Best resort I’ve been to!

Beautiful resort, gorgeous decor with very friendly staff and great service. My only issues were very slow elevators, poor house keeping (replacing glasses cups, no wiping of tables or vacuuming) and faulty USB charging stations in our room.

Great Location

This property is great because everything is in the one building. Great for anyone with mobility issues. This was our sixth visit to a Royalton, but it was not up to the standards that we expected from a Royalton property. Concerns are mostly around service and applying policies consistently when it comes to dining. We found some staff rude, when there were much better ways of handling the situation. We were promised multiple times from supervisory staff that a manager would be in touch reg [... read more]arding our concerns, but no one ever did. Every time we asked, we were told that the general manager was not available. This lack of care attitude is definitely trickling down to their supervisory staff at giving excuses for policies that make no sense. Please explain how it is unsafe for a man to wear sandals when a woman can wear flip flops? Many resorts have policies regarding dress code, but they also realize that people are on vacation and are not stringent on this policy. I would return to Royalton again, but not to this property.

Great Vacation

Amazing views, very modern decor and excellent customer service. The employees were extremely attentive, made you feel like royalty. Great trip for relaxation. Amenities were very accessible and clean. Amazing time.

A five star wedding at a five star resort.

This place was fabulous, as was the wonderful wedding they facilitated. It literally had everything, including a willing staff member at all times to help you find your room at any time of day or night....the place is massive. Things ran smoothly from check in to check out. Rooms were cleaned daily....On and on I could go. A fun great time was had by all!!!

Fantastic Holiday!

We booked our stay with Melinda @ Trip Central and decided to stay at Royalton in Rivera Maya for 7 nights. It was by far one of the most beautiful resorts I have stayed at. Extremely safe, family friendly, relaxing. There’s approximately 7 different restaurants to chose from, which serves Italian, Japanese, Mexican and other delicious cuisines! Only drawback was that sometimes the staff can be pushy and have you sign up for the Royalton royalty program. That’s all :)

Relaxing in Paradise!

My sister and I have just come back from a 7 night stay at the Royalton Riviera Cancun and it was absolutely wonderful!  From the point of checking in (especially Edgar) to the point of checking out, the staff, the hotel, location, weather, amenities, etc. we’re fantastic.  Spoiled for choice when it comes to food and activities . Great family vacation!

This was our first trip as a family to an all inclusive. We had a swim out in the splash pad section. There were so many activities for the kids to do andchanged daily. The kids club staff were excellent. There were lots of options of restaurants and the buffet always had lots to choose from as well. Every night there were different entertainment at the outdoor theatre. My husband enjoyed the gym which was amazing and had all the equipment you could dream of. The only negative thing I could say is that if you are looking for a beach resort, this isn’t it. The beach had tons of seaweed. There were always workers out trying to clean it up but unfortunately it’s just nature. We were content at the pools. Rooms were lovely and the beds were comfortable. Overall loved this resort and would recommend it to families.
