Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Wouldn’t go back

The food was not great and it was a walk to get to anything. I didn’t appreciate them trying to sell their timeshare service. Booking restaurants through concierge is unnecessary they can only book a couple at a time. I would rather wait in line or book through an online app like other resorts. The best part was Heidy at the swim up bar. She was their best staff member. Also never any silverware or glasses at meals. Staff take forever to get you things at the Buffett.

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: entertaining resort

This hotel was really nice. Our first room had a strong smell of humidity, we ask for a new room the next day and we received one but with smaller beds. Lots of activities happening and the a la carte restaurant were really good. The buffet was o.k, lots of choices but mostly the same every day. I would recommend this hotel for family, because my kids had an awesome time!

The hôtel, staff, food everything was amazing. The only things . The bugs are hawfull. Please bring a lot of bugs repellant : Ben's 30%deets and Natrapel Icaridin and essential oil, lavender, eucalyptus, dont forget the vicks vaporub. With all that .you will enjoy ?

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Nice place!

I was skeptical after reading poor reviews but it exceeded my expectations. Gorgeous beach, nice room, delicious dinners, beautiful weather. Lots to do! Overall cleanliness could be improved but I constantly saw people painting and making improvements to the property. Would stay again.

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: wow just like a brand new hotel

We were totally impressed with nthe new renovations it should now have a 5 star rating. one of the few hotels that gives you a junior suite without upgrading we highly recommend this hotel for a enjoyable holiday.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Highly recommend!!!!

This is the second time this year staying at this stunning resort. Both times have been amazing. The food is delicious, the rooms are clean and updated, the beach and pool are stunning but most of all, the people and service are outstanding. From the wait staff, to the bartenders, to the cleaning service, everything was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back!

Sirenis Tropical Varadero: Will not go back!

Sirenis is a very rundown and broken resort. Please don’t recommend this place… When we got to the room we noticed the bedding was not clean. One of our friends toilet was broken and water ran through the room, from the flusher. They asked for another room and were told no as they were full.. this was not true. Very few people here. After the mechanic came 3x’s to fix it I fixed it with a towel so they could use it. Our tv was not working so the mechanic came the cord was ripped off the back [... read more]. He may have fixed it but he took the batteries so we will never know.. We had 2 cockroaches ? in our room… There was an entire bank of lights leading to our room out, never got fixed. This was a safety issue.. A large window was broken (not boarded up) with shards of glass for anyone to get cut on.. We will never go back to this resort…

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Wonderful experience

The hotel was very clean and efficient. There were some closures due to the renovation but overall everything was excellent. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The food delicious in the restaurants and always great at the buffet as well. People were friendly and helpful. Would gladly go back again.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: A great choice for a quite retreat.

This resort is a great option if you’re thinking about heading to Cuba. Although Santa Clara Airport is far it is worth the drive once you arrive to a super clean, well managed piece of paradise. The ocean is amazing and clear with lots of room and loungers The resort is well laid out and well maintained for the most part. The staff go out of their way to accommodate your needs. Planning to head back in the next 3-5 years.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Incredible Family Vacation!

The Grand Sirenis in Cayo Santa Maria was a dream! Being there the first week of July was amazing. It is a resort that has a capacity of about 1600 and we visited when there were only about 250 other visitors. There were no lines for food or drinks. The staff was pleasant and took the time for all of the families! Our family had two rooms across the hall from each other in Bungalow 2 and they were both clean and cheery! We all went snorkeling and saw tons of fish, star fish and little stingrays. The walk along the beach is peaceful and gorgeous. The entertainment staff at the Grand Sirenis went above and beyond for its guests! Caesar was always around for a great time! The evening shows were typical of Cuba and what others in 1st world countries would call low budget but the time and efforts the singers and dancers put into them was absolutely outstanding! Our family and many others were very thrilled with each event! The disco was fun too! We as parents felt very comfortable while our three teens stayed out in the evenings. They met so many others in their age group who also loved to dance the nights away! The foam party on the beach was a huge hit! The beach bar was super fun and Alex kept the drinks cold and coming! The beach grill was always hot and plentiful. Beach Volleyball happened at 10:30 every morning and all the teens were ready for action! Lester and Angel lead a 15 minute water aerobics session after volleyball! Afternoon pool parties and Bingo were a blast! Bartender Josyvic was a joy to have around all day! The drinks were always flowing and so were the jokes! Everyone asked about the food… it was awesome. No shortages. Always found something to fill your tummy. The snack bar was always bumping for the kids. We as a family tried two A La Carte restaurants and agree to “just always order the chicken dish” Cato Santa Maria is a place for family fun on the beach! We will definitely return as we have found a new home away from home!

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Amazing experience

I love everything about the resorts:) Friendly employees and very accommodating. My fridge is always stocked up and my room is always clean:). My only comment is the water park for the kids are a little dirty other than that this place has a lot to offer! definitely will come back again soon.

We enjoyed our family vacation here so much. The staff were so friendly and attentive, we honestly cant say enough good things. The beach was breathtaking, we highly recommend bringing your own snorkel there is such amazing sea life to see. We had great experiences with the food, we loved the snack bar for lunch as they served fresh pizza and many other things. Buffets were also very good, we enjoyed trying new things they also had things that were familiar to eat. Our 5 year old absolutely l [... read more]oved the kids dance party every evening. The second pool we found very nice if you have smaller kids its quieter. We had a few small issues with the room, staff were helpful in wanting to fix these problems. We definitely be going back, we loved it.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Amazing Resort

This was my 6th time visiting this resort and I won't go anywhere else. The grounds are well maintained. There is always something to eat and displayed beautifully. Way to go Joll. Customer service Patchy, Pedro and Jeanette where always there to make sure our stay was comfortable. The were very cheerful and there with a good morning or good day, everyday. My room was cleaned everyday and I was very happy with it. I highly recommend Grand Sirenis Cayo Santa Maria.

Grand Sirenis Punta Cana Resort: Would not recommend

I was disappointed in this resort. The room was not clean, sheets were stained, the food was not the best and we found a huge cockroach in our room. This resort definitely needs more English speaking employees as we found it difficult to communicate. The website indicates a 4.5 star rating but would only give it 2.5.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Nice vacation

Grand Sirenis is located in a white long beach with crystal water. Room is modern, clean every day. Food is modest, drinks available. Staff is friendly. Some snorkeling with standard fish set available. We will come back.

I would go back to Geand Sirenis Cayo Santa Maria in a heartbeat. The hotel was really nice, the grounds beautiful. We enjoyed to white sand beach and pools so much. The staff was beyond exceptional! The staff was amazing including a top notch management staff.

Everything was good , all staff was supportive, caring and well trained. Just little suggestioi would like to give is try to hire some employees who can understand and spreak English as well. Overall it was pleasure staying there????

Grand Sirenis Riviera Maya: Resort currently under renovation

We have visited this resort annually since 2016, minus the covid years. The grand sirenis is currently undergoing a full scale renovation. 50% of the resort is currently closed to all guests. This means no courtesy showers or change rooms are available anymore if you have a late flight. They will not offer a courtesy room either.The resort plans to have the first stage of the renovation completed this Fall 2024 in time for the busy season. Once phase 1 is completed phase 2 begins by closing the  [... read more]second half of the resort until completed mid to late 2025. This closure during our stay , the first two weeks of May, caused power outages and low water pressure. With minimal staff to perform speedy repairs the failing a/c unit in our room made for unpleasant evenings with an evening low temperature between 24-27c. Would not recommend this resort until all renovations have been completed. However check pricing. The owners of grand sirenis plan on moving this resort from star classification to diamond rating which means a substantial increase to the pricing as well once all renovations are complete.

Vila Gale Cayo Santa Maria: Great Stay

First all inclusive in Cuba and we had a great time. The beaches were the highlight of our visit. We had lots of private time as the resort was far from full due to the time of year. Staff was great and any concerns we had were quickly addressed by Public Relations desk.
