Best Time EVER

Myself, my husband and another couple stayed here for 5 days in April and had an amazing time!!!!! Beaches were absolutely beautiful and staff was so friendly and helpful. We had 2 butlers during our stay.....Yohena and Daily and I must say these two ladies made our entire trip!!!! We never had to worry about anything and they were always on top of EVERYTHING. Remembered all our drinks after the 1st day and made great recommendations when we wanted to switch [... read more] it up....I would definitely recommend this resort and if you can request specific butlers I promise Yohena and Daily won’t let you down!!!! We will definitely be returning next year.

Under construction to provide 5 star service

The hotel is planned to be a five star resort and is also priced as a 5 star resort however it is not fully there as yet. Be it customer service, amenities, entertainment or dining. A lot more needs to go into it to reach the 5 star rating.

Great resort

The hotel was very nice - it was just opened in December I believe so everything was very new and clean and modern. We stayed on the adults only side which was very nice. Only downside was because it was so new there seemed to be some miss communication/lack of understading between staff of what was going on at times - for example the front desk at adults only always sent us over to the front desk on the family side as they did not know how to answer our questions - and on the morning we were le [... read more]aving we had an early flight and the buffet was not open at 7am and were unable to find anything to eat as the 24 hour buffet was not open? And staff were saying it was open. But staff remained very friendly at all times, just a few kinks that need to be resolved for a new resort I believe. Room was very nice and the beach was beautiful!

Relaxing stay

Rooms were clean and modern. The beach was amazing and the main reason we went. The food was fine, just wish the buffet had more variety. There was a nice smoothie bar and plenty of options. The staff were all very friendly and willing to assist with any issues or questions.

Beautiful new resort

The facility is gorgeous! The beach is gorgeous! No problem getting sun or shade at the beach or pool. Very attentive staff members everywhere we went. Big resort great for walking, always felt very safe. Great variety of restaurants, although visits are limited. Fruits and vegetables are at a premium. And we know Canadians love their toast, this was extremely lacking, most mornings only dinner rolls to toast. Beach, restaurant, bar and pool attendants superb, great service. Great coffee! Great resort with lots of potential!

Fantastic location, very peaceful and calm setting. The beaches, pools, food were outstanding. Staff were very good. They have some work to do in terms of fixing processes (i.e. booking restaurants, having an itinerary of what's happening, etc), which will happen as they expand and open up their full resort. We didn't think the Royal Service was worth the extra money.

Fantastic Resort

This was our first time at an all inclusive resort and the Paradisus Los Cayos exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel was very big and the grounds beautiful. The beaches have white sand and clear water. Our room was a nice and modern. The absolute best part of this resort are the people. Everyone who works here went out of their way to make our stay great and everyone was so friendly. We made so many memories with some of the staff and appreciate everything they did for us.
