Amazing resort

The service and quality of the resort was exemplary. Definitely an amazing destination for families with kids under 8. Every aspect of the resort caters to families with small children. You would almost think you are at Disney.

We love Bahia principe fantasy top to bottom! Everything is amazing from staff to food amazing areas beautiful gardens is a 5 stars plus I’ll highly recommend this place to everyone is well though for kids as well as for adults

Absolutely continues to be an AMAZING RESORT!!

This is our second visit to this resort and we have no complaints whatsoever. The food is out of this world, amazing variety, quality and always so many options for adults and children (even a children's buffet at lower height for them to help themselves). There is a lunch buffet restaurant at the beach and a grill for bbq goods all day. The hotel was always very clean including the outdoor surroundings and the room was spacious. The entertainment was fantastic for the kids every night and we always felt very safe and welcome. I would strongly recommend this resort for anyone with children.

Amazing

We just got back from a glorious week at the Bahai Principe fantasia resort. It was absolutely amazing. My husband and I traveled with our 2 1/2-year-old daughter and they did everything possible to make her feel special. It really was a kids wildest dream come true. Excellent resort!

This is the second time we visit the Fantasia, and we had a really good time as the previous time. There are however a few changes since the last time, and I will focus on those. The first change is that now it is not a "Luxury" resort like the last time (it was just open at the time, so that is probably why they gave it that denomination), and with that we thought we had lost some of the benefits, like being able to dine in the restaurants of the Esmeralda, and the Ambar. This is however not th [... read more]e case, as they seem to have been able to book us there this time also, even though the time they gave us was not as convenient: 9:15 PM for dinner with the kids was a bit too late after a long day full of activities in the sun. The booking of meals is still troublesome, as even though we sent emails in advance of our visit, we still got some inconvenient times, and not all that we wanted, and making changes is almost impossible, as they have to be approved by each restaurant. The other change is that a few things seem to be falling through the cracks, like the game consoles in the teen club, that do not have controllers anymore (but the kids club does have a Nintendo game console for them to have some screen time if you want them to), or the pool table not having proper cue sticks anymore. Those are just minor details, the hotel is still in top shape overall. The other interesting thing is that the Esmeralda opened their own Water Park, which is somewhat smaller than the one in Fantasia, but still a good variations, the kids went back and forth between the two (something that I believe you cannot do if you stay in the Esmeralda). The other thing we did a lot was play volleyball in the court by the sea, it seemed to be very popular, at times there were 6 teams, so the wait was long, but most of the time it was just 3 teams, so we had plenty of opportunity to play. There is also a court in the Fantasia by the gym, but it was usually empty, so we just played 1-1 or 2-2. Also, the gym is still great, with some new equipment, one of the best features of this resort if you are into that. Finally, the shows are fantastic, and it is a huge benefit to have a theater within the Fantasia, just be mindful that they are at 9 PM, so plan your meals accordingly.

Had a great experience at this resort. Amazing for the kids. You won't regret!!!! Absolutely nothing negative to say. Super clean. Amazing service and just a great overall experience.pls try all the restaurants they are simply amazing

Excellent place

Fantasia Bahia Principe Punta Cana was a beautiful, clean resort. We have nothing negative to say about the place. The pool temperature was nice; the waterpark for the kids was wonderful and hours of fun. The buffet was wonderful and was changed up daily. The staff was friendly and efficient and always helpful. Lots of places to relax and sit whether it be near the pools, the beach, or the entertainment. They came around constantly and asked what we would like to drink.

Great resort especially for kids

I've been to a lot of hotels and this resort was great...lots to do for the kids...good food, good entertainment, clean, friendly. What I want to talk about is the room....I know you don't spend a lot of time in the room but I must say that my room was the nicest I've ever been in. It had a king size bed, a separated living room with sofa and chairs...I was a single person so in other rooms, two queen beds were there in addition to the living room. The bathroom had double sinks, a jetted soake [... read more]r tub, and a separate big shower, and the toilet had it's own door and separated. The fridge was stocked daily. Wifi was free in the rooms and on the beach and near the pool....download the bahia principe app. I was at the beach and requested 4 hard pillows in my room from the app and when I returned to the room, they were there. The building I was in had it's own concierge so you could call him or use the app for anything...and there was room service all night long for snacks. And no waiting in endless lines to book a la cartes...just use the app, or they had interactive screens at the lobby and you could just book your a la cartes at your leisure. I would definitely go back to a bahia principe especially at this complex that had 6 all together...and there were golf cart shuttles always available to take you to the other resorts to their a la cartes, or simply to the beach and the village. Great spot...would go back again.

Excellent resort

It is amazing resort for families with kids. Swimming pools not deep and big size. Water park!!. big kids club. Amazing kids activities from 10 AM to 6 PM. marvelous night shows and at excellent time 9 PM. very good food and amazing variety. Our daougter had mouth, feet and mouth virus last two days (as expected) but was not bad. i saw that the hotel is doing the best to keep everything clean. Hand high everywhere. But big number of guests make it sometimes difficult. Buffet food restaurants not [... read more] excellent, but acceptable. Dinner restaurants with reservation are excellent.

Fantasia Bahia Principe

The food was very good. The hotel was ok. Rooms look dated and was not that clean. The air condition was not working very well and called the reception twice. I tried to change rooms but they would not allow it. It was hot in the room considering how hot it was outside. I found it expensive for the price.

An awsome Resort

I had an amazing time at Fantasia. My daughter and family love the resort.Beach was beautiful especially sanoa island...most beautiful island. Al cart restuarant were great especially Japanese restaurant. Servic was good but Pool needs to be more cleaner and should be cleaned more often.Everything was amazing !!

Dream resort for kids

Amazing resort

Stayed at Fantasia and had a wonderful time. Staff were incredibly friendly and hard working. BE ADVISED... we were told we would have complete access to all the resorts in the compound.- things have changed, Fantasia wrist bands do not have the same access they used to in the past. None the less, we had a great time after accepting this Midway through the trip! Kids were completely entertained and we didn't even need to send them to the kids club.

Amazing resort!

Very good service, comfortable rooms, excellent dinning, awesome ground, nice pools for kids and adults, shows for kids were absolutely funny, people are very kind and nice. The only thing was a bus delay going back to the airport and made us run to much, we did not have time for anything.

Best resort for Kids!!

This hotel is the perfect spot for kids. Between the waterpark area, characters walking around, kids club and nightly shows. They do an awesome job getting the kids involved. Food was good, lots of variety. I do suggest booking the a la cart reservations in advance as it was difficult to get once we arrived. The place is very clean. The pool was closed a couple of times during the week we were there for a couple hours at a time due to 'accidents'. Although we didnt see alot of mosquitoes, they were around and we all got lots of bites so be sure to wear bug spray.

Great family resort

Beautiful hotel. Grounds were always keep clean. Rooms are nice but bed was not comfortable. Maid service was excellent. Even had turn down service at night. The guy filling the mini fridge did an awesome job of keeping it filled with what we requested. Pools and water park was very enjoyable for the grandkids. Food was ok. Won’t starve for a week. The only complaint was that the Three grandkids caught the HFM disease. All under 5 yrs. very uncomfortable for last 3 days. Amazing resort !

I have to say, ignore all negative reviews about this resort. I went with my daughter for 7 days to Fantasia and lived a dream vacation. It’s a perfect combination of a family and classy resort. Clean, well organized, super entertaining. The staff is very friendly and attentive to our needs. They take great care of the kids. The food is delicious and there’s a lot of variety. The room was AMAZING. The beach was beautiful, the pools were so much fun. My daughter loved the water slides. We did [... read more] a professional photo shoot with Tropic One studio and we went for a half a day excursion with the Why Not party boat. Both unforgettable experiences. Amazing Resort

Fantasia Bahia Principe in Punta Cana was absolutely beautiful, very clean and food/drinks were great! My only recommendation is that anyone bringing teenagers I would select another resort. Fantasia definitely catered to the younger age group. Even with a teen section in the bottom of hotel who wants to send their kids where they cant see them on another level. With such a large facility I see no reason why pool tables couldn't relocated on the main level where there was endless seating areas n [... read more]ever filled. No Complaints other than my teens were bored and the pool was very crowded on one side where the pool bar was located. Please consider in future upgrades to wrap the pool bar all around.

Best resort I’ve been to! I will be coming back!

I could go on and on about how this resort has no flaws what so ever. From the service, to the waiters, to the animators, to the cleanliness, to the best food I’ve ever had in my life in an all-inclusive. If I can, i would come back here every year. Fantasia is a perfect combination of variety, entertainment and elegance. Perfect for adults alone and families. The entire staff is extremely helpful and so patient. I did a professional photo shoot with tropic one photo and the result was amazing. Today, I went snorkeling with my 4 year old on the why not party boat from 2 to 6pm. We had the time of our lives and the entire crew was so attentive to our needs. I litteraly am having the best week ever and so is my daughter. Yes there was a bit of rain in the first 2-3 days but now the weather is just right. I highly recommend this resort and I will be coming back. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcomed !
