked after. We were seated more than once at tables that had dirty tablecloths. The air conditioning in our room was great however the fan was incredibly loud and was always on which became an annoyance by the end of the week. Otherwise the room was very nice and turnover staff were quick and did a good job every day. Overall the resort was quite nice and I would definitely consider going back.

Trip of a lifetime

The resort was absolutely perfect- it is well kept and beautiful! There are bars everywhere and bathrooms too! The rooms are nice and modern but still have a Caribbean flare to them. We were celebrating our wedding and could not have asked for a better place!

Wonderful wedding

The Majestic Elegance was an outstanding location for our daughter's wedding - spectacular setting, wonderful staff - everything was perfect. The resort is beautifully maintained, the food is excellent, and bar staff were superb. Our wedding planner couldn't have done more to make this a perfect event. We are all planning to return as soon as we can.
